Located on the 1st floor of the 5th Keiwa Building in Minami 5-jo Nishi 6-chome, Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, "Yoru no Shigepan" is a bakery that operates from 5 pm to 4 am. It is a fitting bakery for this lively district. They offer a wide variety of bread with unique names that can be based on customer requests. I purchased the following items: "Igarashi" (240 yen) - a chocolate croissant with plenty of chocolate cream and chocolate chips at the tip, "Ta-i-n" (280 yen) - a spicy snack with cheese and black pepper wrapped in charcoal bread, and "Yopesu America" (250 yen) - a hearty sandwich with a large hamburger, cheese, and spaghetti mixed with ketchup. I also bought "Yoru no Chou" (90 yen) as a souvenir, a popular mini croissant available in chocolate, strawberry, and sesame flavors. The bakery was busy with customers coming in continuously, and the bread was being baked non-stop. It is a convenient bakery for purchasing as a souvenir after a night of drinking.

I knew there was a shop there, but I entered for the first time. There were no customers, so I took my time looking around. I noticed the corn bread and ordered the Shion for 250 yen. I ate it the next morning. Although some time had passed, the bread was still soft and delicious. The corn part was mixed with mayonnaise, adding a nice touch of saltiness. Yes, I became interested in other breads as well. I decided to buy it again. Thank you for the meal.

A bakery that decided to go for the fun of naming. These days, it's common for families with children to get takeout breakfast. We bought a variety of items, but what stood out were: Yopes America - hamburger x Neapolitan! America! (I've never been there) Mariana - filled with mentaiko and chikuwa. Personal favorite. Others included curry bread, piroshki, melon bread, cream bread, and French bread with wiener inside... We shared and enjoyed them all. Before we knew it, all the bread was gone in the kids' stomachs. Tears.

There is a bakery in Susukino that is open at night. The small shop is filled with a variety of bread. It's interesting that the bread names are actually people's names! If you request a name on the paper next to the register, they will name a new bread after it. The an butter bread was delicious! Next time, I might write my own name and have a new bread named after it (´▽`) Thank you for the meal!

After finishing dinner, I went to buy some bread for breakfast. There were many different types of bread with unique names to choose from. My friends each picked out a bread with a special name as well. I chose about six different types from the "Night Butterfly" selection. I wonder why the breads have such interesting names. Anyway, I look forward to enjoying them for breakfast tomorrow.

A unique bakery offering a wide variety of deli bread that you won't see elsewhere. Located at the entrance of a building in the bustling downtown area.
- Dad's Curry Bread ¥300: Recommended by the staff, this curry bread was delicious even though I couldn't heat it up during my trip! It had a rich curry sauce with big chunks of potatoes. Quite spicy but still tasty even when cold!
- Shibusan ¥240: A deli bread filled with mentaiko mayonnaise and a piece of chikuwa. The mayonnaise might be a bit heavy on the stomach.
- Kunori ¥200: Fried bread with fish sausage and ketchup.
- Night Butterfly ¥90 each x 4 (Butter, Banana, Strawberry, Coffee): Small croissants with a variety of flavors! Each flavor had a strong taste and aroma, very delicious!

At 11pm in Susukino, there is a late-night bakery located away from the central area. It is inside a building, so you can't see it from the outside, which is quite a bold location. Despite being late at night, it seems to be popular among young people as there was quite a line. The store can only accommodate up to 2 groups at a time, with customers coming and going. Perhaps due to its location in the entertainment district or its late-night operation, the prices are quite high. Some of the pastries like curry bread and others seem to be fried and baked fresh. The quality is average, but the late-night bakery was a fresh experience.

The store opened shortly after the opening time, and there were still about half of the items available. However, it was fun to be able to choose from a variety of options. It's interesting that the items have names of people attached to them. I bought three types of mini croissants named "Night Butterfly" and a cinnamon roll called "Nyoro". They are popular for being delicious as bread, and I can understand why!

Shigepan's branch is open from 4:00 PM. It's called "Night Shigepan". It's located in the middle of Susukino, on the first floor of the 5th Keiwa Building where you can find various bars and snack shops. On the third floor of this building, there is a bar called bar reboot SECOND STAGE run by the former member of Dreams Come True, Mr. Nishikawa. Oh, you don't know Dreams Come True? Even though it's on the first floor, our entrance is not facing the street, so you need to muster up the courage to enter the building and find our small shop. It's really tiny, unlike the main store where you can pick your own bread from the tray, here you order the bread from the showcase. I bought Takecchi (200 yen): Cream Pan Nakano (160 yen): Melon Pan. The flavors were okay. They also take requests, so if you write your name on a request sheet, they might make a bread with your name on it. Of course, it depends on whether they accept it. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by on a whim because I was feeling a bit peckish at night. As soon as I entered the building, I saw a sign! Many breads were displayed in a stylish showcase. They are open from 4 pm to 4 am the next day, so it's perfect for when you're feeling a bit hungry after drinking in Susukino. ◆Dad's Curry Bread ¥300 It has a moderate spiciness curry and chunky whole potatoes! The outer crust has a crispy texture that is very satisfying to eat. I was able to have it freshly baked. The naming of the bread is cute and makes you want to take a look.

It is a rare bakery that operates only late at night. The names of the bread are people's names, so it's hard to tell what kind of bread it is just by looking at it (lol). What I bought: - Dad's curry bread (around 300 yen) - Kamayatsu α (250 yen) <- like a hot sandwich - Yuji (280 yen) <- the recommended one Apparently, it's embarrassing for me to order bread with names like "Marina" or "Yuina." I thought that although the names are like a high-class bakery, the taste would be great, but it's not. I'm not very knowledgeable about bread, but both the dough and the filling were not tasty at all. Personally, it's the worst bakery I've been to. I'm sorry for those who like this shop. >_<

I arrived at Sapporo Station around 6 o'clock. First, I wanted to find breakfast for tomorrow morning, so I decided to look for a bakery before dinner. There were none near the station, so I hurried to the hotel, which sells bread until 7 pm, but they only had a little left. I gave up and had dinner. While eating, I searched for a place and found this shop. I bought curry bread and croissants. They had names written on them, which was a bit different and interesting. It was great to find a shop like this open late, even at that hour.

Located in a rural area, this bakery operates until late at night (from 4 pm to midnight). The main store is in Sapporo and operates during the day. There is also a branch in Esta. I have always wanted to try the bread from this bakery, so when I found out that the second building I visited was where it was located, I went in, bought some, and tried it right away. The small shop had freshly baked bread displayed in the case. The names of the bread are decided based on customer requests, and they have unique names like "Kamayatsu" (ham and cheese toast sandwich), "Croissant Night Butterfly," and others like "Shuhei," "Takecchi," "Satomi," "Nakano," etc. It's hard to tell what kind of bread they are just by the names, so it's good that there are hand-written explanations available. I purchased the "Dad's Curry Bread (300 yen)" recommended by the staff, which was freshly fried. It was crispy, filled with lots of ingredients, and delicious! Even after deducting points for being a bit tipsy, it was still delicious! I will definitely try out a few different types of bread at home next time. I will also visit the main store.

There is a wide variety of breads available, each with a unique name, which I find really charming. I bought some for breakfast the next morning, and even when cold, the "Stubborn Dad" (curry bread with potatoes) was surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place at least once!!!

A well-known bakery in Susukino, known to those in the know (or rather, the residents of the night). It opens at 4pm and stays open until the next morning, truly catering to the night owls. I chose the "Chiyono" egg sandwich to have for breakfast the next day. I also bought some "Yoguruppe" from Hidaka Dairy. Other breads had names like "Sasaki Nozomi" and "Ayaka"... The egg in the egg sandwich was sweet and firm, almost like the eggs you find at a sushi restaurant, and it paired well with the bread. This was the first time I've had an egg sandwich like this. There were also many curry buns that caught my eye! I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the meal! #Sapporo's right answer

One of the specialties in Susukino is the night bakery called "Shigepan". The showcase is filled with interestingly named breads, and the staff greets you with enthusiasm. The most popular item is the curry bread. Personally, I like the Croque Monsieur "Kamayatsu". The mini croissants come in a variety of flavors, making it fun to choose. If you're in Susukino, be sure to check it out!

A bakery standing in the adult town. Small shop. There are various types of bread. All with unique names. Bought the Dad's curry bread and the Sasaki Nozomi. The curry bread had surprisingly large potatoes in it. The Sasaki Nozomi had chocolate in the middle of the bottom layer of the bread and was delicious. However, it may be a bit pricey. But considering the location, people would still buy it.

After having dinner out, I went to buy breakfast for the next day. The place was really hard to find. The inside of the store was small, so I had to wait for the previous customer to leave before entering. There were so many options that I had a hard time deciding. The names of the dishes were also interesting, and they said they would make something for you if you requested it, and then name it after you? Everything was delicious.
