Today I came here for my birthday. This is my second time posting, but I don't know how many times I've been here haha. It's a restaurant specializing in deep-fried skewers, but they always have a new lineup of skewers so you never get tired of them. The food is always delicious, and they also have a variety of other dishes, making it a great place for regular visits. Many restaurants in the Asahi area close early due to COVID, but this place always stays open late, which is very convenient. I only took photos of the Quattro Formaggi, roast beef, and chorizo quiche, but we also ordered a variety of skewers. They even had a "Birthday Honey Toast" instead of a cake haha. Everything was delicious and reliable as always. The food is great, and the staff are always friendly, so I always leave satisfied. Thank you for the meal! #Kushiage Oil Marche #Kushiage #DeepFriedSkewers #HokkaidoGourmet #SapporoGourmet #AsahiGourmet #AsahiIzakaya #HokkaidoIzakaya #SapporoIzakaya #HappyBirthday #GrownMan #WatchOutForOvereating #HealthFirst #CountingOnYou #Partner

I searched for a restaurant in Aso and finally decided to visit one that caught my eye! The interior of the restaurant was very stylish, which was quite surprising for a place in Aso. Since it was the birthday of a friend the day before, I asked the staff if they could prepare a birthday plate for us. Even though it was a last-minute request, they were able to accommodate and even discussed the details with us. The service was excellent! The food was also delicious! The tempura skewers were great, and the salad served as an appetizer was outstanding! It had fried garlic on top of the vegetables, which was exactly to my taste. All of my friends who were there were also impressed by the salad. We also enjoyed the smoked tongue, quattro formaggi, and oyster ajillo. Lastly, we asked the staff for a recommendation for one more dish, and the cold smoked chicken chashu was also delicious. There are still many more dishes I want to try, so I hope to visit again soon.

I was introduced to this restaurant by an acquaintance and decided to try it out. The salad appetizer is refillable. In addition to deep-fried skewers, there are various other options, and everything is delicious! The restaurant is located inside a building, so I didn't know about it before, but the place is clean and the staff are friendly. There are table seats, sofa & table seats, and even raised seating areas. The building has an elevator and the restaurant is accessible without any steps, making it wheelchair-friendly. It's a hidden gem near Aso station!

I have been to this restaurant many times since it opened, but this is my first post. The interior is stylish and cozy. The salad appetizer is all-you-can-eat. The main dish of deep-fried skewers has a wide variety, making it hard to choose. There are four types of sauces, all delicious, so it's nice to have a different sauce for each type of skewer. There is no rule against double dipping, so you can have your own sauce. The dessert skewers are also recommended. In addition to skewers, the menu offers a variety of other dishes such as prosciutto, pizza, and quiche. There are also craft beers and other drinks available. The staff are friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. This is a recommended restaurant in Asao!

Deep-fried oil market: With a coupon, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink sparkling wine at a reasonable price. The counter and table seats are always full, indicating that it is a popular spot. The atmosphere is trendy, with many families and young people. The staff are lively, and there seem to be regular customers as well. The menu includes a radish and lettuce salad, a variety of deep-fried skewers with original sauce and salt options, and elegantly presented roast beef with balsamic vinegar and creamy sauce. The braised pork belly and daikon dish is cooked to perfection, just as it looks.

It's been about two years since I started going there, and the master is really nice, always serving delicious food and drinks. I love the red pickled ginger with the tempura skewers. Depending on the season, they also have scallop skewers, carpaccio, and quiche, which are all very tasty. I tried the katsu ramen for the first time, and it was amazing! The drink selection is extensive, and adding a little extra for all-you-can-drink allows you to enjoy a higher level of drinks at a reasonable price. They have a variety of craft beers that change regularly, so you can enjoy different ones each time you visit. Personally, I really want to try Brooklyn's Sorachi Ace, but I haven't had the chance yet. I always look forward to seeing what new craft beers are available each time I go. I highly recommend it if you're in Asao! It's also great for a casual drink for a second round! They have smoking booths, although they are for one person only!
