So, on this early closing day, I came to Moyuku~ First, I'm thirsty and want to drink! I went down to the basement floor. It's a food and drink area, with a shop in the center of the floor and shops around the perimeter. It's 4:40 pm. All the open shops are full. Amazing, right? I wanted to go to a soba restaurant, but they open at 5 pm, and everyone is waiting. I can't wait anymore because I'm so thirsty. Look, there's a seat available from the outside! I went to the entrance and it seems like I'll be seated. A female staff member is waving goodbye to leaving customers. She didn't notice me even though I'm at the entrance. And now, it's full. That place is empty, you know? We're cleaning up now. Not a time to be waving hands (*´-`) I was seated in a 2-person booth and ordered using the touch panel. The order was: Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label 580 yen, Octopus and Vegetable Genovese 580 yen, Fish skewers with Nwazet sauce 480 yen, Edelpils 680 yen, Stir-fried spaghetti Napolitan 850 yen. First, I'll quench my thirst. The Octopus and Vegetable Genovese is exquisite! The snap peas are perfectly open and beautiful♪ However, edamame is outstanding. It's always the star in any situation. Potatoes, snap peas, edamame, and broccoli mixed with Genovese make it a fantastic dish. I saw the fish skewers on TV. Let's order it. I forgot to ask what kind of fish it is ^^; But it's perfectly crispy and moist, with a perfect grilled texture. And the best part is the Nwazet sauce! Burnt butter sauce. It goes perfectly with the grilled white fish, this is delicious!!(╹◡╹)Wow, I met the best dishes in a long time. I can't miss Napolitan to finish. I'm already full, but after a lot of hesitation, I ordered it. The thick noodles are a bit too much! I should have ordered half, but just one bite. Mmm, delicious~ Tabasco, plenty of powdered cheese, and the classic Napolitan are enjoyable. I didn't feel much acidity, just the right amount of tomato sauce? Ketchup?
