At the lively New Open Sapporo Lunch Time, I was drawn by the star symbol and descended the stairs. Guided by the cheerful staff, I entered the open restaurant. I placed my order using an iPad, checking various options, and the image of Sapporo beer caught my eye. Choosing how it was poured made for a perfect classic! Paired with meatball spaghetti, it was the ultimate lunch beer time.

It had a nice hop aroma and a good level of bitterness. The appetizer was fried fresh hops from Kami-Furano, which had a bitter taste that paired perfectly with the beer. It was excellent! Next, we opened a paper bag and were greeted by a smoky aroma. The lightly smoked vegetable chips were a great companion to the beer. Crunchy. To finish, we chose the perfect pour for the Classic beer. This Classic beer, with a black label, allows you to choose between a "one-time pour" or a "perfect pour." We enjoyed the creamy foam and smooth beer down the throat, and then headed home for the night. Perhaps due to the late hour, a solo customer who was sleeping on the table when we arrived was still asleep when we left. I wonder if they made it home safely. Next time, I would like to try the famous Baby Back Rib Steak and Stir-Fried Napolitan, among other dishes. Day drinking might be nice too. Thank you for the meal. I came to drink the perfect classic only available in Hokkaido at Sapporo in Ginza, where only Black Label is available. I arrived right when it opened and it was empty. Soon after, it was full during lunchtime. The edamame and boiled peanuts have just the right amount of salt and are delicious! Personally, I think the Zangi is tastier than a certain famous shop. The peanuts were so delicious that I ordered more. The facility was very clean as it had just opened. I will come back to drink delicious beer again♪

The other day, I casually peeked into Moyukusapporo, which opened recently, and found this place on the basement 2nd floor, so I decided to go in. It's affiliated with Lion, so the fried chicken had the same taste. You can enjoy the difference in pouring style with the beer. I tried both the one-pour and perfect pour, and personally, I prefer the one-pour. It goes down smoothly. For those who like foam, the perfect pour is recommended.

You can enjoy beer from 11 am here. The interior is quite spacious. Since it was the weekend, there was a constant flow of customers enjoying daytime drinking. Orders are taken via tablet. I started with "SORACHI1984" (704 yen). For snacks, I ordered "Strawberry and Mozzarella Caprese" (858 yen) and "Tuscan-style Fried Potatoes" (748 yen). I really like "SORACHI," the vibrant aroma is delightful. The Strawberry and Mozzarella Caprese was an interesting twist with strawberries instead of tomatoes, and it was quite tasty. The Tuscan-style Fried Potatoes were well-seasoned and paired perfectly with beer. For my second drink, I tried the "Edelpils" (748 yen) which had a rich bitterness that I enjoyed. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but I wish they offered sausages or charcuterie for daytime drinking. It's a bit of a trendy beer hall vibe, don't you think?

It was a short time, but I couldn't wait a few more hours until dinner, so I went. It's nice that it connects from underground. I'm curious about the aquarium, but that's for another day. I'll take a look around to see what's here. I saw a sign that said "beer" and had to go in. I ordered a Sapporo Classic Perfect and my partner ordered a Sapporo Classic draft. We compared the two. The Perfect had a soft and smooth mouthfeel with nice fluffy foam. It's totally different from the draft. We also had meatball cheese and edamame. The meatball cheese was made of potato and meatballs topped with plenty of meat sauce and cheese. It went so well with the beer! It seemed like they planned it perfectly. We had one glass of Classic and one glass of Black Label, both in Perfect form. I'd like to visit again when I have more time. Thank you for the meal.

First visit. It's crowded. There are three types of lunch options: Napolitan, Japonica, and Cagliostro. You can choose from sizes 200g, 300g, and 400g. Ordering is done through a touch panel. Toppings include salad, shrimp fry, fried chicken, sausage, and meatballs. I ordered the stir-fried spaghetti Napolitan 300g for 935 yen. You can also add toppings, but I chose the normal option. It is served on a plate that looks like a teppanyaki grill. It contains sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. The spaghetti is thick, soft, and chewy. Although it looks rich and creamy, it was surprisingly light. I ordered the free habanero sauce (medium spicy) from the touch panel and poured it generously on top.

So, on this early closing day, I came to Moyuku~ First, I'm thirsty and want to drink! I went down to the basement floor. It's a food and drink area, with a shop in the center of the floor and shops around the perimeter. It's 4:40 pm. All the open shops are full. Amazing, right? I wanted to go to a soba restaurant, but they open at 5 pm, and everyone is waiting. I can't wait anymore because I'm so thirsty. Look, there's a seat available from the outside! I went to the entrance and it seems like I'll be seated. A female staff member is waving goodbye to leaving customers. She didn't notice me even though I'm at the entrance. And now, it's full. That place is empty, you know? We're cleaning up now. Not a time to be waving hands (*´-`) I was seated in a 2-person booth and ordered using the touch panel. The order was: Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label 580 yen, Octopus and Vegetable Genovese 580 yen, Fish skewers with Nwazet sauce 480 yen, Edelpils 680 yen, Stir-fried spaghetti Napolitan 850 yen. First, I'll quench my thirst. The Octopus and Vegetable Genovese is exquisite! The snap peas are perfectly open and beautiful♪ However, edamame is outstanding. It's always the star in any situation. Potatoes, snap peas, edamame, and broccoli mixed with Genovese make it a fantastic dish. I saw the fish skewers on TV. Let's order it. I forgot to ask what kind of fish it is ^^; But it's perfectly crispy and moist, with a perfect grilled texture. And the best part is the Nwazet sauce! Burnt butter sauce. Located at 3-chome, Nishi 2-jo, at the corner of Tanukikoji, the building "MOYUK SAPPORO" had a pre-opening on July 18, 2023. The 4th to 6th floors feature the highly anticipated urban-style aquarium "AOAO SAPPORO," but I didn't have time to visit it this time due to being busy eating. The entrance fee varies depending on the season, but today it was 2,200 yen for adults, with children at half price. There are about 10 food and beverage outlets on the 1st floor and B2 floor. The first place I visited was the "Beer Bar The Sapporo Stars moyuk Sapporo" set up by the Sapporo Beer Group. The capacity is around 50-60 seats. I sat at a table for two and looked at the menu. Orders are taken from a tablet, and I planned to visit a few places, so I ordered quickly. First, I ordered the "Sapporo Classic @ 638" beer. You can choose between two pouring methods, "one-time pour" and "Parfect." I chose the "Parfect" option, which allows you to enjoy creamy foam. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The beer was very delicious, with fine, smooth, and creamy foam. It was served in a 250ml tumbler glass. The food I ordered from the charcuterie section was the "Chicken White Liver Pate @ 748." It came in a thick white dish with a lid of haskap sauce and four baguette slices on the side. The chicken liver pate was of high quality, smooth, with a good saltiness and no unpleasant odor. The haskap sauce had a subtle flavor that complemented the liver perfectly. It was a great accompaniment to the beer and would go well with red wine too. After this, I plan to visit the newly opened Italian wine bar in the building for a glass of red wine. On the opening day, I visited a beer restaurant in the underground of the Moiwa Building at Sapporo Beer Ginza Lion. After eating shrimp chili donburi and soba, I started sweating profusely, so I asked for a cold soft drink. The staff were very kind and seated me at a table where the air conditioning was most effective. I ordered an iced coffee for 440 yen, which I drank slowly after having two glasses of water first. The staff were very helpful and kind, which I really appreciated.

I had been looking forward to the opening of the new commercial building with an aquarium that replaced "Don Quijote" on Tanuki Koji Street! I took a day off to visit right after the opening, without any prior research on the other shops there (lol). I wandered around the underground floor with dining options and was drawn to a menu board for Napolitan pasta. It turned out to be a restaurant under the LION brand. I ordered "Napolitan" (935 yen), "Green Salad" (462 yen), "Sorachi 1984" (704 yen), and "Edelpils" beer (748 yen). The Napolitan pasta had onions, bell peppers, sausages, and mushrooms, with chewy thick noodles, but it lacked salt and the flavor was a bit bland. The salad was delicious! Both beers were really good! I'll try the guest beer next time!! Thank you, "Beer Bar"!

They have a tablet ordering system. There are many types of draft beer available. It's fun. Everything I tried was delicious. The prosciutto was especially tasty. It makes a great snack. I felt like having red wine, but this is a draft beer place. The meat and oysters were also delicious. The pineapple fried rice was surprisingly tasty, and I couldn't stop eating it. It's perfect for sharing with friends, and the portion size is just right. I highly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant near Sapporo Station that serves Ebisu beer is also good, but I like this one just as much. Thank you for the meal!
