I am traveling in Sapporo. I went out for drinks with a friend who lives in Sapporo. It was a place my friend didn't know about. The restaurant was on the sixth floor of a building with a stylish exterior. It was quite crowded and had a lively atmosphere. We reserved a course for 5500 yen with all-you-can-drink. The all-you-can-drink included 6 types of sake. Although it was a sake bar, there were more types of sake available, but they were not included in the all-you-can-drink. We had negitoro rolls, grilled oysters with garlic, shrimp inside shiitake mushrooms, grilled pork, corn rice, miso soup, pickles, and melon. The dishes were prepared by a young chef and tasted good, but overall, the portion sizes were a bit small. For 5500 yen, it felt a bit lacking.

Today's fourth stop for the all-you-can-drink after party is at the sake bar Shizuku. We toasted with the recommended menu for the after party. I made sure not to miss out on Kazuchi's favorite. The menu includes an assortment of fish dishes such as tuna, toro, grilled tuna collar, simmered tuna, and grilled rainbow trout. I heard they got a big tuna in stock, which is why the set is like this. They also caught the rainbow trout themselves. Every dish is carefully prepared, so it's delicious.

This is my third visit. I reserved the 7000 yen course. We started with a toast of premium malt beer. The appetizer was homemade ham, mustard warabi pickles, and minced horse mackerel with mayonnaise. Everything was delicious. Next, we had sashimi with Upkawa Daikichi Hekigumo Kura Junmai sake. The tempura with shiitake mushrooms and shrimp paste was served with salt, along with Oniyasha from Kitayuki Shuzo. We also had seconds of Foie gras daikon with Upkawa Daikichi. The wagyu steak was served with mustard and paired with white wine. The mackerel rice dish and baby firefly miso soup were also exquisite. For dessert, they served white peaches as my companion cannot have dairy. The staff, though young, provided excellent service. I will definitely visit again. ^_^

Today's second venue for the all-you-can-drink after-party plan is Sake Bar Shizuku. Since it was already past 9 p.m., we decided to have our first after-party plan. We ordered Kazuchi and eggplant tempura, and the rest was a chef's choice one-plate dish. The dishes included sliced herring, namero (minced fish with miso), umesuisha (plum jelly), tuna in rice cake, shiitake mushroom and shrimp paste tempura, and we finished with sea bream tea-soaked rice. The all-you-can-drink option includes sake, wine, and shochu, making it a great deal.

The surprise Donkey in the building on Tanuki Koji Street is a Japanese sake bar that is clean and popular with women. Although it is called a Japanese sake bar, there are plenty of food options available. While there are many types of sake, it's not an overwhelming amount. The raw fish dishes like nameko and vegetable dishes like asparagus were delicious. Surprisingly, the rice dishes were also tasty, and even though I usually avoid carbs when drinking sake, I couldn't resist. It seems to be quite popular, so making a reservation on weekends might be necessary. I would like to come back again.

Today's fifth stop on the bar hopping tour is at Sake Bar Shizuku for a Diamond Soda with octopus cut into tender pieces. We're toasting at a place in the same group as the earlier Osteria Takkini. It feels like we're back to our regular drinking routine. It's the most comfortable spot for us, after all.

Today's second bar is Sake Bar Mizu, where we toasted with Kazu cheese and Nishin sashimi. We also ordered a rare sweet potato tempura, Silk Sweet, and green pea simmered dish. As always, it was delicious. We toasted with a Diamond soda shochu. Recently, it's been quite popular. The tempura made with Silk Sweet was sweet, creamy, and delicious.

I was undecided between getting a course meal or just ordering drinks with individual dishes, but since my friends were more into drinking than eating, we went for the drink-all-you-want option with individual dishes. However, to qualify for the drink-all-you-want option, each person had to order at least two dishes (priced at 600 yen or more each). Of course, oysters were not included in this deal, but I couldn't resist ordering them first! Even though oysters were off-limits, I still had a great meal with shiitake mushrooms and raw minced fish. They were incredibly delicious! Thanks to the tasty food, the drinks from the all-you-can-drink menu went down smoothly. They also had a good selection of sake. Since I didn't order any outrageously expensive snacks, the total cost per person came out to around 4,000 yen, which was quite affordable considering the quality of the food and drinks. The course meal with all-you-can-drink option would have cost 6,000 yen. Overall, it was a great deal and we had a wonderful time!

All-you-can-drink Kazuchi, soft-boiled Ezo abalone with sudachi salt, nanban-style Pacific saury, Ebe pork loin charcoal-grilled, half-natural maitake mushroom tempura with sudachi salt, charcoal-grilled seared bonito with yuzu ponzu. Today's second bar is Sake Bar Mizuku for a toast. The recommended dish for autumn is the Pacific saury namero. The namero made with fresh Pacific saury surprisingly has a light taste without any fishy smell. It goes well not only with sake but also with shochu. The Ezo abalone is also very tender and flavorful, with the liver included. The pork loin is a beautiful pink color and pairs well with red wine. Another delicious meal today.

For my third bar stop today, I went to a sake bar called Shizuku. I was a bit drunk and couldn't remember the menu well, but I ordered something with bonito flakes and a ham salad, which was delicious. They also gave me Basque cheese as a service. Thank you as always.

Today's third bar was Sake Bar Shizuku. It had been a while since I last visited, but they remembered me. Luckily, there was a table available without a reservation. We toasted with Black Mist soda. They also offered a special sake for their 5th anniversary. It was very easy to drink. After that, I tried Daiyame, a shochu with a lychee flavor. It's recommended to have it a bit stronger. The food was delicious and the service was great. I definitely want to come back to this place.

This is a restaurant named "Japanese Sake Bar" and it lives up to its name. They offer all-you-can-drink Japanese sake, and all the sake options are delicious. From Kuzuryu, Yamada Nishiki, to Niseko, all are included in the all-you-can-drink menu with great value. Additionally, they also offer limited edition sake. The food served is all perfect for pairing with sake and delicious. This is a must-visit for sake lovers.

This time, I would like to introduce 【Sake Bar Shizuku】. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, which creates a comfortable atmosphere that is reflected in the food as well. One of the attractions is the wide variety of sake available, with the added bonus of all-you-can-drink sake. Despite this, the cost performance is excellent, making it a place you want to visit again. When asking the staff for recommendations on sake that would pair well with the food, they explained the characteristics of the sake and provided the best match, making the dining experience enjoyable. The dish I ordered was the "Simmered Eggplant and Red Pepper", and what was amazing was that the broth overflowed so much. I was truly surprised by the overflowing golden broth coming from the eggplant. It was a dish that I would definitely want to order again if it's available next time. Another dish that caught my eye at another table was the "Kazuchi - Cream Cheese with Kazunoko". It looked like a generous portion, and watching it being prepared made me want to try it. I wish I had enough room in my stomach to order it.

All-you-can-drink octopus, tender simmered cow stomach, grilled stingray fin, grilled snow country pastured pork - charcoal-grilled. Today's third bar is Sake Bar Shizuku. I ended up here again for the second time. Since it's the third stop, I went for something light, but the pastured pork is delicious. It's tender and rare, so the flavor of the pork is outstanding.

All-you-can-drink sashimi and hotate rice with foie gras and daikon kazuchi at the third izakaya of the day, Sake Bar Shizuku. This is my second time here, and they remembered me from last time. We ordered the hotate rice first and enjoyed some delicious snacks. It's a fun place and we ended up staying longer than planned, but I definitely want to come back again.

Today's second stop was at a Japanese sake bar called Shizuku. They offer all-you-can-drink sake. The place is very clean and nice. I started with a glass of Kirinzan, which was super smooth and easy to drink. The octopus simmered in a soft texture was surprisingly tender and paired well with the sake. I also tried the Kazu Cheese, made with mushrooms and cream cheese, while sipping on a glass of Dassai. The seared spicy cod roe and foie gras daikon were also delicious accompaniments to the sake. The presentation of the dishes was thoughtful, with one dish split into two plates. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks were satisfying.

I visited "Nihonshu Bar Shizuku" as recommended by a friend. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of a building. I like the atmosphere inside the restaurant. The staff's service is also good. The dishes are stylish. The food is delicious, and the sake goes down smoothly. The way the sashimi is cut is bold and impressive. I highly recommend this place. The staff's attitude is really great. I really liked it. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Arrived at 6:30 pm on Friday. Reservation for 2 people. 4 groups of customers before us, and the restaurant is full. Mostly women. Second visit in a year and a half. Previously visited for a company party and the food was delicious, so decided to come back. 2 male staff in the kitchen, 1 female staff at the drink counter, and 2 staff in the hall. Used a coupon for "120-minute all-you-can-drink" (1580 yen). Need to order 2 items per person. Both chose beer for the all-you-can-drink, which includes a good selection of sake. Premium beer served. No appetizer provided. Ordered food includes: - Sashimi platter (1500 yen) with tuna, salmon, bonito, octopus. Each type had 2 pieces, a bit small for 2 people but thick and delicious. Bonito was not tataki. - Shiretoko Jidori Zangi (800 yen) with 5-6 pieces, juicy and flavored with ginger. - Seasonal tempura platter (1400 yen) with conger eel, oyster, shiso leaf, eggplant, sweet potato. Oyster was large, sweet potato was tasty. Tempura instead of fried oyster was recommended. - Tsukamoto Shoten salted mackerel (950 yen) was recommended by a female staff. Large and flavorful. - Aotsubu baked green soybeans (750 yen) with a good crunch and seasoning. - Matsutake mushroom rice (600 yen) served in a thick pot, enough for 4-5 bowls. Satisfied with the delicious food. Overall high quality. Varying portion sizes, with the rice being too much at the end. Bill came to around 6,000 yen per person. Good value for a filling meal. Appreciated the thoughtful service. Will visit again!

I attended a work meeting and coincidentally, the course was the same as last time. The dishes were still thoughtful and very delicious. The timing of the dishes being served, which felt a bit slow last time, was much better this time and stress-free. The drinks were also great as always, and I enjoyed drinking them. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

On Saturday at 6:30 PM, I visited a sake bar called Shizuku, which I was curious about because of its focus on Japanese sake. The location is near Tanuki Koji. The interior of the restaurant is incredibly stylish and suitable for dates or entertaining guests. What's impressive is that despite its trendy atmosphere, the cost performance is excellent. You can eat to your heart's content and enjoy all-you-can-drink for 4000 yen, which is fantastic. The biggest selling point of this place is, without a doubt, the staff - they are the most beautiful and handsome I have ever seen in all the places I've visited. It seems like they only hired based on looks. It's almost as if only beautiful people work there. The food is delicious, so it's a win-win situation. However, the only downside is that if they are promoting Japanese sake, it would be helpful if the staff were more knowledgeable about it. When I asked questions, the responses were a bit vague, so as a sake enthusiast, I felt a bit disappointed. Nonetheless, I had a great time. The restaurant was quite full, so making a reservation is a must. Thank you for the wonderful meal and experience.
