This is my second visit. It's a fantastic location with a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and amazing shows. Great value for money! I took some photos this time, so I'll share them with you. I enjoyed the steakhouse meat, tasty cocktails, and around 8 pm, I was mesmerized by the bartender's show. The emotional singing and acrobatic cocktail show are a must-see. The spacious, American-style interior lifted my spirits. The staff are all friendly and lovely. It's sure to be an unforgettable night!

The location at the top floor of Susukino intersection is excellent! The interior is all old American and wonderful. The bar counter is like a stage! With great sound and lighting effects, you can enjoy an amazing show. The food and cocktails were also fantastic. Everyone will be surprised by the cost performance. It would be great if they announced the showtimes and content on their official LINE or website!

It was a very lovely shop! You can overlook the main street of Susukino from inside the shop ◎ When I visited, there was a wedding reception going on, and the bartender was doing a flair show, which was very cool! Also, the staff sister was singing and she was incredibly good, I thought she might be a professional!! The fresh oysters were delicious as expected in Hokkaido, and I was very satisfied!

Oyster&Steak House es located on the 8th floor of Keai Building at Susukino intersection. This restaurant offers great value for the quality of food. Occasionally, the bartender's showtime inside the restaurant is as exciting as the movie Cocktail. The meat sushi is prepared right in front of you, with a great visual presentation and delicious taste, adding an entertainment factor to the dining experience. Ordering a meat dish is a must, as they are juicy and of high quality. Credit cards are accepted. The restaurant is non-smoking, but there is a smoking area available.

Today, I would like to introduce "Oyster & Steak House es Susukino" to you. I visited once before but was disappointed when they ran out of roast beef, so I decided to give it another try. The restaurant is spacious and seems like a fun place for young people. It would definitely be a great spot for group gatherings. The dish I recommend is, of course, the "roast beef." Some people may not like roast beef because it can be dry or the meat slices are too thin. But, this roast beef is moist and the meat slices are thick, just like the ones you would find overseas. The mashed potatoes served with it are incredibly delicious. Whether you eat it with the sauce or as the main dish, it's a treat. If you want to experience the steakhouse vibe you would find abroad, this place in Sapporo is highly recommended. I also love marbled Wagyu beef, but if you want to enjoy THE meat, this is the place to go. I also love the American atmosphere of the restaurant.

es started a beer garden course on the rooftop of the building. So, I went there right away! The weather was great that day, even at night it was around 23 degrees, perfect for a beer garden. We started drinking before the sun set. The beer was Asahi Super Dry Tornado, and it was all-you-can-pour! To use the beer garden, you need to choose a course. This time we went for the 5000 yen course, but there's also a more affordable 3500 yen course available. You can drink not only beer but also cocktails and highballs that are normally served in the restaurant. The surprise was the appearance of roast beef on the menu from the start! I was amazed. Apparently, they didn't have oysters in stock at that time, but they mentioned they might replace it in the future. The sweet potato fries were surprisingly sweet! The fried chicken from es was delicious. Be careful, it has jalapeños in between! The beloved chopped salad was a Cobb salad that day, and it was so delicious! Eating salad with a spoon is the best. The steak from es was amazing, served with delicious bread from Fuwamochi Mansion. The delicious cream was also present. The beef stew was a light soup that day, but the meat was tender and tasty. And the finishing touch was the meat sushi! It was seared perfectly! Lastly, we ended with ice cream. Enjoying delicious meat from es, drinking plenty of beer and tasty drinks in the open-air atmosphere was the best experience. If it rains, you can drink inside, and cancellations should also be possible. Thank you es, I know it must be tough during the pandemic, but keep up the good work!

I have been enjoying watching food and drink related videos on YouTube for a while now. I subscribe to various channels, including this one. Despite the current situation, they continue to create various activities and proposals for their videos. From informative videos to funny and entertaining ones, I highly recommend checking them out! I was curious about Chicago-style pizza (half) for a while, so I decided to try it out for takeout recently. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted by a funny and friendly person who appeared in the videos. They seemed a bit shy but thanked me for watching their videos. I hope they continue to do well, and although I can't do much, I will support them. I bought some beer and chu-hi from a convenience store and had a solo party at a hotel. When I opened the box, I thought it was a bit small, but it turned out to be quite satisfying when I took a bite. It went really well with the beer! The meat had a strong flavor and texture, and the crust was firm. I definitely want to go back again! I enjoyed it with some drinks, and ended up going to buy okonomiyaki later on, but that's a secret. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

He took me to a place in Susukino for oysters after sushi. It's conveniently located right in the middle of Susukino. In addition to oysters, they also offer steaks and other dishes. Even though we were already full, we ordered some steak because there's always room for meat. They offer a variety of ways to enjoy the meat, from something like sukiyaki to simple flavors that let the meat speak for itself. We even had dessert before we left. I would definitely go back if I have the chance.

There was a mix-up with my order and the oysters took a while to come out, but when I mentioned it, they quickly addressed the issue. The meat sushi was delicious! I was happy to see a pound of my favorite lean meat. The all-you-can-drink beer and wine options were plentiful, and I think the cost performance is quite good.

On a regular night, three of us were led to a sparkling restaurant with a box seat in the back. Tonight's course with all-you-can-drink is 5,500 yen! We started with a toast with draft beer. This is my second time here, and the all-you-can-drink includes a variety of wines, such as red and white sparkling, red, and white wines. It's great for wine lovers. From the second drink, we enjoyed sparkling, white, and red wines according to the menu. Today's menu included: - Cold meat platter: chicken breast, steamed pork thigh, roasted beef. The chicken was juicy and delicious. - Green salad with anchovy dressing: nothing special. - Bread with maple butter: slightly sweet bread with a hint of maple butter. Great for drinking wine. - Fried potatoes from Shin-kari Kinmaru Farm: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and sweet. - T-bone steak: 6 cm thick! What a powerful presence! Cooked rare, and if it's not enough, press it on the plate to cook it more. Simple seasoning with just salt, but you can add garlic soy sauce or black pepper if needed. The meat was tender and satisfying. Eating the thick fillet and sirloin steak is enjoyable. - Beef Stroganoff: a rich sauce that goes well with red wine. - Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream: no need for explanation, it's delicious. There were a lot of carbohydrate dishes, but the powerful T-bone steak and the variety of wines in the all-you-can-drink menu made it worth the price. It was a good meal!

Weekday night's how many times year-end party, today is meat! The interior of the restaurant is sparkling and stylish! In the showcase, there are many delicious chunks of meat on ice, with oysters and vegetables placed on top. The atmosphere is exciting! Tonight, there is a 6000 yen all-you-can-drink course, so let's start with a toast with a draft beer and kick off the year-end party.
- Selected oysters and Tokachi Wagyu beef marriage
A stunning dish arrived! Grilled oysters with soy sauce-based sauce and a splendid plate of Tokachi Wagyu beef with marbling. A performance of searing the beef in front of you with a burner! The savory aroma of beef fat stimulates the appetite. It's a luxurious experience to wrap oysters with beef and eat them in one bite, mixing the flavor of beef and oysters, bringing a smile to your face.
- Leafy green salad
Refreshing!
- Oyster fry with tartar sauce
Enjoy the large oyster fry generously topped with tartar sauce.
- Matured sweet potatoes from Shin-kari Kinmaru Farm, fried potatoes
Small-sized potatoes, half-cut with skin on, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Goes perfectly with beer.
- Tokachi Wagyu lamp steak
The lamp meat chunk is cooked rare. A service where the meat is cut at the table. Beautifully red and tender, enjoy the flavor of red meat as it is.
- Tokachi Wagyu beef sushi
Large thinly sliced meat with beautiful marbling, hidden under a bed of rice. A touch of soy sauce-based sauce is drizzled on top. Sear it with a burner in front of you to enhance the aroma of the fat and soy sauce. Boost your excitement with a rare bite!
The all-you-can-drink includes 7 types of red wine, 8 types of white wine, and 2 types of sparkling wine, where you can pour as much as you want! We indulged in plenty of wine and bubbles with beef and oysters. The presentation was also luxurious and satisfying. Thank you for the meal!

I came to eat oysters at a restaurant with my oyster-loving brother after a long time. When making a reservation, we had to reserve the number of oysters we would eat in advance. Since the other two people had birthdays this month, we calculated the total age of all three and divided by 3, resulting in an odd number, so we reserved 39 oysters. Last year, I celebrated my birthday here and they served oysters and test tube Jägermeister shots, one for each year of my age. We opted for the all-you-can-drink option and toasted with Blue Moon beer. We started with the classic homemade bread and maple whipped butter, which was soft and slightly sweet, a perfect match with the butter. My brother always brings his own wasabi and soy sauce to the table before the oysters arrive, showing his regular customer status. The oysters came on a plate, all 39 of them, and the creamy texture was delightful. We enjoyed them with various condiments like lemon, Tabasco, whiskey, and of course, our favorite wasabi and soy sauce. The steak was a must-have as well, so we ordered the sirloin steak with plenty of marbling. It was cooked rare, full of flavor, and simply seasoned with rock salt. We also had the chopped salad and other appetizers. The carpaccio wasn't on the menu, but they made it for us. The soft shell crab fritters were deliciously crispy. We had drinks from Blue Moon to wine (red and white) and finished with cocktails, feeling a bit tipsy. The app offered discounts, and the wine buffet and cocktail options made the all-you-can-drink deal worth it. The wine buffet attendant was friendly and recommended great drinks with a smile. We will definitely come back for more oysters and steak. Thank you for the meal!

It was a company celebration gathering. A young person was in charge, so they chose this place because they had used it before and were familiar with it. The room was the same as before. I ordered a Blue Moon for the all-you-can-drink option and we made a toast. The first dish was like corned beef, a bit unique but okay. Then there was steamed chicken, simple seasoning allowed the natural flavor of the chicken to shine. The chopped salad was prepared in front of us by a female staff member, a nice performance. The dressing was unique but good. The prime roast beef was prepared by a male staff member, cooked for 5 hours, it was rare and thick, perfect for rare meat lovers. The aged prime roast beef was small and flavorful. The beef steak was sliced by a male staff member, it was lamp meat and very thick, great for rare meat lovers. The Wagyu beef sushi was cooked on the table by a male staff member using a burner, it had miso inside and was better than expected. There was a bite-sized curry, quite spicy. For dessert, we had Häagen-Dazs ice cream, a safe choice. I completed all 4 monthly fruit cocktails in October with pear, all sweet. I also completed the beers with Corona and Premium Malt. The all-you-can-drink course for 5,000 yen included cooking performances, plenty of meat dishes, and a variety of drinks, it exceeded expectations in a good way. It was a great meal. I regret not taking a photo of the meat before it was cut (lol).

Four friends and I made a reservation for a steak and wagyu rice course. The restaurant was almost full. We were seated at a large table by the window. This restaurant has a system where you give a $100 tip to your favorite server at the end. Of course, the tip is slightly better than Monopoly money, given to you by the restaurant at the beginning. I see, it boosts the motivation of the staff, right? Clever. And the drink package includes 20 different types of wine. Quite generous. There are also a lot of drink options to choose from. It's hard to decide. First, we had the collaboration homemade bread with a fluffy texture. It was delicious. The maple whipped butter was irresistible. I could eat these bread rolls all day. The salad was huge and fresh, with beautiful colors. The low-temperature cooked chicken ham was a bit chicken-y but juicy with less chewiness. The fried potatoes from a local farm were very sweet. The steak was from Tokachi beef, served in a large portion and sliced in front of us. The beef was not as melt-in-your-mouth as expected. Surprisingly, the rice that came later was wagyu beef stroganoff. It was quite tasty, with a rich flavor. I couldn't finish it, but the vanilla ice cream at the end was delicious, according to my friends. We gave the tip to the server who gave us the biggest smile. As we were bid farewell by that server, we got into the EV. Ah, we were so full٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Yesterday, I had seafood so today let's eat something different. Oyster & Steak sounds good, and the ratings are pretty high too. So, I've decided to go here for dinner on the second day! I made a reservation as well. The homemade bread is soft and slightly sweet, served with maple whipped butter, which may have been a complimentary service. The chopped salad is made with chicken, avocado, tomato, cucumber, boiled egg, and lots of greens. It may not look great, but the taste is a delicious mix of various ingredients. The drinks are all-you-can-drink, which is a good deal. You can try different wines to find your favorite. The cheese platter includes cream, Mimolette, and blue cheese with honey. The oyster tasting includes Senpouji and Koshiki varieties. The Senpouji was disappointing this time, but the Koshiki was creamy and delicious. The steak, a 1-pound ribeye, cooked rare and then seared on a heat-resistant plate, was a hit. We also had meat sushi and oyster sushi to finish off the meal. Overall, it was a great dining experience at Oyster & Steak. Can't eat anymore, thank you for the meal!

The restaurant boasts a Brooklyn style, with a very American atmosphere. The interior feels like it came straight out of a hip-hop music video, offering high-quality meat, beer, and wine. The staff was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for families. Cheers with a Blue Moon, sip on a Corona, and enjoy red or white wine. However, I once went with a group of rough guys and realized it didn't quite fit the vibe of the place, so choose your companions wisely.

This time, I went for the live oysters and wine buffet. It was already December, so even on a weekday at 6 pm, there were more people than usual! By 8 pm, it was almost full. Now, onto the live oysters! But this time, there was a set where you could compare oysters from Saga and Maruemon. My friend wanted to try that too, so we ordered the comparison set, which was grilled, and also a 3-piece Maruemon live oyster set. The oysters arrived! Huh? They were smaller than the ones I had in October or November... a bit disappointing. However, for 150 yen per oyster, the quality was decent. The taste was not as good as before, but still delicious, yes! For the chopped salad, I chose the lightest option, the kale mix. It didn't have avocado and had a simple dressing, so it didn't overpower the other foods. It's the most popular among the staff, and I can see why! It's really tasty. The beef with wasabi was also surprising. The deliciousness of the meat and the richness of the flavor were impressive. Oh, I almost forgot about the wine, but we did have red wine to go with the meal! Since my companion was a girl, we ended up talking and drinking more than eating. The bill was about 1000 yen cheaper per person than usual. I'll have to try the meat next time.

The last stop on our all-day eating tour was es. It was also a welcome party, and the main guest mentioned they wanted to try the roast beef here. When the food arrived, there were complimentary bread rolls on Buta-san's plate. The bread was soft and delicious, especially with the maple butter. The fried potatoes were also really tasty, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I don't eat oysters, but the oyster lovers in our group seemed to enjoy them. The yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) was also a hit, I had to go for seconds! We ordered the 1-pound roast beef, which seemed smaller than last time. Nonetheless, it was incredibly delicious! Another great meal at es. Thank you for the feast!

Well, I visit Es-san almost every month. This time, I ended up going two weeks in a row (laughs). We had a large group gathering, so we opted for the course menu. I requested a custom order with no oysters, no steak, and instead, I asked for roast beef. I've used the course menu once before, but this time I was really satisfied! My stomach was full, the food was delicious, it was fantastic! The all-you-can-drink option for 2 hours was great, and the drinks were tasty. The fried potatoes were crispy on the outside, hot and fluffy on the inside. They were sweet and delicious, and there were plenty of them (laughs). I usually go for a half portion of roast beef, but this time, with a large group, we got 1 pound each! Wow! The thickness added to the flavor and it was delicious! The roast beef was as tender and moist as ever. I love it too much, it's dangerous! The mashed potatoes were also delicious! The paella was light, fluffy, and tasty, leaving me satisfied. Finally, we had Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream for dessert. I'll be visiting again at the end of the month (laughs). I can't miss out on the 1-pound roast beef! The drool-worthy meat is also highly recommended. Thank you for the feast!

I hadn't been to this place in years, but I decided to visit again after a long time. It's a restaurant in the es group that has been focusing on oysters and steak since last year. They offer a variety of courses, but this time I decided to go for the all-you-can-drink option and order dishes separately. The all-you-can-drink option was 1480 yen for 120 minutes (with an online coupon), but I added 300 yen to try out 8 different delicious wines. I started with a Blue Moon beer for a toast, and it was fruity and delicious. I really wanted to try the oysters, so I ordered 3 of them despite my companion not being able to eat them. They brought the fresh oysters chilled on ice, which was a nice touch. They also provided two types of Tabasco and a whiskey spray. The combination of lemon, lime, and whiskey was excellent. The green Tabasco was spicy and my favorite. For appetizers, I decided to try the luxurious beef tongue. It was surprisingly extravagant with generous portions of wasabi and beef. It looked more like a steak than a beef tongue! The limited edition expensive wine was indeed aromatic and flavorful. They have a wine sommelier who can recommend the perfect wine for each dish. I also ordered a chopped salad with salmon Caesar dressing, which was delicious with a variety of ingredients. Lastly, I couldn't leave without trying the main dish - the steak. I opted for the Kai no Mi, a rare cut of beef at a reasonable price. The rare grilled meat with salt was incredibly delicious. The quality of the food and drinks was impeccable. I had a great time enjoying the oysters, beef, and high-quality alcohol. I had no complaints about anything. I've known about es for 10 years, but I never expected them to evolve to this level. I'll probably visit again soon. Personally, I'm very picky about oysters, but the oysters here are top-notch and surprisingly affordable. The combination of oysters, beef, and alcohol was perfect. I might become an es fan again. (laughs)
