I was invited to this restaurant with a one-year waiting list. While there are no particularly unusual dishes, all the food is delicious, and the cost performance of the wine is excellent, making the overall payment amount much more reasonable compared to other restaurants these days! The teamwork of the elderly couple running the place is also wonderful! What's interesting is that even though it's an Italian restaurant, they serve Jamón Ibérico Bellota instead of regular prosciutto! I'd like to delve into this more next time I visit ^_^

A restaurant that my foodie friends have been posting about for a while. The menu requires ordering dishes in portions for the whole group, so sharing pasta dishes isn't possible and controlling the amount can be challenging. Leftovers can be taken home, so it's a good option for those who can't finish their food. The prices range from 500 to 1,000 yen, which is indeed reasonable. The owner constantly boasts about the wine and ingredients being "top-notch" and "world-class," but in reality, the taste didn't surpass what I've had before, so it's best to take it with a grain of salt. However, the food is undeniably excellent for the price. I'm not knowledgeable about wine, but it seems the main attraction is being able to enjoy high-quality wine at a low cost, around 5,000 to 8,000 yen per bottle. While it might make sense to buy and drink your own alcohol if you want to, it's a good option for those who prefer having drinks at a restaurant.

An Italian restaurant located one station away from Keikyu Kamata Station. They accept reservations six months in advance, and getting a reservation over the phone can be quite challenging. I was curious about why food enthusiasts are so eager to make a reservation at this restaurant, but when I actually visited, I understood why. The standout dish was the gratin made with oysters. The combination of white sauce, cheese, and large creamy oysters was exceptional, and it paired perfectly with the white wine offered by the chef. The wine selection was great, the quality was high, and the prices were reasonable, making it a restaurant I would definitely like to visit again.

I was invited to visit this place! They only answer the phone twice a year and it's hard to get through... I'm grateful to have been invited through the narrow gate ♡ First of all, the cheese is incredibly delicious!! You can't tell from the photos... The prosciutto seems to have a low melting point, the fatty part on the edge is soft and incredibly tasty!! Even though I don't like liver pate, it's incredibly delicious!! I forgot the name of the shrimp dish, but of course, it's incredibly delicious!! The meat is also incredibly delicious!! The squid ink and scallop risotto is the best risotto I've ever had ♡ I want to keep eating it forever ♡ The pasta with tomato sauce is incredibly delicious!! The tiramisu came with congratulations! Naturally, it's delicious ♡ All the wines are delicious, and the personality of the master, Makorin, is incredibly good ♡ It's no wonder they don't answer the phone!!

Located about a 15-minute walk from Zasshoku Station, this restaurant is one of the top difficult-to-reserve restaurants in Tokyo, with reservations for 2023 already fully booked. It's a slightly challenging place to visit as you need to be someone who can drink more than half a bottle of wine. I was invited by an acquaintance to visit this time. They have had their menu copied by other restaurants before, so photography of the menu is not allowed. The menu descriptions are quite detailed, resembling a magazine. Iberico Bejota, Ultimate Aged Warm Cheese for 450 yen, Carpaccio Maton for 1300 yen, Gratin of Squid and Hokkaido Scallops for 1100 yen, Spaghetti with Bacon and Onion Special Tomato Sauce for 780 yen, and Tiramisu. Each dish is highly elaborate. Ordering for the number of people is mandatory, but if you leave a significant amount, you can also take it home. Iberico Bejota and Ultimate Aged Warm Cheese pair exceptionally well with wine. The Carpaccio was also very delicious and satisfying. Tiramisu requires advance reservation. The cheesiness was incredibly delicious. The wine is reasonably priced to the point where you might wonder if it's okay to serve it at that price. A restaurant worth visiting even if it's far away. I would like to revisit with friends who love wine.

I came to Zasshoku for the first time. The purpose was here. I couldn't make a reservation because it was hard to get through when I called on the reservation start date. I was approached and visited for the first time. On this day, it was a birthday party for regular customers who visit every month. He was called the ace by his husband. The variety of wines here is very nice and reasonable. I had a quirky wine on this day. The husband's explanation is interesting and it goes well with the food. I took home the risotto and tiramisu. Thank you for the precious seat. A la carte, assorted raw ham, liver pate, gorgonzola, mutton, 3 olives, chorizo gratin, oyster and squid ink risotto, tiramisu. [Drinks] Pinot-Chevauchet Joyeuse Brut Champagne, Pignier Crémant du Jura Brut, Andrea Cervini Vino del Poggio Rosso 2017, Terpin Franco Chardonnay 2015, Collefrisio Semis Bianco 2019, CICALECCIO (forgot to take a photo), sake, THE GLENLIVET.

Twitter ID: jigenace777 Instagram ID: jigenace777 Keikyu Zoshiki Station. Trattoria La Margherita, a place where only those who can drink more than half a bottle of wine can visit. This Italian restaurant located in a residential area is by reservation only. Reservations are only available twice a year. Only two groups per day. Total seating is around 12 seats. Currently, it is extremely difficult to make a reservation! On this day, I visited with 6 people including an actress, singer, and a president of a major company. - Andre Clouet Brut Nature Silver Champagne Grand Cru 'Bouzy' Pinot Noir - Iberico Bellota Ham, the real deal! - Salsiccia, a voluminous dish. - Bailly Lapierre Vive-la-Joie Brut Rose 2018, a sparkling rose wine from Burgundy. - Liver paste, delicious! - Terpin Franco Chardonnay 2013, an Italian wine from Dell' Venetzie. The chef described it as a quirky wine with tannins and a sherry-like impression. Despite the chef not recommending it, it was a favorite of mine. - Salad made with balsamic vinegar that is rarely available. The dressing with mild acidity was delicious! - Andrea Cervini Vino del Poggio Rosso 2020, a red wine made from 100% Barbera grapes from Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Another satisfying wine. - Spaghetti with bacon and onion, and bacon peperoncino. - Tiramisu, a large portion made in a big bowl to share among 6 people. Everyone took some to go. The "not recommended wines" on the menu are unique but surprisingly tasty! The chef happily mentioned, "For some reason, the wines I don't recommend are popular." With 6 people, we only had 4 bottles of wine, making it a surprisingly modest evening. (laughs)

La Margherita is a wine restaurant with extremely difficult reservations! There is a rule that only those who can drink more than half a bottle of wine can enter, but we had no problem with that! This time, we visited with 6 people. We started with a toast with champagne, followed by top-quality prosciutto. The prosciutto was incredibly delicious and paired well with the champagne! The crostini were topped with plenty of liver pate and the olives were so good that when we ordered 2 each, they gave us one extra for free. We also enjoyed the salsiccia, salami, warm cheese, and a pasta dish with a rich tomato sauce that the chef is proud of. The rule here is to order pasta and gratin dishes according to the number of people, and when they arrived, we were surprised by the generous portions! We couldn't finish everything, but they kindly allowed us to take the leftovers home in a container. Although we wanted to try the gratin and risotto, we were already full by then. For dessert, we had their exquisite tiramisu. The chef explained the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish, which was adorable. We drank 5 bottles of wine among 6 people, enjoyed delicious food, and the bill came out to 12,000 yen per person. The cost performance is amazing! It's famous for being a place where you can only make reservations by phone one day every six months, and it's notoriously difficult to get through. But I'll do my best to secure a reservation for next time!

I invited my drinking friends to a restaurant where my favorite chef and madam work for a girls' night out. It had been a while since I last checked the restaurant's Tabelog page, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been selected as one of the top 100 Italian restaurants in Tokyo. When I mentioned this to the chef, they were surprised and delighted. This time, the six of us finished six bottles of wine haha. We drank well, ate well, and laughed a lot. I love this kind of atmosphere. I don't usually order spaghetti, but the spaghetti we ordered this time was very voluminous with scallops and squid. The shrimp was plump and large, and everything was very satisfying. Thank you to everyone who joined me. We had delicious carpaccio (red snapper and amberjack), liver paste crostini with the world's most luxurious prosciutto, top-quality shrimp, meticulously prepared oyster gratin, spaghetti bianco with squid and Hokkaido scallops, and tiramisu. #WineRestaurantLaMargherita #Italian #Colorful

- [Restaurant Name] Trattoria La Margherita - [Nearest Station] 10-minute walk from Zasshoku Station - [Budget] ¥10,000 to ¥15,000 Reservations can be made twice a year. The wine is very affordable. The tiramisu is delicious. Reservations are relatively easy to get. It's recommended to visit at least once, and it's a place you'd want to go to about once a year. If you haven't been there before, it's worth a visit because reservations are relatively easy to get.

I was invited to La Margherita, a wine restaurant. Before going, I imagined a place where you must drink wine, with a picky owner. However, upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a very kind and smiling owner. The explanations of the dishes and wines were very polite and easy to understand, enhancing the deliciousness. I forgot the menu names, but the ham and bread were delicious. The liver pate had a satisfying portion size. We were even served a complimentary olive. The carpaccio with onion sauce was delicious! Enjoy the cheese while it's still hot. The lamb was not gamey. The oyster gratin was the best dish, with the oyster flavor spreading throughout the gratin. The sausage gratin was also good, with a meat sauce inside. Let's all point out if our teeth turn black from the squid ink risotto. The tiramisu is a specialty, and you can take half of it home. With 6 people, we had 8 bottles of wine, and the bill was around 18,000 yen per person, which considering the quality, was miraculously cheap! It's understandable why it's so popular. I recommend coming here with friends who love alcohol and having a good time. I guarantee you'll enjoy delicious food and have a great time. Thank you for the meal.

I was invited by a friend of a long-time regular customer and revisited with some old friends! It was a nostalgic reunion with friends, some of whom I hadn't seen since before the pandemic. Since they are all older than me, I left the food choices to my friends, starting with the classic carpaccio. We enjoyed a total of eight bottles, ranging from sparkling to red and white wines. One of my friends ordered a lot of carbs, so we couldn't finish everything and ended up taking some home. The choice of drinks and amount of food definitely vary depending on who you go with, but I think it would normally be more reasonably priced. I hope the chef continues to be in good health and I look forward to visiting again before the end of the year or next year.

A 12-minute walk from Zasshoku Station. There's a rule that each person has to drink more than half a bottle of wine, but it's so delicious that you can easily drink it. The menu cannot be photographed, but just looking at the cute menu filled with the handmade love of Chef Hachiro from Yatsushiro is soothing. Ordered items included liver paste crostini with the world's most luxurious ham (Jamon Iberico Bellota), ultimate aged warm cheese, premium sashimi carpaccio of red sea bream, ultimate warm gorgonzola sauce crostini, special tomato sauce gratin with coarse-ground salsiccia, bianco spaghetti with plenty of oysters, squid ink risotto with squid and scallops, and adorable tiramisu. The dishes were especially liked for the carpaccio, liver paste crostini, and warm gorgonzola sauce crostini. The liver paste had a fluffy, melting texture, while the warm gorgonzola sauce had a richness different from the aged warm cheese, and although it's a cheese with a distinct flavor, I loved it. It paired well with the wine. The gratin with chunks of coarse-ground salsiccia, the bianco spaghetti with plenty of large oysters, and the squid ink risotto were all comforting and delicious. For the extra-large tiramisu dessert, Chef Hachiro said, "There's a hidden Mickey that comes out once a year," but it was not hidden at all and was cute. I will accumulate virtue so that I can visit again.

- The size of carbohydrate dishes is huge - Tiramisu ♡ - The mischievous chef is cute, the atmosphere is somewhat homey, and it's an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy wine to your heart's content. Despite being hard to access, it's a difficult place to make reservations. If you have the determination to call for about 5-6 hours, anyone can secure a reservation, which I like for its equality. While the appetizers are just the right size, the portions of pasta, gratin, and risotto are clearly off. If you order a lot of appetizers, you somehow end up eating a lot of garlic toast. However, you can also take home the carbohydrates, and they provide containers. You have to order the same amount as everyone else, but you can rest assured that you don't have to finish it all. (By the way, even if you reheat it at home, the risotto and gratin are very delicious, so it's better to take them home without forcing yourself. In fact, I divide them up from the beginning because I want to eat them the next day too.) According to the chef, the wine is cheaper here than at other restaurants. I'm not sure because I don't come across the same ones often, but bottles range from 5,000 to 8,000 yen. The lineup doesn't seem to change much. As they seem to have been copied, taking photos of the menu and wine list is currently prohibited. The tiramisu seems to be the only exception. Only those who can easily drink at least half a bottle of wine per person are recommended. Payment is cash only. - Bejota → The world's most luxurious prosciutto. The chef explaining this is very cute. It seems like he stumbled during the explanation for the first time. - Red snapper carpaccio → You can see that the flesh is firm and has a nice bounce to it. It comes with onion dressing instead of olive oil. - Crostini with liver pate → A quite mild liver paste. - Sausage and salami → Herb-infused and quite thick. The salami is also packed with flavor. - Fried angel prawns → The prawns are large. - Tripe → It might feel like it lacks spiciness or saltiness, but it's delicious, so I always order it. - Scallop and squid spaghetti → I had pasta here for the first time. The scallops and squid are large and have a nice texture. - Bolognese gratin → Serves one person. The tomato sauce is gentle and very tasty. - Oyster and squid risotto → Large, plump oysters. I really like the slightly chewy texture of the rice, which leaves a lingering sensation. - Tiramisu ♡ → Requires a reservation. It's quite large. - Chocolate → Complimentary. They gave me a lot.笑

La Margherita is a well-known Italian restaurant with notoriously difficult reservations, as they only accept reservations once or twice a year. Reservations can be made by phone from lunch to dinner. The chef is known for his strong commitment to quality ingredients and wine, and he passionately describes the menu items each time. The dishes include Iberico ham, liver pate crostini, olives, sausage, sea bream carpaccio, tripe, aged cheese crostini, gorgonzola crostini, lamb, oyster gratin, squid ink risotto, and tiramisu. The tiramisu, which must be ordered in advance, takes over a year to prepare and is described as the best ever tasted. The portions are generous, and takeaway is also an option. It is recommended to order a bit more to enjoy at home. The restaurant also requires a minimum consumption of wine, with 2 bottles for 3-4 people and 3 bottles for 5-6 people. The average budget is around 10,000 yen per person. Located in Zoshoku, reservations are a must and can be made by phone.

Zasshoku Station, 10 minutes walk - "Trattoria La Margherita". This time, we ordered a la carte after being seated. Ordered items (* denotes particularly liked dishes): *Peak of Prosciutto ¥748, *Liver Paste Crostini ¥495, Ultimate Aged Warm Cheese ¥495, Ultimate Delicious Carpaccio ¥748, Super Particular Cabbage Mix Salad (Mini) ¥480, Bolognese Gratin ¥1210, Squid and Scallop Ink Risotto ¥1078, *Ultimate Gorgonzola Sauce Crostini ¥396, *Organically Grown High-Quality Olives ¥60, Tiramisu (Large) ¥3600. The Peak of Prosciutto is truly delicious. This thickness provides a luxurious bite. The garlic toast also complements it well. The Liver Paste Crostini features warm crostini generously spread on baguette. Creamy and slightly fluffy, not too heavy, an exquisite dish. The Ultimate Aged Warm Cheese is another must-order item. Thinking about it, it's a baguette feast. The Ultimate Delicious Carpaccio is expertly prepared and incredibly tasty. Perfect when paired with pepper. The Super Particular Cabbage Mix Salad in mini size is so abundant and beautifully dressed with a 14-year aged balsamic vinegar. Perfect with the pepper provided for the carpaccio. Bolognese Gratin is a classic here, made with the best part of a 25kg cheese. The base is truly delicious. The portion size per person is generous. Watch out for the thick rigatoni-like pasta and its piping hot temperature. The Squid and Scallop Ink Risotto is a must-try here. Delicious! The Ultimate Gorgonzola Sauce Crostini is so good that we had to order more wine to accompany it. Smooth texture, a delight for Gorgonzola lovers. Be cautious if you're not a fan of its distinctive flavor. The Organically Grown High-Quality Olives are a great wine accompaniment. It's nice that you can order them individually. Well, we did order two each though! The Tiramisu is a menu item that requires advance reservation. A unique Tiramisu that took 14 months to prepare. We had 5 wines that day. The first sparkling wine had a slight fermentation taste and a Noir-like weight. The Sauvignon Blanc had a refined sweetness. The top-class Falanghina had a unique barrel and bitter notes. The Nuits-Saint-Georges was elegant with a lingering finish. The Barbaresco had a sweet touch, very delicious. A rare vintage. This might have been our most satisfying visit ever. The amount of food ordered was just right. We love this place even more now.

[Tsuzukusa] Trattoria La Margherita is an Italian restaurant located in a miscellaneous residential area, with an average price of around 15,000 yen. I was invited to visit. - Peak of prosciutto ¥748 - Liver paste crostini ¥495 - Ultimate aged warm cheese ¥495 - Delicious carpaccio ¥748 - Ultra-select cabbage mixed salad (mini) ¥480 - Bolognese gratin ¥1,210 - Squid and scallop squid ink risotto ¥1,078 - Ultimate gorgonzola sauce crostini ¥396 - High-quality organic olive ¥60 - Tiramisu (large) ¥3,600 What's surprising is the gratin that is brought to each person. Since ordering for the number of people is required for all dishes, some may feel full with just this. It should be eaten hot and quickly. It's recommended to have half for dine-in and pack the rest since takeout is available. The tiramisu (large) that requires a reservation is a specialty menu made by aging coffee beans and grappa for over 14 months. It can be enjoyed in a dream-like whole batter size. Reservations are accepted by phone once every six months, with only two groups per day (as it is a place to enjoy wine), and only those who can drink more than half a bottle per person are allowed to visit. Despite appearing strict at first glance, the charming and mischievous Chef Yashiro is also one of the attractions. Although it's far from the station, it's a restaurant I would like to visit again. I recommend this extremely difficult-to-reserve restaurant for wine lovers, with only two reservation opportunities per year! Chef Makoto Yashiro showcases his skills in Italian cuisine. Yashiro honed his craft at a major restaurant chain in Jiyugaoka, then furthered his training in Italy. Currently, he also serves as an instructor for cooking seminars for chefs. The restaurant is located about 60 meters south of the front of the Rokugo Police Box in Kamata. The nearest station is Zoshiki Station, an 11-minute walk away. The opening hours are at 5:50 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM (open only on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). There are 12 seats available, all in table seating. Reservations are strictly limited to groups of 3-6 people, with reservation opportunities around June and November each year. Reservations are accepted on specific dates, and groups must be able to consume at least half a bottle of wine per person. The menu features exquisite dishes, such as the world's finest prosciutto served on a plate, and personally, I loved the crostini with Gorgonzola sauce. The restaurant is a wine-specialty establishment with limited reservation availability. If you have the chance to visit, I highly recommend it.
