Ramen Village. I am the ambassador of exchange. At the Ramen Village Shrine, they also have wooden plaques. Now, the shop I visited after a long time was this one. The taste I had when I first came to Asahikawa, Tenkin. There was a line. It seems like a lot of tourists, foreigners, have come back. Every shop has a line. And Tenkin was particularly crowded. I think I lined up for about 30 minutes. While waiting in line, I chose my menu. But since I had time, I couldn't decide between wanting to try this or that, so I ended up not choosing. Come to think of it, I have never tried anything other than soy sauce at Tenkin. They have salt, miso... but... What should I do, should I try something new? Corn Butter Ramen 950 yen, large serving +100 yen, rice 200 yen. In the end, I didn't go for an adventure. Well, actually, I did go for an adventure. I ordered corn butter for the first time. Until now, the only thing I had tried other than the regular was vegetable soy sauce. Oh, and this time, I went for soy sauce flavor again. Both as a set. I was staring at the menu, but there wasn't an option for just butter or just corn. They come together, with an additional 150 yen. Butter really works like magic. Just having it adds depth to the flavor. But since Tenkin's original flavor is already strong, it even made it feel a bit milder. The pork slices are lean. And there were three slices on top! I thought there were only two, but it turned out to be three. One slice was stuck to another, so maybe I got lucky with an extra slice. Or maybe it's always three slices when you order a large serving. Oh my! So delicious! It's been a while since I had Tenkin, and it's so good. The first time I tried it, I couldn't handle such a strong soy sauce flavor. But now, it tastes delicious. The intense flavor has the soup's umami concentrated in it. The lard on top also adds richness. Curly noodles. The noodles are not too dry, and they firmly hold the soup. They lift it up well. I think eating this outside when it's snowing would make it taste 50% better. It's delicious inside the shop too, of course, but I want to eat it outside and warm up. That's the feeling this bowl gives me. Lengé rice. This time, it's the special version. I melted the butter in the soup a bit and enjoyed it. There's no way this isn't delicious. It's the best!!! However, I ate the large serving ramen and rice too quickly, and my stomach started to ache. By the way, the young man next to me, who was eating soy sauce ramen, had a miso ramen next to him. I wondered if someone else was coming? But he ended up eating two bowls normally. There was an option to have a half portion of each if you wanted to compare, but I guess he just wanted to eat two bowls. Thank you for the meal. ⇒ ★When it's cold, the strong soy sauce flavor is the best◇
