Welcome. ---------- December 2019 ---------- North Island Korean Coriander Black (= ´∀´)ﾉ凵゛Korean coriander with a distinctive bitterness that becomes addictive. The spiciness of the deer meat tataki seasoning stimulates the upcoming dishes. The deer meat roast with caramelized onions, combined with balsamic vinegar, brings out a mellow sweetness. Served with a spicy green mustard and red wine sauce. Low-temperature cooked for a refreshing texture and a chewy bite. The deer meat wrapped and baked hamburger, made by pounding and grinding the meat for a smooth texture and bite. Served with demi-glace sauce. For dessert, a white chocolate-covered apple with gold leaf and a chocolate Santa Claus captured underneath. Beneath that is white mousse, raspberry sauce, and sponge cake. Mixing these three elements together creates a delicious combination. The sweet and sourness of the raspberry complements the end of the meal perfectly. It is recommended to eat the character in one bite to see the unique presentation (we don't want to see Santa being bitten into). The counter area has a calm atmosphere, different from the rest of the floor.

It's been a while since I went to a sweets buffet. Finch \( ˆoˆ )/ The interior and the sweets are both very stylish and special!! This buffet changes themes every month. This month's theme is peach, mango, and black tea. Everything I tried was delicious. I wanted to try everything... but it was impossible (^_^; There are also light meals available. Most of the customers are women, but there are a few couples here and there. I think most women would be happy. Satisfied (^^)v

For Christmas dinner, I went to my favorite restaurant, Finch ⭐️ They had a special Christmas course with very stylish dishes ⭐️ And of course, everything was delicious! They also provided wine to go with the food, and I ended up drinking too much after a long time (lol)

Once again, we had a luxurious dinner on a special anniversary⭐️ Everything was stylish and delicious! The main dish was a steak made from Japanese beef topped with sea urchin, a combination that was almost too extravagant⭐️ This restaurant is truly versatile, perfect for everyday dining as well as special occasions⭐️

Meeting a friend for late night tea. There aren't many places in Sapporo where you can have late night tea, so we ended up here! Surrounded by antique-style furniture and dim lights, it's a cozy atmosphere. I've been here for weddings a few times, but since it's a wedding venue, there are monitors and it's quite fancy.

I went to a buffet twice this month with the themes of strawberries and Instagram-worthy Korean cuisine. The taste was neither good nor bad, but the mini naengmyeon was delicious! ===========

I had the special menu garlic rice and it was delicious, especially the char siu. The aroma of garlic was very nice and I loved the taste. The interior of the restaurant is also very stylish and I really liked it.

Great atmosphere! Perfect for a girls' night out. The taste is decent.

I was full from eating, but I still wanted to have a little bit of alcohol, so I went to Mr. Finch near my house ⭐️ This place is really stylish, and no matter where you take a picture, it looks like a painting ⭐️ The wine I drank in this stylish space was amazing ⭐️ The comfort of the sofa seats is outstanding‼︎

FINCH in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, is located on the 1st floor of Mercure. Although I had passed by the front of the restaurant many times, this was my first visit. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. I ordered the herb breaded pork belly, green asparagus and prosciutto eggs benedict, and king crab and avocado cobb salad, among other dishes. Everything was delicious! I thought it was a versatile restaurant that could be used for various occasions. The drink selection was also extensive, and the alcohol was tasty. I started with beer but switched to sangria halfway through, which was great! Lastly, I had a parfait for dessert and left feeling satisfied. The staff were also pleasant, making it one of the few places where I could leave feeling good. I would definitely like to go back. Thank you for the meal!

During dinner time, I went to the wedding restaurant Finch. Today, they had a special menu, so I immediately ordered it! The special omelette rice with ratatouille sauce was delicious. I relaxed on the comfortable sofa.

I was curious about restaurant weddings when I attended a friend's wedding before. This time, the wedding was held in a restaurant. The interior was really stylish. I think it would be a perfect place for a date. The food and service were great, and it was clear that they also do bridal events. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
