I visited the famous dessert shop "L'atelier a ma facon"~♪ It's known for its parfaits and glass desserts. Located just a few minutes from Uenomae Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line. As of April 2023, it has a Tabelog rating of 4.03. While registered under the "Cafe" genre on Tabelog, if it were under "Parfait," it would undoubtedly be No.1. This shop was launched in December 2019 by Chef Ikuma Mori, formerly of "Cafe Nakano-ya" in Machida. In French, "L'atelier" means "workshop" and "a ma façon" means "in my own way." According to our Instagram, "It's not so crowded that you have to line up‼️" So, I leisurely arrived at Uenomae Station around 11:30. When I turned left at the first corner from Uenomae Street, suddenly there was a long line!! I thought, but it was Ramen Jiro Uenomae Store. Just a little further ahead was L'atelier a ma facon. There is a ledger in front of the shop, and when I tried to write my name, a tall and slender man came out from inside and showed me to my seat. Although he is not Chef Ikuma Mori, he was very polite and likable. The cozy and stylish interior has about 20 seats, including counter seats and table seats. The counter with six seats facing the road seems to be popular. The menu is a thick book in English. However, it's just two pages of dessert menu and two pages of drink menu. There were 8 dessert options, 7 types of coffee, and 9 types of tea. ◆ Darjeeling 2nd Flush Simplee Farm: 770 yen (from TEA MARKET Gclef@Kichijoji) After ordering, it was served in a white pot in about 12 minutes. It fills the cup almost to the brim, about two cups' worth. It's said to carry the mellow sweetness released from the finest farm's Darjeeling tea leaves. ◆ Fraisier with Strawberries and Pistachios: 3,520 yen After ordering, it was served in about 25 minutes~ Wow~, it's beautiful~ it's art~ After admiring it for a while, I tasted it with a spoon. The combination of strawberries and pistachios is delicious by nature, but the various textures like chewy, crispy, crunchy, and crispy in a wave of attacks are irresistibly delicious~♪ My poor expression may not convey it well, so I'll copy the menu from the restaurant. This glass dessert, which is said to be the prototype of "Strawberry Shortcake" and changed the current parfait culture significantly, is the chef's masterpiece. Pistachio mousse, strawberry sorbet, mixed berry compote - a simple way to enjoy the ultimate combination of strawberries and pistachios in a glass dessert. It has now received reviews from 9,700 people~♪

- Arrived on Sunday at 9 o'clock. Managed to be the first to sign in. Shortly after, a group of four arrived, and they were divided into two groups of two for signing in (only one or two people are allowed). Returned around 10 o'clock and waited in front of the restaurant for about 10 minutes until it opened. Including myself, there were eight groups on the sign-in sheet. Got called in first at 10:15 and entered the restaurant. Today, there were guests who had reserved special menu items and started dining around 9:30. After the first call, there were still three groups waiting outside the restaurant. - Now, seated and looking at the menu that seemed to be creatively altered? As everyone writes on social media, there are parfaits with long names. Since there are no pictures, it's fun not knowing what to expect, haha. - Ordered three items (haha). ◆ "Glass dessert featuring red grapes with skin-on Puydamour Silk Sweet sweet potato topped (3,960 yen) 'Sunny Dolce (maybe. I'm not very familiar with grape varieties, haha), vanilla and rum raisin confiture, vanilla mousse, vanilla meringue, and smoked milk sweet potato ice cream' - It arrived in about 40 minutes. - Among the group of sweet potatoes and vanilla mousse (resembling pudding), sweet potato ice cream, and grapes placed elegantly next to the glass, the sweetness and slight acidity harmonize well. The pie crust also enhances the overall texture (a bit noisy but funny, haha). ◆ "Glass dessert of peaches and peach-related folklore (3,520 yen) 'A unique glass dessert that captures a part of that well-known fairy tale story, creating a sense of movement. Combination of peach sorbet, milk ice cream, matcha (white fold) parfait, and kinako crumble' (^。^) - Since we ordered two, it took about 70 minutes to arrive. The smoke effect added to the fun (^。^) The peach sorbet with a playful texture, kinako crumble, and various textures make this parfait very enjoyable. The moss sponge has a distinctive taste. Perhaps it's the herbs. The elderflower jelly is bouncy and shiny like a gem, and while wrapping stones, rocks, soil, and moss in milk ice cream, it feels like it's gone in no time. It's so much fun. ◆ "Drink: Separate Herbal Tea (cold) (660 yen) 'A herbal drink with two layers - the clear red of rose hips and the blue of butterfly pea. Drink: Separate Herbal Tea' - I was drawn by the photos on Instagram, so I ordered it. It's beautiful and delicious. ◆ I'll definitely come back.

- Visit date and time: Around 9:00 PM on a Saturday in September - Crowd level: Recorded entry system, entered at opening time - Ordering method, speed of service: Verbal, about 30 minutes - Taste: "Okinawa-grown purple sweet potato and roasted sweet potato ice cream, burnt honey parfait, Monteviola with a hint of lavender aroma, Tahitian vanilla jelly and cassis marmalade" (name of the parfait). One drink per order. The parfait has incredibly high artistic value. It is also delicious. Based on sweet potato Mont Blanc, each layer offers a different taste. A shocking experience for the first time. Other menu items also caught my interest. Surprisingly, it is not heavy. - Price: Reasonable - Customer service: Average - Payment method: Cash

I visited around 1 p.m. on a weekday and the restaurant was calm with only 2 to 3 groups seated. However, it took about 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and about 45 minutes for the first parfait to be served. I managed to complete the peach parfaits just before they were sold out! The "Peach Mozzarella Glass Dessert" was the highlight of the day! I missed out on it last year, but I was able to try it just in time this year, and I'm so happy! The composition from the top included fresh peaches, basil macaron, dried tomatoes, dried basil, peppery meringue, candy, Parmesan cheese pie, peach sorbet, yogurt parfait, Picual olive oil, crumble, tomato consommé jelly, mozzarella cheese, and peach compote. Each bite was full of surprises and delights, with a smooth sorbet, refreshing yogurt parfait, and crunchy crumble. The balance of sweet peach and tangy yogurt was perfect. The dessert was like a work of art, with flavors that were both sweet and savory. The Peach and Peach Folktale Glass Dessert was another delightful dish with a design resembling a peach and peach-themed old story. The components included small peach-shaped rice cakes, peach sorbet, milk ice cream, green tea parfait, soybean flour crumble, and sweet rice dumplings. The presentation was so detailed, with a river made of jelly, black meringue stones, and moss recreated with herbs and green tea sponge. The combination of flavors and textures was delightful, especially with the green tea parfait and juicy peach sorbet. The dish was like an edible storybook, too beautiful to eat. This restaurant's parfaits are all amazing, but the plate-style parfaits like these are a unique experience compared to the usual glass ones.

It's very close to the station, so it's reassuring♪ The interior is stylish and has a calming atmosphere (^^) The restroom is stylish too, I couldn't help but take a photo (lol) There were various types of parfaits, and although I was indecisive, it wasn't too sweet, refreshing, delicious, and cute in appearance, which was great (◍•ᴗ•◍)

This is a cafe that was selected as one of the top 100 cafe sweets shops in 2023, located right near Uguisudani Station in Ueno. The cafe has a fairytale-like atmosphere, and I was able to enter without waiting in line. I sat at a counter seat in the back. The menu is presented using old foreign books. I ordered a parfait, but the menu name is quite long: "A glass dessert dedicated to grape lovers - Shine Muscat, with the intoxicating scent of flowers, swaying like a noble rot wine jelly, and natural lemon verbena ice cream for ¥3,630." One of the popular items every year is the Shine Muscat glass dessert from the immortal swaying series. The menu has some poetic and fairytale-like names that are hard to read. I also had a separate herbal tea (cold) for ¥660, which had two layers - a clear red rosehip layer and a blue butterfly pea layer. Both had high-quality flavors that left me enchanted. I guess the fruits in the drinks change with the seasons. I would love to try them each time they change.

I had the peach parfait, sunflower parfait, and sunshine muscat parfait. The peach parfait was smoked, and they even lit a smoke for it, with a concept like the rose from Beauty and the Beast. They kindly asked if I wanted to take a video before opening the glass after preparing it! The sunflower parfait came with a painting of sunflowers by Van Gogh, and I could take a photo with the painting as the background! They came to take the painting just as I finished taking the photo. The service was very thoughtful! The sunshine muscat parfait had a beautiful design like a dress! They were all delicious (o^^o) Each one had intricate designs, so it took a bit of time to serve, but the drinks were delicious, so I didn't mind waiting at all! The saucers for the drinks also had stylish designs and were the perfect size; I wonder where I can get them (*^_^*) The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They all spoke very politely, especially the men, who acted like butlers ✨ They were kind, cool, polite, and wonderful. Let's not speak loudly to maintain the atmosphere of the restaurant! Let's enjoy the parfaits♪

I arrived at the restaurant on a weekday at 11:30 and was able to enter smoothly. It was a one drink per order system. The drink arrived about 30 minutes after ordering, and the parfait came about an hour later. When the parfait arrived, I was impressed by its beauty! It seemed too quick to make. Of course, the taste was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I would like to visit again when the season changes. Ordered items: Shine Muscat, Peach and Cherry, Japanese Black Tea, Darjeeling Tea

I finally visited the café Nakano-ya, which I had been wanting to visit since the Machida days. The interior is a calming space with a focus on interior design and tableware, creating an atmosphere where you can leisurely enjoy artistic glass desserts. The desserts I ordered were... ・Peach and American cherry puit d'amour → Made with seasonal peaches and American cherries, served with Satonishiki and pistachio marble ice cream. The beauty of it instantly lifted my spirits. It was a glass dessert that was so elegant and meticulously crafted that it almost felt like a shame to eat it. ・Seasonal fresh melon and Shine Muscat puit d'amour, almond sorbet and raspberry jam → The juicy melon and beautifully arranged Shine Muscat paired perfectly with the almond sorbet. This was another glass dessert that showcased attention to detail and could only be enjoyed for a limited time. The homemade ginger ale was also very fragrant and delicious. This is a place I would like to visit seasonally. Despite being a popular spot, they have created a calming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy, making it a healing space that enriches the heart.

I revisited the place in August 2023, and you can also check their Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/xiaoshan7910/?hl=ja. I visited after two months. On this day, I moved from "PATISSERIE ASAKO IWAYANAGI" in Todoroki and came to Uenomou for a foodie adventure. I was seated at the counter without much wait. I tried the following items: 1) Shine Muscat glass dessert dedicated to grape lovers, featuring rich floral-scented noble rot wine jelly and natural lemon verbena ice cream, priced at 3,630 yen including tax. This dessert is part of the popular Shine Muscat glass dessert series that captivates every year (Alcohol ★☆☆). It was served after a 25-minute wait and was an artistic and photogenic parfait unique in its appearance, surpassing expectations. The jelly was delightful with a high sugar content, and the noble rot wine jelly and natural lemon verbena ice cream offered sophisticated flavors. Shine Muscat shines like a gem, delicious and lovely. 2) Evergreen (cold), priced at 770 yen including tax, described as a glamorous, slightly bittersweet, and sweet-sour lemon squash with a rose fragrance. It was a hot day, and this refreshing drink was a perfect way to cool down. 3) Amaphazon Ice Strawberry and Evergreen. I had the opportunity to try Amaphazon's shaved ice for the first time, enjoying a rare chance to taste the shaved ice prepared for the Uenomou festival a while ago. I chose strawberry, and the fluffy ice with rich strawberry sauce was delicious and a perfect size after having the parfait. Additionally, as a takeout, I got 4) Amaphazon-style edible chili oil, priced at 1,080 yen including tax. This rare and exquisite chili oil is a must-have for rice dishes and home cooking. If you see it available, I highly recommend purchasing it. Manager Sonobe mentioned they won't be making it anymore this season. It's a place you'll want to visit regularly.

I revisited without a break and tried the new items I didn't have last time. I visited around 1 PM on a weekday, there was no line outside, but the restaurant was almost full of lively customers. I tried the Charlotte-style glass dessert made with seasonal peaches, a rose parfait with raspberry sorbet (¥4,180). The rose made with thinly sliced peaches is beautiful... The appearance is surprisingly high in reproducibility. Not just the appearance, but the temperature is not "chilled" but close to room temperature, allowing for a melty, sweet texture. The crispy and light biscuit gently complements the sweetness of the peach and the coldness of the sorbet. The rose parfait is very fragrant and the acidity of the raspberry sorbet also pairs well with the sweet peach...! Lastly, a refreshing touch of perilla jelly. It may seem surprising to have perilla at the end of this lineup...? But it doesn't interfere at all; instead, it brings together the scents of rose, the acidity of raspberry, and the sweetness of peach, leaving a refreshing and fragrant aftertaste. What surprised me was finding crispy rice crackers resembling thunder mochi hidden at the bottom, a surprising treat... It's like an unexpected component. It was a consistently impressive dish. I hadn't tried it last year, so it was my first time, but I hope to see it again next year. A glass dessert dedicated to grape lovers: Shine Muscat glass dessert with fragrant floral noble rot wine jelly and natural lemon verbena ice (¥3,630). The natural lemon verbena ice and noble rot wine jelly are fragrant and refreshing, perfect for summer. It's not mostly whipped cream but fromage blanc? The strong cheese flavor pairs well with the central ice portion. The thinly sliced Shine Muscat is like a flower, very beautiful and incredibly sweet and fresh! It satisfies visually and in taste. A pistachio dessert dedicated to pistachio lovers: American cherry and pistachio dessert (¥3,520). A classic dessert I hadn't tried before. I've had it several times at the sister restaurant Triangle. The marble ice with Satonishiki cherries and pistachios is incredibly delicious...! As expected from being dedicated to pistachio lovers, the pistachio flavor is extremely rich. A small glass dessert created by a pineapple lover: Coffee (from Colombia) jelly with rosemary-scented milk sorbet, dark rum granita, and a hint of caramel bitterness (※Limited to 2 servings) (¥2,970). The bold use of rosemary gives off a great scent. The pineapple, different from being dried or sauteed, is very sweet, complemented by the coffee and caramel's bitter taste, creating a mature parfait with a refreshing summer feel and a rich flavor. It pairs well with the Shine Muscat. Cold brew x2 (¥660), Indonesia LCF Mandheling (dark roast) (from Mui @ Motsumiyoshi) (¥660), Eating La-Yu x4. I purchased it last time and it was delicious, so I bought more. 4 parfaits, 5 drinks, 4 La-Yu for ¥21,700. Shibucho Kagoshima 2ed Flash Honey Fragrant Black Tea (from Horiguchi Seicha @ Kagoshima) (¥770). It's Japanese black tea, as the name suggests, it has a rich sweetness. It's my favorite tea. Radiant Black Tea (from 8jours @ Shimokitazawa) (¥660). I chose this tea again, paired with Shine Muscat, it has scents of muscat, jasmine, and rose, with a strong Shine Muscat aroma.

It's a detour after my monthly hair salon visit. Just a short walk from Uenomae Station towards the opposite side of the Kanna Highway, the restaurant is located around the area where you pass by Ramen Jiro. I arrived on a weekend morning around 11:00 AM, with 2 groups waiting outside the shop. After signing in on the waiting sheet placed at the entrance, I waited for about 5 minutes before entering. I ordered the "Glass dessert 'Girasole' inspired by a summer scene" (3740 yen) and the "Colombia Infused Honey Strawberry" (715 yen). My excitement skyrocketed from the moment it was served. The thoughtful service of providing a picture for background during photo shooting also touched my heart. The appearance is like summer itself, and the taste is also like summer. It has a refreshing flavor overall, but it's enjoyable how the taste gradually changes as you eat more. I got so absorbed in eating that I couldn't write a proper review as usual, but if you're interested, please do try it out. It's a bit pricey, but I believe it's definitely worth the value.

It had been about 3 weeks since my last visit. There were about 3 new menu items using peaches, pineapples, and Shine Muscat grapes. I thought the mango season might be ending soon, so I had my favorite Puyi Damour for the last time. The Jasmine-scented Miyazaki mango and American cherry Puyi Damour (¥3,740) and the peach and American cherry Puyi Damour (¥3,740) were both so rich and fragrant, more aromatic than sweet, which complemented the other sweet ingredients perfectly. The Earl Grey ice cream with mango and the hojicha ice cream with peach were both incredibly rich and aromatic. The compote of American cherries had a different texture and a hint of alcohol, making it very delicious. The caramelized part of the choux pastry had a nice bitterness, adding a great accent. The diced almond cake-like pieces hidden inside had a different texture at the beginning and towards the end, where the ice cream had seeped in slightly, creating a delicious change. The acidity of the raspberry sauce soaked into the genoise at the bottom layer paired well with the ice cream. The top of the dessert changed from cherries to raspberries, adding a sweet and sour flavor that complemented the sweetness of the choux pastry. The Puyi Damour series had the same basic structure but varied in fruits and ice cream flavors, creating a completely different atmosphere. The emphasis was more on elements other than fruits, focusing on fragrance, freshness, and texture. The Shining Tea (from 8jours @ Shimokitazawa) (¥660) was refreshing and delicious, with a strong muscat aroma. Although I initially hesitated to order the same parfait again during the season, I realized that trying it again led to new discoveries and different ways to enjoy it, making the experience never boring. The staff at the restaurant were all lovely and gave off a vibe of being residents of the world of "Amaphazon." The people, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the desserts made it my favorite place. I can't have parfaits at other places now. The total for 2 parfaits and 2 drinks was ¥8,800.

Despite being a slightly minor station near Uenomae Station, there is La Travière A Maison right by the station☆ As of July 2023, it has an impressive rating of 4.03 on Tabelog, exceeding 4 points!! I thought this place must be so popular that there would be long lines, so I had been avoiding it. However, when I happened to check Instagram, I saw a post saying, "It's not crowded enough to wait in line!! It's a restaurant for adults where you can casually drop by and spend a quiet time." I knew that many reviewers had given high ratings, so I was wondering if it was really true. When I read the comments, indeed there were mentions of being able to enter without much waiting... Since it's a station that you might not think about visiting, I went there right away. In the past, restaurants with ratings over 4 points required reservations or had long queues, but when I visited on a weekday at 2 o'clock, I was able to sit down smoothly. It's been a while since I've been to a restaurant with a rating in the 4-point range that was so easy to get into (please let me know if there are others^^). The cozy and stylish cafe had a menu designed like a book. When I arrived at 2 o'clock, there were about 4 parfaits sold out, so if you have a specific one in mind, it might be better to go earlier♪ I ordered the Seasonal Fresh Melon and Shine Muscat Puit d'Amour style for 3,400 yen, which comes with Almond Sorbet and Raspberry Jam♪ Each component of this parfait, which costs over 3,000 yen, was quite good, and I was convinced after trying it♪ My phone camera may not do it justice, but it was an impressive parfait♪ The sorbet was beautifully placed, creating a sense of unity♪ Not only the appearance but also the taste level was remarkable!! The cream inside the glass, the Shine Muscat, and the high level of completion were truly outstanding!! The sorbet had a crispy surface and a juicy almond scent when broken, and the plentiful fresh melon was a delight to eat without dropping any, not just visually but also in taste!! With such a high-quality melon generously used, I guess this price is justified♪ I was recommended the Misty Muscat for 600 yen, which was served as ice cream, fitting for summer♪ Its refreshing aroma goes well with the parfait♪ Looking at what other customers were eating, everything seemed to be of high quality, making me want to take photos♪ Some people even placed a painting of Van Gogh's Sunflowers in front of them while eating, which was quite authentic♪ I can understand the feelings of many reviewers who were captivated♪ The fact that you can eat quickly without waiting in line is a major plus!! I hear they have high-quality parfaits for each season, so I'd like to visit again when the season changes♪

Even if you're not a fan of sweets, I recommend this place to my friends as a must-visit. I went to try the autumn version of their "Dancing Series," a Shine Muscat glass dessert dedicated to grape lovers this year. The Shine Muscat, wrapped in a veil of noble rot wine jelly with the scent of flowers, is paired with natural lemon verbena ice cream. The crispy, sweet Muscat with a refreshing lemon verbena aroma in the background. The creamy texture of white chocolate and its rich sweetness pierces through to the brain... The genoise's chewiness is so impressive here that it could be considered the unsung hero of the dish. The sweet and sour raspberry sauce adds a nice accent. Its fleeting beauty never gets old no matter how many times you look at it. Apart from the dessert, there are many other wonderful aspects. The attention to detail, such as the commitment to using unique tableware where you never get the same cup twice, and the thoughtfulness of milk automatically coming with your hot coffee without having to ask each time. It's rare to find a place that goes to such lengths, even though I only visit occasionally. Thank you always.

■Charlotte-style glass dessert made with seasonal peaches, with rose parfait and raspberry sorbet■Evergreen (lemon squash with a hint of rose fragrance) When it comes to artistic parfaits, this shop in Uenomae, which was awarded as one of the top 100 sweets shops on Tabelog in 2022, stands out. It's not usually very crowded, so I decided to visit around 10:30, 15 minutes after opening on a Sunday. However, there was a wait of about 2 hours with 3 groups ahead of me... This was the first time I had to wait so long, and by the time I entered, there were about 10 people lined up behind me. They offer around 10 different parfait options at all times, some of which contain alcohol, so be careful if you're driving. They also serve coffee and tea from shops in Ebisu, Kichijoji, Shimokitazawa, and Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. *Payment is cash only.

In Ueno, Tokyo, there is a sweets shop called L'Atelier Amaphason. The name Amaphason means "like me." As a fan of baked goods, I visited this renowned parfait shop in search of their baked treats. It was a Saturday evening, and the place was packed. The small shop displayed an array of baked goods on a central table. I tried three different kinds. They were crispy on the outside and moist inside, perfectly baked. The sweetness was just right, making them high-quality baked goods. I was delighted and thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you for the wonderful treat.

La Trésor de Maison - Less than 3 minutes walk from Uenomae Station - Budget around 4500 yen per person Menu items ordered: - Macédoine de fruit d'été 3740 yen - Earl Grey Bluebird 660 yen - Matcha Financier 275 yen Macédoine de fruit d'été: A parfait with various fruits drowned in noble rot wine, featuring a fresh peach and sorbet, jasmine tea ice cream, macaron, fresh peach, thyme & lemon jelly, jasmine tea and peach brûlée, jasmine ice cream, peach sorbet, and fruits soaked in Sauternes wine. This parfait, which looks cute from the outside, was satisfying with plenty of peaches inside. Not too sweet, and I ended up finishing it all. The finale was fruits soaked in wine, which I, someone who can't stand the taste of alcohol, found a bit challenging, but it was delicious till the end. I especially loved the jasmine ice cream so much that it was painful, haha. I wish they sold it separately! The price is not cheap, but the taste and cuteness are worth it, so I am always satisfied. Visited on a weekday in July around 11 a.m. There was no line, so we could enter immediately. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to serving. Seat changes are basically prohibited. It's a cozy cafe, and every time I come here, I feel a sense of security. I also like the interior. I will come back again. Next time, I want to try the limited edition item! Business hours: 10:15-15:00 Closed irregularly

Dedicated a Pesche Malba to the songstress made with fresh American cherries... Pistachio lovers, try the American cherry and pistachio mousse Slizie... The scent of flowers, falling into the evening ꧁——————————꧂ I've always wanted to go, so I was happy. The glass dessert was beautiful and moving! I arrived at 9 o'clock and was the 3rd person to sign in ✌️ It was truly delicious and completely enchanting! I was curious about the drinks, but the coffee, milk, and herbal tea layered drink was incredibly delicious ☕️ I vow to definitely go again!!

Located in Ueno-mae, I finally visited this restaurant on a whim. The opening hours and rules are a bit strict, but as a fruit lover, this is a place I've always wanted to visit. Write your name and number of guests (1 or 2 only) on the entrance board, then line up next to the unused parking lot beside the shop. Sun umbrellas are a must. I only had to wait about 15 minutes as there was only one person in front of me. The menu is written like a literary book, so you have to imagine the items as there are no pictures or illustrations. You also need to order a drink. There are many options, and although I initially thought of coffee or tea, I went for the broth-based drink. Many customers order something salty after something sweet, so I see the point. For dessert, I debated between mango and grapes, but since mango season is ending, I chose mango. It took about 30 minutes to arrive. The dessert was very delicate and beautiful, covered in mango color with dark cherries packed in the bowl. The center seemed like a pudding. It was clearly made with care. When I tasted it, the sweetness harmonized with the fruits and stood out. Delicious. I expected the fruits to be more prominent, but they played a supporting role to the sweet dessert. The portion was quite generous, but I managed to finish it thanks to the fruits. I enjoyed a broth after the meal, feeling cozy. Although it was mentioned that the stay time is 90 minutes, I was able to relax. Some tables were not cleared, creating a leisurely atmosphere. When I left, there were about four groups waiting. It might be recommended to visit around lunchtime.

Arrived around 1:30 pm on a weekday and found many empty seats at the restaurant, but it quickly filled up with customers, almost reaching full capacity. The Mango Bouquet was already sold out as it was limited to one serving, and they were also out of Melba. The "Macédoine de fruit d’été" dessert was a delightful mix of various fruits drowned in noble rot wine, featuring a fresh peach and sorbet, jasmine tea ice cream (¥3,740). The dessert was visually stunning, especially the new addition of peach crème brûlée, which was delicious but quite firm! The fresh peach was soft, the jasmine tea ice cream was light and refreshing, and the peach crème brûlée was complemented by a variety of other elements like genoise, thyme and lemon jelly, matcha sponge, and juicy peach sorbet. The dessert was topped with a white chocolate lid hiding a wine-scented jelly and colorful fruits like kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, making it a visually appealing adult fruit punch parfait. The dessert not only looked cute but also tasted delicious, with a refreshing finish from the wine-flavored fruits. The Peach and American Cherry Puit d'amour (¥3,740) was another delightful dessert, featuring a peach and American cherry combination with hojicha ice cream this year. The hojicha flavor was just right, not overpowering the fruits and other ingredients. The dessert had a perfect balance of sweetness, especially with the hojicha ice cream. The "Jirassore" glass dessert (¥3,740) was also delicious, with a unique texture from a mochi-like material and refreshing basil and mint jelly. The seasonal Fresh Melon and Shine Muscat Puit d'amour with almond sorbet and raspberry jam (¥3,740) was a delightful treat. The restaurant also offered a flavorful "2nd Flash Honey Fragrant Black Tea" from Horikuchi Seicha in Kagoshima (¥770) and an "Earl Grey Tricolor" from TEAPOND in Kiyosumi Shirakawa (¥660). For those craving something savory, the "I Want Something Salty" dish (¥660) was recommended, featuring a delicious drink made from carefully prepared broth, soy sauce, and mirin. The restaurant also served a Cold Brew made with daily changing beans, a deep roasted Indonesia LCF Mandheling coffee from Mui (元).
