On March 25, 2023 (Saturday), we stayed at the wonderful inn with one night and two meals included (*´∇`*). We splurged a bit with the family at La Vista Akangawa! Our room was the River View Deluxe Triple Room 1108, overlooking the Akangawa River, with a private hot spring fed by natural springs! On the first floor, deer came right in front of our room. The room didn't have digital terrestrial broadcasting, but we had unlimited access to WOWOW! My little child watched "Minions" the whole time. The hot spring, of course, was all natural spring water, and the open-air bath in the large communal bath overlooked the Akangawa River, with many relaxed deer around! There were even three free private hot springs! Dinner and breakfast were served at the Waka Pirika Restaurant. We enjoyed plenty of local and seasonal ingredients. For dinner, we had a variety of dishes such as garlic, Hokkai shrimp, simmered abalone, pickled seaweed, cherry shrimp, and more. The next morning, we went straight to the hot spring in our room. We opened the window and enjoyed the semi-open-air bath with the crisp air of Akang and the sound of the river. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese and Western dishes. My son and I chose Japanese, while my wife and daughter chose Western. We could enjoy hot grilled smelt and mackerel at the grilling station. I was surprised by the delicious tomato juice from Niki Farm at the drink corner. It was sweet and not too sour. The separate coffee milk from Betsukai Coffee was also great - my son loved it. Everything was delicious! The room was great, the hot spring was great, and the 12:00 check-out time was super good! We had no complaints at all! It was a hot spring trip where we truly wanted to stay again!

Dinner at the hotel. We were seated at a table for two facing the garden. The appetizers and sashimi were safe choices and delicious. I'm not sure why they are so particular about the taste of the hot pot. The seafood in the hot pot was just okay. Aside from that, we enjoyed the meal quite a bit.

It would be rude to say that this group's inn is better than others, but I felt that there were more unique touches and a sense of Hokkaido at this inn. The menu also had elements that really gave a sense of being in Hokkaido. However, the disappointing points were that the "Inca no Mezame" soup didn't have the true taste of potatoes, and the main dish of grilled meat was served with raw meat and vegetables together.

At the outskirts of Lake Akan stands a classic-style resort hotel along the river. Despite being managed by Kyoritsu, familiar items like ice candy, lactic acid bacteria, and sauna give a hint of the DORMY INN's influence. Ultimately, it was a nice inn where the resort hotel atmosphere and Kyoritsu's hospitality coexisted. First, grind your own beans and enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at the river. Just this alone is already satisfying. Although we didn't see any from the window, a short walk would lead you to encounter plenty of deer. What an environment. During dinner, the first drink is complimentary. A thoughtful touch. Despite feeling unwell, I chose cheese curry as the final dish. The classic hotel-style bouillon curry with plenty of cheese. It's interesting that a lemon tea is served as a palate cleanser. Both my spouse and I were feeling unwell, and my wife accidentally spilled her drink. Even though it was entirely our fault, the cost of the drink was waived. Nothing but gratitude.

Yuzuki, according to the calendar, it's almost the beginning of autumn, but in the Kinki region, it's still the peak of the scorching summer. However, here, a refreshing breeze blows, making it cool and pleasant. Without stopping at the Notoro Peninsula, we headed straight to Lake Mashu, aiming for an early arrival. Thanks to that, we arrived before 4 o'clock, but the front desk was already crowded with guests checking in. After a short wait, we managed to check in, and our room had a view of Lake Akan. First, we relaxed in the open-air bath to soothe our tiredness, surrounded by nature and the sound of birds chirping, making us want to stay in the hot spring forever. Tonight, we dined at Wakapirika, which means "beautiful water" in Ainu. The hotel treated us to a small bottle of beer and oolong tea as a welcome gesture. While quenching our thirst, we enjoyed the first course: "Appetizer" with grated Incas Awakening on the lower tier and bonito broth jelly on the upper tier, topped with pink pepper. It was light and delicious. The "Appetizer" included simmered Hokkaido striped shrimp, saury rice, and one-inch beans in a decorative dish. Opening a cute lid on the right revealed simmered conger eel. On the left was a vinegared dish of abalone and mountain vegetables. All dishes showcased the delicate flavors of fresh Hokkaido ingredients. The "Sashimi" course featured shime-nishin, octopus, abalone on a shell, and the rare fish, king flounder. The king flounder had a unique richness and texture, truly living up to its name. We also enjoyed a wine set from Yoichi (1680 yen), but the white wine was slightly sweet and didn't pair well with the delicate fish dishes. For the "Grilled" course, we had roast beef with red onion, broccoli, and mashed potatoes, served with honey mustard sauce. The roast beef paired excellently with the red onion, but the chilled red wine lacked depth and complexity. The "Hot Pot" dish was inspired by Ainu cuisine, featuring golden eye snapper, saffron cod, vegetables, mochi, tofu, and udon in a bouillabaisse base. The dish emphasized the natural flavors of the ingredients. The "Main Dish" allowed us to choose from five options, and we opted for deep-fried spine shrimp and octopus tempura. The shrimp had a slight bitterness, which paired well with the sweet white wine. The octopus tempura was firm and flavorful with the miso dip. For the "Rice" course, we chose between three types of curry or a porridge after the hot pot. The squid curry was mildly spiced and sweet, appealing to all palates. After the hot pot, the porridge with pickles was a comforting end to the meal. Finally, the "Dessert" course presented melon pudding and corn mochi in glass dishes inside a large lacquered box. Both desserts were delicious. In total, we enjoyed eight courses of Japanese-Western fusion dishes using fresh Hokkaido ingredients, centered around an Ainu hot pot, while admiring the natural beauty of the Akan River. Watching a herd of Ezo deer play by the riverbank in front of us was a surprising and delightful experience. In this forest with just a river and hot spring, along with delicious food, we were able to enjoy a blissful and healing time. Thank you for the feast. Afterward, we went to see the Lost Kamuy at Irankarapte.

It was a wonderful inn in a beautiful natural environment. We had dinner at a restaurant overlooking the beautiful Lake Akan. A deer came to play outside the large window of the restaurant. The staff told us, and we were excited, taking lots of photos and videos saying, "Look, a deer!" However, the other customers had a mild reaction like, "Oh, there's a deer." We probably stood out. Maybe everyone was tired of seeing deer during the day. (We saw almost 40 deer the day after while canoeing.) The food was enjoyable with a variety of dishes. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much. It was a feast.

I am in Hokkaido. I was looking for a hot spring inn around Lake Akan, but couldn't find a good one. I was interested in this inn, and luckily I was able to stay at a discounted rate with a coupon. Each room has a small outdoor bath that only fits one person. There are communal baths and private baths. The outdoor bath in the communal bath was quite comfortable. The food is typical Japanese cuisine. If I were to give a slightly critical comment, I wish they would serve more unique and Hokkaido-like dishes. It felt like something you could find anywhere. Maybe you shouldn't expect fresh ingredients in a remote mountainous area? Overall, I think it's a clean inn, but not exceptionally great. It gives a slightly expensive impression.

When staying at the resort hotel along the Akan River, RABISTA Akan River, I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant WAKKA PIRIKA. The meals are served in a course style, with a choice of main dish and side dishes. For dinner, I had various dishes such as sashimi, grilled salmon, beef shabu-shabu, and a hot pot with seafood and vegetables. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese or Western style. The Western style breakfast includes bread, pumpkin soup, salad, pot-au-feu, sausages, avocado salad, potatoes, pasta, omelette, milk, and tea.

This is a resort hotel built along the Akan River. We had dinner and breakfast here on this day. The meals are served at "Wakapirika" located inside the hotel. The room is a bit chilly, perhaps because the air conditioning is too effective. The food is served in a course-like manner, with dishes using plenty of seafood and mountain ingredients from Hokkaido. Everything is beautifully presented. You might think it's strange to have hot pot at this time of year, but it's actually very welcome due to the cool weather. Thank you for the delicious meal.

You can enjoy seasonal dishes unique to Hokkaido, such as hot pot with cheese sauce and curry as a finishing touch, which adds an element of surprise to the dining experience. However, there were some operational issues such as long lines forming in front of the dining area and being contacted twice about forgotten inquiries, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is located by Lake Akan, with each room equipped with a private hot spring bath. The food offered was interesting and enjoyable, although not particularly mind-blowing. The sashimi was fresh and the scallops were slightly grilled, intensifying their flavor. The local beef shabu-shabu was delicious but the portion size was a bit small. The Kotan hot pot with cheese sauce was a unique and filling dish, although the flavor could have been stronger. The breakfast was satisfying with a variety of dishes, including a miso soup with scallop spat, which was rich and tasty. Overall, the experience was pleasant, despite some minor setbacks in the operation of the hotel.

"Lapista Akangawa" I was looking forward to it. If there was no GO TO, I wouldn't have come to this hotel that often. I made a reservation. Of course, it was a workday, so I arrived at 5 pm. It was dark, so I couldn't see the exterior. The room was small, as my wife said, it's like a hot spring hotel, but it's cramped. The room also had a small bath, which felt a bit incomplete. The TV only had satellite channels, no digital channels. It faces the Akangawa River, so the view is better than the other side, but it's not as nice as the lake. I took a morning bath. When I got out, my wife was waiting. I kept her waiting quite a bit, but I'm glad she was happy. "Keipon, what's wrong? The left side is full of soap." "Well, the shower is on the right, isn't it? The hot water doesn't come out on the left, right?" "Then you should have used the shower on the left." "Do you think I can be that picky? Idiot." What's wrong with you? Are you surprised? The sauna is small, and the bath is not that big. The outdoor bath fits about four people, I guess. There are six washing areas. Since the room has a bath, maybe not many people use the public bath at this time of year. The room bath is small, though. Breakfast is served with a choice of Japanese or Western style. Naturally, I ordered both. As soon as we sat down, they said, "You can choose from Waka-sagi no tsukudani, onsen tamago, nori, natto, and herring." It was sudden. I couldn't help but choose natto. I eat natto every day. Why do I have to choose? Maybe it's in the manual, but explain it calmly. The rice is modern. It's a bit sticky, though. The Akangawa-branded rolled omelet is served with sweet sauce, but it lacks the flavor of dashi. It's delicious, though. The simmered dish is tasty but has a strong flavor. The tofu here is all silk. I don't like warm tofu, but the Hanasaki crab's teppou-jiru was served lukewarm. They should have brought a teapot. While I was taking a picture with the lid off, they took the lid away, so it became even colder. You can choose Betsukai's triangular milk, but I know it's thin, so I'll have hojicha instead. My wife got it. "It's really thin!" Listen to what I say, okay? Hmm? I don't have anything else to eat. Thank you for the meal. The breakfast was quite thirst-inducing. It was a good hotel, but it didn't seem worth the price. It wasn't that amazing of a hotel.

Um, the hotel or ryokan that the young lady who stays at luxury hotels and inns constantly gave a score of 1.0 is La Vista Akangawa. Luxury hotel? Inn? Onsen hotel? I actually thought it was something else, but it turns out to be the third one. Especially the restaurant feels like an onsen hotel itself. On workdays, I go to the barber or do decluttering. I've been able to tidy up the house quite a bit this year. If you drive about 7 km from the lakeside of Lake Akanko towards the town of Akanko, you'll find it on the right side. It's 5 pm, so I arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff is friendly. Since I arrived late, I was assigned to the 8 pm dinner session, so I had time to take a bath and have a beer. There is a large communal bath and a private bath. I used the private bath, but it was small and there was no washing area as they apparently let the water flow into the river. After a couple left, the water was only trickling out and I regretted going in. I quickly switched to the large communal bath. Even though it's called a large communal bath, it's not very spacious. Until dinner time, I drank beer, but surprisingly, you can't buy beer at the hotel. It would have been better to buy it beforehand. I realized the next day that there was also a beer vending machine. The bar is closed due to COVID-19. Dinner at 8 pm. Perhaps it's because it's the second session of the two-part dinner, but the service was not great. It felt like the staff wasn't trying to make the customers feel comfortable with their self-satisfied attitude. I decided to go for the all-you-can-drink beer option for 2,200 yen. It's expensive, but considering they let me drink until the end, it's cheaper than ordering individual drinks for a while. The steamed egg custard was not piping hot. I don't like dishes with a strong yuzu flavor, but they used it skillfully. The crab miso tofu was delicious with the tofu inside. The hokke fish with thin kudzu starch was good, but I don't like it when the ginger is not hidden. The sashimi came with complimentary beer and oolong tea, but they only gave us one bottle to share between two people, which was not very pleasing. I didn't drink the oolong tea and took it home. I don't have high expectations for sashimi. The greater amberjack was surprisingly good, though it lacked sweetness. It's not blue but striped, right? The button shrimp was tiny, I wonder which button they mean? The button on the sleeve? It's so small. The beef shabu-shabu sauce was said to be sweet, and the hot pot was apparently delicious. It seems better not to express my opinion. Dinner was... maybe it's better not to have high expectations. It seems like a mediocre hotel after all. But it's my fault for having preconceived impressions from the menu.

The food was quite delicious. When I mentioned that I couldn't eat sashimi, they prepared hokke for me. I still wonder why they had hokke, but it was delicious. There was both meat and fish, and I almost finished everything except for the pickled vegetables and radish. The dessert was disappointing, though. It was supposed to be milk pudding, but it clearly had too much gelatin in it. The portion was quite large, so it was strange. Overall, it was the best meal I had during my 10-night stay. The service was also excellent. However, I rated it less than 5 because the dessert was not up to par. The interior and rooms were beautiful, and the hot springs were lovely. I personally feel that the souvenir shop at the front desk is unnecessary. It ruins the atmosphere of the beautiful fireplace and front desk. In terms of the food, they offer complimentary beer or oolong tea, which is great. They also give you a small bottle of beer to entice you to order more drinks. Another downside was the cheap-looking spoons and chopsticks. During the pandemic, it's understandable that they use individually wrapped disposable chopsticks, but the chopsticks were short and difficult to use. It would be better if they provided original packaging for all utensils that are left out.

On the first day, we stayed at Lavista Akangawa, a little away from Lake Akan. As the name suggests, the inn faces the Akangawa River, where the sound of the river and lush green forests help to relax the mind. The dinner we had was a traditional Japanese kaiseki course. The dishes were made using plenty of local Hokkaido ingredients, and we also had a tasting of sake from a Hokkaido brewery. Both the sake and the food were delicious. It was the perfect environment with the perfect meal. Happy hormones were released in our brains, and our satiety center was stimulated. We were completely satisfied both mentally and physically. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

"Lavista Akangawa" It seems that the situation with the new coronavirus is starting to calm down a bit compared to before... With the GoTo campaign and local government support measures, I decided to take a trip to the eastern part of Hokkaido! Nowadays, there is a highway running from Sapporo to Kushiro, making it easier to travel compared to the past. It used to take over 5 hours on local roads, but now you can reach Kushiro in just a few hours on the highway. No need to leave early in the morning, you can arrive in Kushiro around lunchtime, making it more convenient. On this day, I indulged in the Kattedon at the Wasyo Ichiba market that I had been wanting to try for a while, and then arrived at the hotel in about an hour. It's just a one-night trip, so let's relax and enjoy it. The hotel had some services restricted due to the new coronavirus, but it was quite comfortable without loud foreign tourists. The room also had a private outdoor bath, and while relaxing in the open-air bath in the large public bath, a deer and its fawn welcomed me. After enjoying the sauna and cold bath a few times, I toasted with a cold beer!! This moment is just priceless~ After relaxing in the room, it was time for dinner. Dinner was divided into two time slots. I enjoyed the restaurant's specialty dishes at the restaurant "Wakka Pirika." The menu for this meal included appetizers, soup, sashimi, grilled dishes, a hot pot dish, and a choice of side dishes and main dishes. The meal was followed by watermelon pudding for dessert and black sesame kudzu manju. The choice of side dishes and main dishes allowed me to try a variety of delicious dishes. The meal was accompanied by a bottle of Sapporo beer, followed by chilled sake and a sake tasting. After dinner, I also tried the hotel's famous "night soba" and ended the night feeling quite full. The next morning, I opted for a Japanese breakfast set, which was also quite luxurious with a hot pot and a variety of dishes. I enjoyed the rice served in a traditional wooden rice container and once again ate too much. The food was delicious, the service from the staff was excellent, and the baths were relaxing. I was very satisfied with my stay once again. It's a bit far from Sapporo, but definitely worth a visit. Thank you for taking care of me once again!

After thoroughly enjoying the hot springs at Kamui no Yu Lavista Akangawa, I had a kaiseki dinner at Wakapirika overlooking the Akangawa River. The dinner was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was excellent, and the food was incredibly delicious. The sake flowed freely as I enjoyed the amazing course menu, which included appetizers, soup, sashimi, grilled dishes, hot pot, side dishes, main dish, dessert, and sweets. The curry was also a pleasant surprise with its Western-style seasoning. With the room, hot springs, and this meal included, the price of 15,360 yen per person per night is unbelievable.

■2020 Resolution!? The year 2020 has begun. We will continue to diligently update "Tabelog" this year, so thank you in advance for your support. ■The first post of 2020... Staying at a hotel in Hokkaido Starting from my 2019 backlog, I will continue from last year's summer vacation. After enjoying the "Hokkaido Buffet" at KIKI in Shiretoko, the next day's accommodation was at the well-known hotel giant in Hokkaido, the "Rabista" from the two brands of "Dormy Inn" and "La Vista," the upper-grade "La Vista Akangawa." ■The hotel is quite difficult to access (laughs). Moreover, it is a remote inn in the Akanko area, so it is a calm inn for those who want to relax. It feels like being allowed to enter nature. The atmosphere of coexisting with the riverbank is impressive. (There are many photos, but please refer to them) The room was a double, with good livability and a sense of cleanliness, and the warmth of using wood in various places was also present. I thought it was well made. The hot springs are natural spring water, and there are not only large public baths and room baths, but also private baths. (This area is well thought out) Each one was enjoyable. 【Regarding meals】 Dinner is a two-part course (choosing the later time slot). ●Appetizers 7 types - Hime-take no kinome (bamboo shoot with tree buds) - Anago no nikogori (simmered conger eel) - Grilled saury sushi - Iso-tsubu umani (simmered sea snails) - Hokkaido shrimp simmered in soy sauce - Light castella (sponge cake) - Salmon kinshibari roll ●Soup - Incas' Awakening grated soup ●Sashimi - Oil flounder sashimi - Botan shrimp - Fresh sea urchin - Bunsen octopus ●Main dish - Kotan Nabe (hot pot) Bouillabaisse style ●Grilled dish - Black beef roast beef ●Side dish - Choose 3 from - Shrimp and garlic tempura ●Meal - Choose 2 from - Hokkigai (surf clam) rice curry ●Fruit dessert - Melon pudding ●Dessert - Amazake kuzumochi Overall, the amount was sufficient, and the quality was above average. The famous Kotan Nabe and the use of Hokkaido ingredients in various places allowed me to feel the taste of Hokkaido's ingredients, which was satisfying. The Hokkigai rice curry was quite a hearty curry. I felt that the intervals between servings were a bit of an issue. (Even though it's La Vista...) Couples mainly sat by the window and enjoyed their meal while looking out at the scenery, which was not bad, and when deer passed by, there were exclamations of "Oh!" throughout (laughs). 【Breakfast】 There is a choice between a Japanese set meal and a Western set meal, so we decided to choose different ones. To be honest, both were of a suitable quality, and it was difficult to decide which was better, which also provided a suitable sense of satisfaction. (Menu details are omitted) There are deer again today. Although there was not as much excitement as yesterday, everyone still took pictures through the glass (laughs). 【In conclusion】 This inn stands out from other hot spring inns in the Akanko area with its content and atmosphere, providing a suitable sense of satisfaction. It is more suited for a slightly older age group who want to spend a calm time rather than families with young children. I'm glad my wife was satisfied as well (laughs). It was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you for the meal ('◇')ゞ

Lake Akan, one night at the Lavista Akan River Room with a fantastic view of the river flow, bird chirping. In the morning, I woke up hungry and feeling great. Last night, I couldn't eat much of the dinner and almost cried. But luckily, I'm feeling fine this morning. The view of the river from my seat was amazing. I started by hydrating my stomach with milk, which was really delicious Hokkaido milk. The water was also from the underground flow of the river. For breakfast, I chose onsen tamago, natto, and tarako. I brought my favorite Sanukiya nori to add extra flavor to the sushi. The side dishes included tamagoyaki, boiled komatsuna, and yari-ika somen. The grilled dishes were delicious, including grilled salmon and herring. The vegetable dishes were also tasty. The rice was yumepirika. The miso soup with asari clams was lovely. For dessert, I had haskap yogurt and coffee. I ate two servings of rice happily. After breakfast, I relaxed in the hinoki bath in the room, which was the most comfortable bath. Today, I will be going on a brisk walk around Lake Akan, shopping at Lake Mashu and the Mashu Lake Michi-no-Eki, and then heading back to Nemuro, a 3.5-hour journey. The brisk walk around Lake Akan was refreshing, with the smell of the forest. I recommend this short walk, as it only takes about 20 minutes. Feeling quickly recovered, I'm already thinking about lunch.

I left Nemuro early in the morning and arrived at a hotel recommended by Myレビ for sightseeing at Lake Akan. The hotel is smaller than I expected and the parking lot was full even though it was a weekday, so I guess there are many guests. The hotel is a bit away from the Lake Akan Onsen town. Last time I came to Eastern Hokkaido, I stayed at La Vista Kushiro River, which was room only. I enjoyed ice candies and katsugen as a late-night snack after the hot spring, and the free night soba was also a treat. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the river flowing below and lush trees, making it a very pleasant room. However, the view was not much different from home, so I wonder if people coming from the city would be more impressed. We first enjoyed the outdoor hot spring bath overlooking the riverbank, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping and the babbling of the stream. It's nice to have an outdoor bath at home too, right? We also tried the private baths in three different places. I took a short nap, which is rare for me. Dinner was in the dining hall, and it was crowded, so unfortunately, we didn't get a seat with a view of the riverbank. Maybe it's because we chose the cheaper option? It was around 18,000 yen for two meals included on a weekday before the peak season, so maybe it's cheap. And here comes a major announcement! Although this is a food blog, I can't really write much about the food. But the menu is in the photos, so please take a look at that. I had appetizers, soup, sashimi, grilled sea urchin, one piece of asparagus, one piece of mantis shrimp, rice, and watermelon for dessert. I finished everything! My daughter barely ate, but she enjoyed the octopus rice curry. The sea urchin was delicious, as expected from Hokkaido. The asparagus was delicious, as expected from Hokkaido. The watermelon was delicious, as expected from Hokkaido. But the melon pudding... as soon as I sat down, I lost my appetite and my stomach felt strange. This is unbelievable! Could it be that I ate too much? I can't think of any other reason. I'm usually a big eater, but this time, I couldn't eat. However, I did drink the complimentary bottle of beer. I was in awe of my daughter's eating habits, and when I reported this to my friends, they were all shocked. Thanks to this, I lost 2 kilograms the next day. The review is separate from breakfast.

I wanted to stay in a room with an open-air bath, and I found the perfect inn. Check-in at 2 o'clock, check-out at 11 o'clock, allowing for a leisurely stay. I arrived early and headed straight to the private bath...no one else was there, so I enjoyed all the baths to myself. With a beer in hand, I relaxed in the bath in my room as well. For dinner, we sat at a two-person seat facing the river. The menu was as shown in the photos, with abalone adding a touch of luxury and happiness to the meal. It was a treat to enjoy the meal while gazing at the illuminated river. It was a satisfying dinner. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western-style meals. Deer gathered along the river, seemingly also enjoying their breakfast. It was a cute sight. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely come back.

I came back after 10 months, and it was still amazing! [Appetizers] Chawanmushi, Garlic Ohitashi, Hokkaido Striped Shrimp, Boiled Yezo Scallop, Thick Rolled Omelette, Pacific Saury Sushi, Black Beans, Pine Needles. [Soup] Grilled Blackthroat Seaperch with Thin Kudzu Starch. It had a wonderful dashi aroma and was delicious. It had finely chopped burdock, soft white leeks, radish, carrot, and enoki mushrooms, making it a luxurious dish. It was my first time trying blackthroat seaperch, and it was delicious. [Sashimi] Yezo Abalone Sashimi, Grilled Spiny Lobster, Amberjack Sashimi. The amberjack with grated nagaimo underneath was the most delicious. The crunchy texture of the nagaimo was a perfect palate cleanser. The abalone was also delicious. [Hot Pot] Kotan Nabe Bouillabaisse Style with Autumn Salmon, Mackerel Pike, Squid Dumplings, Soft White Leeks, Mizuna, Chinese Cabbage, Tofu, Various Mushrooms, Udon. I came for this dish! The dashi was made with yellow cherry tomatoes and served with cheese cream, which was a lovely Western touch. However, I was disappointed that it was not made with crab this time. The taro cake was excellent with the cheese cream, as always. The udon was so delicious and slurp-worthy. [Simmered Dish] Hokkaido Pork Kakuni with Potatoes and Mustard Greens. It was luxurious with big chunks of meat. Just the mention of Hokkaido makes it sound incredibly delicious, right? I love Hokkaido for its delicious food. [Side Dish] Cod and Maibetsu Shiitake Mushroom Tempura with Green Pepper, Lemon, Kombu Salt, Crab Tofu, Chawanmushi. [Rice Dish] Octopus Rice Curry, Pickled Radish, Fukujinzuke, Lemon Tea, Zosui with Herb Egg, Green Onions, Shredded Cheese, Pickled Red Turnip, Nozawana. The zosui was incredibly delicious! Even though I was full, I couldn't help but eat it. This time, cheese was included in the condiments, which I found surprising, but after trying it, I found that adding cheese to the remaining half made it creamy and delicious like doria or risotto. So happy! The main pot ingredients had a lot of dashi, and it was amazing. [Crab Shell Dish] The size of the crabs was noticeably smaller this time, which was disappointing. However, I still ordered two. Since the zosui was so delicious this time, I saved the crab meat and made a luxurious zosui in the shell. It was the most delicious zosui I've ever had in my life! [Dessert] Cream Cheese Mousse and Champagne Jelly with Haskap. I'm not a fan of alcohol scent, so I only ate the mousse. The beautiful waitress who is always there remembered me, which made me very happy. As a repeat customer, it was a very happy moment! It was a time that made me think, "Let's work hard at my job so I can come back again." I still think that Rabisuta Akangawa is my favorite inn. Thank you very much.
