Visited on March 4th, 2023 (Saturday) at 15:22. There is a limit of up to 3 groups inside the restaurant, with 2 groups waiting outside. Waited for about 10 minutes before being seated. Unlike my previous visit at night where there were not many cake options left, this time I believe almost all varieties were available. I purchased the shop's specialties, Zenith and Luxe, as well as the limited edition Les Agrumes on this day. Zenith and Luxe each use unique ingredients like foie gras and truffle, which are not commonly found in Western sweets. When tasted, there is no unpleasantness and you can truly sense the foie gras and truffle in each...! And it's not just a hint, but a distinct flavor! It may not be suitable for children, but the unique taste justifies the high praise. Les Agrumes is a cake with citrus fruits on a chocolate tart base. This one gives a straightforwardly delicious impression as expected. With a wide variety of options and ingredients used, this is a place where you can enjoy yourself no matter how many times you visit. It's also great that they operate until late, making it convenient for last-minute gifts.

I visited the popular patisserie Libretablue in Akasaka. It is within walking distance from Akasaka Mitsuke Station. I tried: - A mousse cake featuring Veil Pistachio as the main flavor - Cupcake with Equilib Avocado, Pink Grapefruit, and a hint of acidity The combination of ingredients was unique and showcased the chef's creativity. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The pound cake that was given to us was very delicious! At first, I thought it was a bit small, but the size was just right and I was very satisfied! The flavors ranged from classic to ones using truffles, all of them had a luxurious touch and were very good!

I knew they had a patisserie, but recently they opened a café space so I decided to visit. The mille-feuille currently has muscat grapes in it. It seems like the fruits change depending on the season. I was very satisfied with the perfect balance of sweetness in the custard and the crispy texture of the pie crust. The interior of the store has a modern atmosphere, and I was happy to enjoy the cozy sweets café like savoring a cocktail. It has become a spot I want to visit again.

I went there even though it wasn't a special occasion~^ ^ ◾️The robust sweetness of banana, the acidity of passion fruit, the texture of hazelnuts, and the crispy chocolate! It's incredibly delicious~^ ^ ◾️Sable Chocolat Al Truffe Noir feels like a rich chocolate sable with a hint of saltiness^ ^ Delicious! Madeleines, Breton galettes, and more. It makes you feel happy for a while ===========

Visited "Liberte Table Akasaka" in Akasaka for the first time. It's a popular sweets shop with a line outside. Bought two types of baked goods for souvenirs and for home. Assortment 9: A colorful assortment of 9 different baked goods and chocolates. Sabre Viennois Yule Drive: Light and crispy Viennese-style sabre cookies with vibrant appearance and a variety of flavors to enjoy. Delicious cookies!

Where is a good place for a birthday cake? Definitely here ❤️ I ordered my birthday cake here last year as well. I love chocolate cakes. Just like last year, the Luxe cake was beautiful. Even though I made a reservation for the plate the day before, they wrote my name on it properly. When I went to pick it up, there were customers waiting in line, but when I mentioned my reservation, they let me go ahead and the payment process went smoothly. The paper bag cost extra, and the 18cm Luxe whole cake was around 5000 yen. It was really delicious ❤️ The scent of truffles was quite strong. The only thing that seemed different from last year was the base. It was a cute square plastic lace-like design, but I think it was the same as last year (lol) It's very practical, visually appealing, and luxurious. You can serve the cake directly without transferring it to a plate, so it's very convenient ❗ This classic cake here is truly high-quality and wonderful ❤️ Of course, the taste was satisfying (*ノ▽ノ*) Thank you for the meal.

Located near the intersection of Hie Shrine in Akasaka, "Liberta Table Akasaka" is a popular patisserie in Akasaka. I visited the shop at 13:15 on a weekday, opting for takeout this time after previously dining in at the shop across the street. There was one customer ahead of me. The exterior and interior of the shop are stylish. I purchased the Giverny for 756 yen. The Giverny is a seasonal Shine Muscat mille-feuille with Shine Muscat grape jelly cream diplomat feuillage (puff pastry). The sound of cutting into the mille-feuille with a knife is satisfying. The Shine Muscat is sweet, but the cream diplomat adds an extra layer of sweetness, with bits of Shine Muscat hidden within. It was a delicious meal.

#AkasakaMitsuke #Sweets #LibertebleuAkasakaStoreI came to Akasaka and ordered a cake called Luxe. It's a decadent chocolate cake with mousse and black truffles inside the rich chocolate coating. It's a sophisticated chocolate cake with a unique flavor. It's more like alcohol than coffee! The size is small and easy to finish in one bite. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I tried the Giverny. I visited around 6:00 pm on a weekday, and there were still a few types left, and this Giverny was the last one. They also have a variety of baked goods, so I'd like to try their baked goods next time.

Visited on a weekday for lunch. The interior, with a stylish emphasis on black, makes the colorful cakes stand out beautifully. As usual, I purchased several baked goods. The Financier - Erable Honey and Vanilla - was a fragrant Financier with a strong aroma of nuts and butter, which is rare without using nuts or butter. The taste and texture were excellent, and it was delicious. The Madeleine au Truffe Noir et Fromage had a strong scent of truffle and butter, even when opened. The rich flavors spread in the mouth, with hints of cheese and saltiness following. The elegant sweetness, saltiness, and the wonderful aroma make this perhaps my favorite Madeleine so far. I would love to have it again. The Madeleine Truffe Noir, like the previous Madeleine, had a scent of truffle and butter. Without cheese, the scent and sweetness of truffle stand out more. This one might be less distinctive. It's a tough choice to decide which one is more delicious, but this one might be better as a dessert. The Cake Ecoce Cocoa and Plain was a light and fluffy pound cake with almond toppings that was simply delicious. The Galette Bretonne is a crispy thick cookie that I always end up buying. The buttery aroma of the thick-baked crispy cookie and the smooth texture of the glossy egg yolk made it very delicious. A must-try is the Truffe Madeleine au Fromage. I might want to enjoy it elegantly with wine. Thank you for the meal. I would love to visit again.

I finally visited a shop that I had been curious about for a few years but hadn't had the opportunity to visit. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and there were still many items available. I purchased the Dahlia and Veil cakes. The red Dahlia has a refreshing fragrance and acidity of raspberries, the rich sweetness of chocolate mousse, and the sweetness and fragrance of lychee in three layers of flavors that come in succession, blending well together without any unpleasant aftertaste. Beauty is not just about appearance. The Veil also has three layers of lemon (maybe?), pistachio, and fennel. The balance of refreshingness and rich sweetness is good. Thank you for the meal, it was worth about 800 yen each. I would like to try other cakes as well.

I went to Libertébleu in Shibuya Hikarie after a dinner meeting in Akasaka. I've been to the Shibuya location a few times before. This was my first time at the Akasaka main store. I liked the Zenith with foie gras and found the Luxe with truffle too intense, so my wife and I split it, which was just right. The blue cheese cake was surprisingly delicious, and I remember going back multiple times and recommending it to others. It used to be a Hikarie exclusive, but I wonder if they offer it at the Akasaka store now. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy cake before the meal, so I only got some baked goods. The store is known for its spicy cakes, but the canelé was just average - I won't be buying it again. The Truffle Black Cake with Calvados was delicious, and I would like to try it again. It's a convenient item that becomes the shop's signature with truffle just like the Luxe, so if you don't like it, you should avoid the Luxe. The financier seemed average, which is fine, but I bought it to confirm. It's convenient that they are open until 9 p.m., as many cake shops close around 7 p.m. due to the local area.

After the announcement of the Sweets Hyakumeiten 2023, I visited several top-ranked stores in Akasaka, but many were closed for the summer holidays, which is understandable as it's Obon season. I went back after the break and found a chic building with exposed concrete walls and a gold sign inserted into it. Opening the large glass door with a gold handle, I entered a beautiful shop filled with sparkling chocolate coatings that looked tempting but would melt in the heat. Since I had other plans to attend to, I opted for takeout instead of enjoying it at a nearby café offering coffee for ¥600 and lattes for ¥700, which seemed quite reasonable. If you have plans in Akasaka, it's advisable to arrive early and stop by this elegant shop. Given the hot weather, I avoided the melting treats and chose a canelé instead. The staff here were also very elegant in their service, neatly packing my purchase in a transparent plastic bag. Upon leaving, they even opened the door to bid me farewell. Back at home, I enjoyed the canelé with cold oolong tea, savoring the delightful taste enhanced by a hint of alcohol. The texture of the treat was just right, with a nice balance of crispiness and softness. Since the wagashi (Japanese confectionery) looked beautiful, I'm now looking forward to trying their cakes at the café next time. I also discovered that they have an online shop on their website.

Located just a 2-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, Liberte Table Akasaka is a place where you can quickly buy delicious cakes with a short wait in line. The chef, Mr. Morita, born in Niigata in 1978, was captivated by traditional French pastry techniques and moved to France in 2004. After training at various restaurants and patisseries in France, he returned to Japan in 2008 and became the Chef Pâtissier at Lambrée. In July 2010, he opened the restaurant Liberte Table in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. One of the chef's recommended items is the Luxe for 945 yen, a luxurious cake featuring chocolate mousse with a hint of black truffle, offering a delightful combination of smoothness and light bitterness. The Zenith for 945 yen is another specialty, combining the richness of foie gras with the subtle flavors of apple brandy Calvados in a Chiboust cream. The unique pairing of foie gras with cake is avant-garde and revolutionary, resulting in a dessert that balances the sweetness of apples. These cakes stand out with their strong and distinctive flavors, making them a worthwhile purchase despite the slightly higher prices. The availability of these exceptional cakes in Akasaka is truly wonderful, and even though there may not be long lines due to the prices, it adds to the charm of the place.

It's a cake shop run by a French owner. The French restaurant next door is said to be affiliated, and the cake shop has been selected as one of the top 100 shops. I asked the staff for a recommendation and took out the Mistral cake. It has a summery lavender scent. The rich taste of black tea is luxurious, but the salty taste of cassis jelly is too strong, leaving a lingering aftertaste. It seems more suitable to enjoy with alcohol like wine rather than tea or coffee. It's not a traditional cake made by a pastry chef, but rather a cake with avant-garde ideas, so tastes may vary. Thank you for the meal.

Libertable, a cake shop in Akasaka. It was my first time trying it, and it was delicious. The cakes are in the shape of spheres, which seems to be a unique feature of this shop, and they have a taste that you can't experience anywhere else. Each one was delicious.
