When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medication that suits me. If reviews and comments suddenly stop, please assume that I have been hospitalized again, as before. Even if I take a third break, I still want to return as a reviewer. Likes and comments may be delayed, but I plan to catch up after my return. In June 2020, "Gyuzen" is a specialty sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant. They have branches in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Sapporo. "Rafira" closed down, and a new branch called "Gyuzen Sapporo Susukino Norbesa Store" opened. The opening date was June 18, 2020. I visited the new location with my usual companion for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is located in the Haku-no area of Chuo-ku, Sapporo, on the 6th floor of Norbesa with a large Ferris wheel on the rooftop. You can check the exact location on Tabelog. I visited around 1 pm on a weekday. The interior of the restaurant is still elegantly designed. There are table seats, private room table seats, and a raised seating area. The young women in traditional Japanese attire are also the same as before. There were no previous customers, and probably only one group of customers came after us. We sat at a table seat. The lunch menu offers three types of all-you-can-eat courses for pork and beef. It seems like a combination of the menus from "Bijinya" and "Gyuzen" from before. Although the name of the restaurant is "Gyuzen," there are also some menu items from "Bijinya." I ordered the "Lunch Beef Shoulder Loin Shabu-Shabu All-You-Can-Eat for 2178 yen." Unlike before, it is a 90-minute all-you-can-eat with last order at 70 minutes. The beef is "American-made" and reasonably priced. Since I was driving, I couldn't drink alcohol, so I ordered a lunch drink. My usual companion and I also ordered "Iced Coffee" and "Ginger Ale." The meat was served in two tiers since there were two of us. Vegetables were initially served in one box, and you could request additional vegetables individually. We also ordered the "Small Rice" included in the course. Although we were full, we wanted to try the noodles at the end of the meal. We asked for a smaller portion of ramen than the standard serving. It was nice to have a small portion to avoid wasting food. The lunch beef shoulder loin shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat is a 90-minute all-you-can-eat with last order at 70 minutes. It includes meat, vegetables, ramen, udon, and rice. You can order additional vegetables separately. The dipping sauces are ponzu and sesame sauce, and the condiments are grated daikon radish and chopped green onions. The American-made shoulder loin beef is light and easy to eat, making it suitable for eating a lot. The ingredients include various types of tofu, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, leeks, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, mizuna, and rice. The noodles at the end are served with a slightly spicy soy sauce-based sauce that you dilute with the shabu-shabu broth. The price is 2178 yen (tax included). The lunch drink options include Coca-Cola, Ginger Ale, and others for 110 yen (tax included). The meat quality is good for the price of 2178 yen. We enjoyed a total of 11 boxes of meat. The vegetables were particularly delicious, especially the crunchy enoki mushrooms. They paired well with the ponzu sauce. Since the beef is imported, it is easy to eat and suitable for two people to enjoy. Even though it was all-you-can-eat, the service was prompt with additional meat coming quickly. We were full, so we only had a small portion of ramen at the end. Thanks to this, we managed to finish the 90-minute all-you-can-eat in about 50 minutes and paid the bill. (laughs) We had a very satisfying and filling meal. We were definitely overeating. (laughs) As a commemorative gift for the opening, we received a 1.8L bottle of "Gyuzen" ponzu sauce. It looks like we won't need to buy ponzu sauce for a while. (laughs) I would like to try this course again next time. It was delicious, thank you.
