The curry arrived in just 3 minutes. Let's dig in! The curry was thick and rich as usual. I wish there was more sauce. Besides Fukujinzuke, there were green pickles and pickled ginger. It's unusual to have pickled ginger with curry, but it was surprisingly delicious! The spicy level for today was not too hot. Indian curry can vary in spiciness depending on the store or the cook.
