I was guided to a private room right after entering, so I didn't see the inside of the restaurant, but I noticed a signature from the head director. It seems like a slightly high-class place, suitable for entertaining guests. It was my first visit since they relocated. They had Heshijima wine, so I chose a white wine since the red was sold out. The appetizer was made with flying fish, and it was quite delicious. It seems like flying fish dishes are popular lately. I ordered: - Fresh fish with kombu-shime tai fish roe salad, which was delicious - Hidaka black wagyu beef skewers, which were slightly frozen and had a bit of a bitter taste, but I think they would have been very delicious otherwise. - Omakase sushi set of 5 pieces, with white fish being one of them. The vinegar rice after New Year's was a bit uneven and slightly hard, but still quite tasty. There were many items that I wanted to order but were not available, so the overall experience was a bit light. The staff apologized sincerely for this, but I guess it's common before the market opens. I enjoyed the delicious food at a leisurely pace. It seems like a great place for celebrations. When I looked at the homepage, it seemed like the restaurant, Rinsuko Foods, was newly opened and I received a menu table explained in detail. There was talk about ending the meal with soba noodles, but we completely forgot about it. There was a request for Genghis Khan, but we decided not to order it due to the somewhat high prices. The appetizer was grilled scallops topped with crab roe and celery in vinegar. The scallop fry was small but had a nice crispy texture with a soft and moist inside. We decided to order sashimi to gauge the restaurant's quality, and we chose mackerel and bluefin tuna. The mackerel was well-prepared with a good freshness. The drinks we had were Dewar's highball and Suntory highball. Overall, the food was good, but the pricing was a bit concerning. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and nervous, but I believe they will improve over time as they gain more experience.

It had been a while since I visited the F45 building, and the golden balls were still there. Even though I am in Susukino almost every day, I have become quite unfamiliar with the changes in stores and even new hotels. I need to reconnect with my roots. I was led by a reviewer to visit this place, and I had no idea it was a new store. It is part of the Rinco Foods group, as I found out. There were many wreaths near the entrance, with names of well-known banks and other industry leaders as senders. The interior of the store had a chic Japanese style, with a calm atmosphere and good service. I enjoyed my time here, looking at the menu and having a highball to start. The first appetizer with celery was fragrant and went well with the highball. The taste of crab and scallop couldn't beat the celery. I know that many people are not fond of herbs, but I personally enjoy cilantro, mint, and parsley. Oh, but I don't like celery, it smells. Wait, is celery an herb or a vegetable? It depends on how you use it, I suppose. Now, onto the sashimi, the freshness and taste were excellent due to their seafood expertise. The "tuna sashimi" was pricey but worth it for the quality, almost like medium fatty tuna that melts in your mouth. The "mackerel sashimi" to finish was a good measure of the restaurant's skill, with a nice balance of vinegar and a fatty mackerel. Lastly, the "Okhotsk scallop fry" was a homemade delight, with tender scallops and a delicious taste. I would like to bring guests from Honshu here for a business treat next time. A course meal in a private room, from business use to just getting drunk. Thank you for the meal.

I have used this restaurant several times, and the atmosphere is great, and the ingredients are very delicious. Depending on the season and timing of the purchase, you may be able to eat a larger fish than usual, which makes you feel happy. It is a restaurant that I want to bring my family and friends to. The Inca Awakening Fried Potatoes are the most delicious I have ever had, and I was impressed. (It is incredibly sweet but not too rich, and it changed my concept of potatoes. Haha)
