On a holiday morning, I boarded the first train of the subway and got off at "Odori". I headed to the newly opened "Donbe Nijo Ichiba Store" in Nijo Market, which opened on August 13, 2022, operated by First Relation Co., Ltd. The main store in Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, Sapporo Asaichi, is also a popular restaurant with a line forming even before opening. I arrived 30 minutes before opening, and preparations were already underway inside the store. There was already one name written on the waiting list placed in front of the store, and the second name was "Takafumi Sugimoto (Sanma Akashiya's real name)", who was sitting on the bench in front of the store. As time passed, the number of waiting customers increased, and there were about 15 people by the time of opening. When the store opened, names were called in order on the list, and customers were guided into the store. I was seated at a two-person table as the second person called, and orders were taken in the order they were called. Some customers tried to order ahead of their turn, but the staff calmly responded, saying, "We will take your order in order," which made customers feel at ease. According to the official website (https://donbe.sapporo-asaichi.com/), the capacity is stated as "Counter: 7 seats, 2-person table: 1 seat, 4-person table: 1 seat, total of 13 seats", but I did not see the counter, and there seemed to be more seats than that. I ordered the "Seafood Bara Chirashi Don @500 (limited quantity) and Uni Topping @500 (limited quantity)". After a 10-minute wait, the tray included "Seafood Bara Chirashi Don, miso soup, Uni Topping, disposable chopsticks, soy sauce dish, and disposable wet towel". The item labeled "Special Soy Sauce" on the table was homemade soy sauce, which I poured into a small dish. The ingredients in the Bara Chirashi included "lean tuna, salmon, egg, cucumber", and although there were few varieties, the freshness was good, and the texture of the chopped cucumber mixed in kept it interesting to eat until the end. The Uni Topping was a small portion of purple sea urchin with 2-3 pieces of roe in the shell, with a firm texture and a hint of sweetness, providing a satisfying amount and quality for a one-coin service menu. The main store also offers a limited Bara Chirashi, but it is limited to 5 servings and sells out in an instant, so I assume a similar number was prepared here. When I finished paying at the register on my way out, I was thanked for waiting early, which made me feel apologetic. There are few stores, including those dealing with seafood and restaurants nearby, that provide polite customer service. They often use casual language like "Hey, what are you looking for, bro?" or "Do you want to see the crab?" or "Salmon roe is cheap", which gives off a sense of rough customer service. I don't quite like shopping at such places, so next time, I will take my time and visit again. I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal. Thank you for the meal.

I used it for breakfast! I went to Donbei, located about a 10-minute walk from the business hotel near Odori. I arrived a little after 8 o'clock. There were a few groups waiting, but I was called into the restaurant in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Sanmaidon (three meal rice bowl) and the seafood bowl. I feel very happy to have such seafood in the morning. The quality and freshness were very good, and the sea urchin was really sweet with no fishy smell at all, it was very delicious. The turnover of the restaurant seemed good, so I will definitely visit again when I come to Sapporo!

Good morning. On the last day of my trip to Hokkaido, I came to Donburiya in Nijo Market to have the "Seafood Bara Chirashi" for just 500 yen! The restaurant opens at 7 am, so I arrived at 6:20 am and put my name on the waiting list. Luckily, I was number 1 on the list. Since they only serve 10 portions of the Bara Chirashi, I knew I would be able to get it without any issues. Even though it was a Monday, by 6:30 am, there were already more than 10 people waiting for the limited Bara Chirashi. Just before the opening, a lovely lady came to take our order. My wife and I ordered the "Seafood Bara Chirashi," added a topping of sea urchin for 500 yen, and also got a Sapporo Classic draft beer (price unknown). The restaurant opened, and we were seated at the back with our food and beer served immediately. The Bara Chirashi had diced tuna, salmon, cucumber, and rolled omelet, all mixed nicely with the rice. I've had it before, but my wife was impressed by the taste and presentation. The sea urchin topping for 500 yen was small but delicious, with sweet and fresh meat. We added it to the Bara Chirashi and enjoyed it. The Sapporo Classic draft beer in the morning was also delicious. Thank you for another great and affordable breakfast experience!

I went around 8 o'clock in the morning. I waited for about 10 minutes. By the time I finished eating, there were about 5 people waiting in line, so I recommend going early. The portion size is generous, just as the reviews say, and the cost performance is excellent. The fish was fresh, and the soy sauce was thick and delicious until the end. I was satisfied, it was delicious.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. I had to wait a bit, but it was quick as I looked around at other shops or sat on the bench in front of the store. I ordered the Seafood Six-Color Bowl (2200 yen). Each piece of seafood was really delicious. The salmon and medium fatty tuna were both rich and melted in my mouth. There was no fishy smell at all. I was very satisfied. I definitely want to go again.

When I came to Sapporo, I went to Nijo Market near Odori Station to eat seafood bowl. At Nijo Market, there were fresh fish lined up, and now there were many Hanasaki crabs displayed at each store. While looking around, I was debating where to eat seafood bowl, and when I asked a nearby shop owner, they recommended this place for various options at a reasonable price. There were a few groups waiting outside the shop across the street, but after writing my name down and looking around at other nearby shops, I was able to enter in about 15 minutes. I had the Special Sapporo Morning Market Bowl (large) for 2,580 yen. It was undeniably delicious! I finished it in no time.

It's always crowded. J-POP music playing inside. Self-service water. Only table seats available, but can be used by one person. Overall reasonable pricing. Visited at 8:00 today, but the seafood bara chirashi for 500 yen was sold out. I thought it was available because there used to be a sign posted outside when it was sold out. But when I checked on my way back, there was no sign. They also didn't have crab soup. As someone who visits this area frequently, I felt deceived. To lift my spirits, I ordered the ◆ Special Sapporo Morning Market Bowl (regular) for 2280 yen → Used a coupon to get it for 2180 yen. The vinegar rice was great, which I, a sushi lover, appreciated. The temperature of the rice was just right, and it was really good! The seafood included tuna, Atlantic salmon, sea urchin, squid somen, scallop, crab meat, salmon roe, negitoro, and tamago. The sea urchin was a bit watery due to insufficient draining, but overall, the freshness and taste were good. It was easy to eat, unlike many overflowing and difficult-to-eat bowls that are trending lately, which was great! There is room for improvement in the soy sauce. The soup was delicious, not overly thick like in the old days of Chawanmushi in the Nijo Market. 【Overall】One of the top-class seafood bowls in Nijo Market. It's self-service, but the cost performance is good, so no problem! They accept credit cards, but only VISA and MasterCard, and I felt embarrassed when the staff didn't notice and couldn't use them. It's partly my fault for not noticing, but considering the many foreign tourists, I think the staff should be more careful in the future. I indulged in luxury early in the morning before work. I need to work hard to earn money (laughs). Thank you for the meal ♡

On the final morning of my stay in Hokkaido, I headed to Nijo Market for a seafood feast. It was just before 8 am and there were about 15 people on the waiting list, with half of them being foreigners. After waiting in line with 2 people ahead of me, we were seated inside in about 30 minutes. [Drinks ordered] - Classic draft beer x3 [Food ordered] - Uni with shells x1 - Ikura (salmon roe) in soy sauce x1 - NEW three-color bowl x2 [Impressions] I was in the mood for seafood and drinks from the morning. It was great to see a variety of small dishes for those who drink alcohol. The menu with English translations is friendly for foreigners. Since it was my last day, I let loose and enjoyed uni, ikura, and three draft beers in the morning, finishing off with a hearty three-color bowl. After eating and drinking this much, I have no regrets. Next time, I might try the medium fatty tuna as a side dish.

I woke up with a terrible headache from a hangover and decided to visit Donbei in Nijo Market on my way to the Bon festival at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. This restaurant caught my eye last year when it opened, and I finally had the chance to try it out. The market was bustling with tourists even early in the morning, but luckily I was able to get a seat inside. The atmosphere was cozy and casual. The most popular item on the menu was the seafood bowl, but I opted for the Three-Color Bowl which included my favorite toppings: tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe marinated in soy sauce. The three toppings were incredibly delicious and luxurious. It would have been even better if the pickled ginger, cucumber, and egg were separated as toppings too. I thoroughly enjoyed the extravagant breakfast. By the time I left, the restaurant was packed with people waiting in line, a testament to its popularity. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was incredibly delicious. Seriously recommended. I arrived at 7:50 on the first day of Obon and waited for about 20 minutes. It was worth the wait to be able to eat such a delicious seafood bowl. I upgraded to the special Sapporo Asaichi Don (large) for an extra 260 yen and changed it to crab soup. It was the perfect meal for the morning. I want to go again.

I left the hotel around 6:55 a.m. to arrive at the restaurant by 7 a.m. The main reason for my early morning visit was to try the 500 yen sea urchin dish. When I arrived, there was already a line forming outside the restaurant. I wrote my name down and waited for the second seating. I ordered the morning special bowl with sea urchin, while my companion ordered the tuna and salmon bowl. I was able to order one serving of sea urchin and was very excited. The staff recommended ordering the morning special as the sea urchin might run out during the second seating.

I stayed at a hotel where breakfast was included, but since Nijo Market was within walking distance, I decided to have breakfast there. I arrived at Nijo Market before 7 am and wandered around to decide where to eat. I noticed a long line at a certain shop, so I figured it must be popular and decided to eat there. While waiting in line, I overheard someone mentioning about a limited quantity item. Looking at the menu, I found a seafood bowl for only one coin! When I was seated, I asked if the limited item was still available, and luckily it was. So I ordered the limited "Seafood Bowl for 500 yen" and also a "Crab Soup for 360 yen". The seafood bowl was filled with tuna and salmon, and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The crab soup was also full of crab flavor. When I checked the menu outside after finishing my meal, I saw that the limited item was already sold out. I'm glad I made it just in time to enjoy the delicious and affordable seafood bowl.

Everything was delicious. Everything I ate was delicious! And personally, I think it's cheap! When you come to Hokkaido, please make sure to stop by for the seafood bowl! The access from Susukino is also good, so I want you to eat it. The staff are friendly and I am very satisfied! I will come again!

I visited several popular seafood restaurants at Nijo Market, but they were all too crowded to get in. Luckily, I stumbled upon this restaurant with a nice interior and it was empty, so I was able to dine there. The donburi was delicious, but honestly, you can find the same thing in Tsukiji Market...

This is my second time since November last year. There are limited quantity discounted bowls here, so I use it when staying at a hotel without breakfast. Last time, there was no line and I could enter right away, but when I passed by two days ago, there was a line, so I arrived at 6:40 today. Still, I was seventh in line. Surprised. Entered on the first round. Ordered the limited quantity Barachirashi bowl for 500 yen and the sea urchin as a single item. Is sea urchin a seasonal item? But it's a great price for 500 yen. After a while, the bowls arrived. Even at a great price, it's a full serving. Still a great deal and delicious. And this time I added the sea urchin as a single item. It's small, but there's a lot of delicious sea urchin in it. It's orange in color and sticky sweet, almost mistaken for horse dung sea urchin. For 500 yen, it's just as good as the bowl. I enjoyed seafood for a total of 1000 yen. Satisfied, thank you for the meal.

I arrived at Nijo Market after about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. While there are only a few shops along the road, they are filled with delicious items like crab and salmon roe. The shop I wanted to visit was still about 20 minutes away from opening, and there were only a few people waiting. I decided to explore the market a bit, and found a shop with about 5-6 people waiting. It was a seafood bowl shop, with lower ratings on Tabelog compared to my original choice. I decided to change my plans and wait in line. There were already 4 groups of customers ahead of me. When the shop opened, I was able to enter in the first round, as there were about 10 groups waiting. The shop had only tables for 2 people, and it was neatly organized. I ordered the "Three-color bowl (large)" for 3,280 yen, which included crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe, along with thick rolled omelette, cucumber, pickled ginger, and shiso leaves. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the sea urchin. The salmon roe had a strong salty flavor and a satisfying texture. The crab was also flavorful. However, there seemed to be a bit too much vinegared rice compared to the amount of seafood. While it may be a bit pricey, I enjoyed a delicious seafood bowl. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the Satisfied Bowl (3,580 yen) and the Three-color Bowl (3,280 yen) at a reasonably priced seafood bowl restaurant inside Nijo Market. I love sea urchin, so I ordered the Three-color Bowl, but I found the sea urchin in Bangkok to be tastier, which was disappointing. The crab soup also had a bit of a fishy smell, and overall I felt like it was just okay for the price. The Satisfied Bowl seemed better since you get to try a variety of sashimi little by little.

It's delicious, but you can't fool the taste buds of (new) Hokkaido locals. Even though it's around 10 in the morning, there are a lot of tourists here! It's still early, so I went in without waiting in line! I ordered a uni bowl for only one coin! I ordered salmon and tuna. The staff may be new, as they seemed a bit flustered. I ordered salmon and tuna, but they repeated "salmon and ikura" multiple times. Since I'm not very good at English, I also panicked when dealing with foreigners. Please calm down. Haha~ The salmon was quite fatty and the tuna had a rich flavor. However, the amount of rice is really large. It's a regular size, but quite a lot. It's hard to finish eating it all. Overall, it's not a particularly memorable seafood bowl.

The most popular "Satisfaction Bowl" includes sea urchin, salmon roe, crab, shrimp, salmon, tuna, and more, providing great satisfaction. Business trip gourmet. This morning, I had the seafood bara chirashi from Donbe at Nijyo Market. It's a steal at only 500 yen including tax. This seafood bara chirashi seems to be limited in quantity, but I arrived at 6:40 and was the second group (fifth person) in line, so it was fine. A table appeared at around 6 o'clock for customers to write their names, and they waited until 7 o'clock to be called in order to enter the store. The main attraction was the 500 yen flyer. The staff were friendly, and after being seated, the food arrived quickly. Every ingredient was fresh, and for this price, with this quantity, and this taste... it was worth coming early.
