The restaurant was quite crowded, even on a weekday, with a 30-minute wait. The mountain wasabi this time was really strong and added a nice kick to the dishes. I will definitely come back again. Yesterday, I stayed overnight at my parents' house with my children for the first time in a while. Triton has several convenient stores in the area, but we decided to go to the Atsubetsu store because my children had lessons there. It's about a 5-minute drive from Shin-Sapporo, or a 20-minute walk. When we entered, there were 9 groups ahead of us in line. They use a QR code system where you can see your place in line on LINE. The turnover rate for the booth seats was not very fast, so we had to wait a bit. I was happy that Triton offers a choice of half-sized sushi sets. I like to try different things, so the 3-piece set was perfect for me. I tried the ponzu sauce topping for the first time and it was refreshing and delicious. The shellfish, blue fish, marinated sea bream, medium fatty tuna, and sea bream with yuzu salt were all delicious and the quality of the fish was consistent. Shin-Sapporo is becoming more lively with the redevelopment around the station. With three new hotels directly connected to the station, it may be more convenient for tourists. Some of you might be thinking, "Are you not drinking today?" but my father was the designated driver, so I refrained from drinking during the day and enjoyed a drink at night. I arrived at 3:30 and there was still a line, but I was able to get in. The conveyor belt sushi was really delicious. I wasn't expecting much because it's conveyor belt sushi, but it was really tasty! There were various types of squid to try, and the shrimp and scallops were delicious. It was quick to eat and the prices were cheap, so it was really good.

What is Triton really? There is no room for complaints. In other sushi restaurants, there may be some issues that stand out after trying all the different dishes, but there is nothing to complain about here. Triton was a great find. Thank you, Triton! One standout item was the Kanpachi Toro. While Buri Toro is not uncommon, Kanpachi Toro may be a first. It had a nice amount of fat and was delicious. The Ikura, which can sometimes have a subtle taste at other places, was perfect at Triton.

The sushi restaurant I was taught about long ago was a conveyor belt sushi place. They have a lot of Hokkaido ingredients, making it different from conveyor belt sushi on Honshu. However, they seem to be leaning towards a more high-end direction now, with higher prices, but the sushi making skills are still at the same level as regular conveyor belt sushi, so the satisfaction level isn't as high as before. Also, the quality of the ingredients isn't great in the summer. Despite that, it remains incredibly popular.

I had imagined a conveyor belt sushi restaurant like Sushiro, but the thickness of the fish and the deliciousness were on a different level. The quality was so high that I can't go back to a regular conveyor belt sushi restaurant anymore. I definitely want to recommend this place in Tokyo. You must go!

When it comes to Triton, think of salmon! It's always delicious. The Hokuetsu store is relatively empty, which is nice. The interior is clean and equipped with an air purifier. The staff is friendly and you can feel at ease. I felt like the variety of toppings has decreased.

Triton used to be the ally of the common people when it came to conveyor belt sushi, but now it seems like a high-end conveyor belt sushi place? They still only serve beer for drinks. Finally, they accept cards now so I had a casual lunch there. It would be great if it could be a place for a quick lunch for office workers. Table seating is available for 3 people or more. They notify you via LINE when your table is ready, so you can wait in your car. It's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but there were no sushi plates going around. The prices for sushi were a bit on the higher side for a conveyor belt sushi place, but the sushi pieces were large and delicious. The Hokkaido-sourced ingredients were slightly limited. The seared gizzard shad was particularly delicious! ♡

My son didn't go on the school trip, so I went with my daughter instead (lol). The total bill was about 4500 yen. We arrived around 6 pm and had to wait for about 10 minutes because the restaurant was full. The place is not very spacious, so it's understandable. Once we were seated, the wait for the food wasn't too long, so it wasn't stressful. Some items were sold out since it was in the evening, but the prices are always cheap so just looking at the menu was fun! We ate a lot and enjoyed our meal. The service was also good. The bluefin tuna toro sushi was delicious and priced at 319 yen. I probably could have ordered about 6 pieces of it. All the sushi was freshly made and not on a conveyor belt. This week after golf, we were hungry again so we decided to go out with the members. Surprisingly, we ended up at a revolving sushi restaurant for the second week in a row (lol). We visited Triton today and ordered tempura soba, which was a rare choice for me. The portion size was just right, but I ended up eating too much again today! \(//∇//)\

After a long time, I went golfing on a winter morning and got hungry, so I decided to stop by Triton with some friends for some sushi. Oh, they have tablet ordering now! The Nixon Roll is always delicious, the eel and cheese combination is perfect.

I took someone from out of town on a business trip and decided to bring them to this restaurant. I knew they loved local food, so I thought it would be a good choice for a quick and affordable meal. We went around 2 pm on a weekday and were seated right away in a booth. However, I was aware that it gets really crowded during meal times on weekends and holidays (which is why I used to avoid going on those days when I lived nearby, even though I lived super close to the place). There are no reservations or online waitlist services, so it's either wait in line or pre-order for takeout. You order using a touch panel and the sushi is made to order, so it doesn't go around on a conveyor belt. This time, we ordered shirako, herring, hokke (I think...), and shime saba. Prices for nigiri or gunkan sushi range from 350 to 700 yen per plate, which may seem expensive at first glance, but the taste is incomparable to a certain national chain. The fish that can only be enjoyed as sashimi or sushi locally is incredibly delicious. It's a whole different level of food compared to chain conveyor belt sushi. You can also specify the amount of condiments and the size of the shari rice, so you can tailor your order to your appetite and preferences. We didn't eat a lot due to our hunger levels, but every piece was rich in flavor, especially with the good amount of fat content in the winter, giving a lot of satisfaction. The freshness of the fish and the quality of the preparation are excellent, as expected from a place that locals flock to. The shari rice is also delicious. It may not compare to high-end sushi restaurants that cost tens of thousands, but the taste at this price point, the value for money is incredibly good. Since it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, it tends to attract families, so depending on the timing, it can get quite noisy. However, the taste is outstanding, so I would recommend tourists to try this place if they have the chance. The Atsubetsu branch is in an area that is not easily accessible without a car, so for those who are traveling by rental car, this place is definitely worth considering.

My companion mentioned wanting to eat sushi and trying a different restaurant this time. We arrived at the restaurant, parked in the shared parking lot, and entered. We informed the staff of our group size and were quickly seated at the counter. We looked at the recommended menu items hanging from the ceiling and placed our order using a tablet. We started with "Himehon Maguro Akami," which was tender and had a rich tuna flavor. Next, we tried the slightly expensive "Shio-mizu Uni" wrapped in seaweed, which had a sweet and slightly oceanic taste. We also had the "Tachi Gunkan," which had fresh and sweet tachi with a citrus jelly to balance the fishy taste. Then, we enjoyed the "Himehon Maguro Otoro," which had a gentle fatty taste. We also had a "Katsu Kai 3-shu Mori," featuring hotate, hokkigai, and awabi, with the latter having a firm texture. The "Masu Ikura" had large ikura grains similar to salmon ikura. Visited Triton (Atsubetsu branch) for the first time on the way back from a trip to Hokkaido in September 2022. Arrived around 5 pm on a Sunday evening and had to wait as there was already a line. Ended up being seated just before 6 pm, so it would be great if Triton could offer web reservations. I ordered using the touch panel, which was convenient as I could specify the size of the sushi rice. The dishes I ordered were: - Mackerel belly roll (220 yen) - Salmon belly with mountain wasabi (319 yen) - Trout and salmon roe battleship sushi (319 yen) - Baby octopus battleship sushi (275 yen) The mackerel belly roll was my favorite, with the refreshing taste of shiso leaves and pickled ginger complementing the fatty mackerel. The trout and salmon roe battleship sushi was also delicious, ranking high among the ikura sushi I've had before. The baby octopus battleship sushi was rich and tasty, but would have been even better with fresher octopus. The rice was slightly warmer than room temperature, but my family enjoyed it as well. The restaurant is large and lively. The menu includes seasonal dishes and homemade desserts. Orders are placed through a touch panel. Trident Sushi in Atsubetsu. A popular conveyor belt sushi chain with locations outside of Hokkaido as well. This time, I ordered scallop, flounder with kelp, saltwater sea urchin, octopus, minced tuna with green onion, salmon, and abalone. The variety of sushi toppings was a bit scattered, but all of them were fresh and delicious! This conveyor belt sushi restaurant offers great value for the quality.

I was told by an acquaintance in Sapporo to check out "Triton Ike" and decided to take a taxi from Shin-Sapporo after getting off the Airport Rapid train. Despite it being a weekday at 2 PM, the place was packed, indicating its popularity. The sushi was delicious, with large toppings piled on the rice. The hospitality of the staff, both the women in the dining area and the sushi chef, was exceptional. I tried the herring sushi for the first time, but couldn't quite appreciate it. Overall, I had 16 pieces of sushi for only 2,500 yen, which was a great deal.
