Visited "Yakiniku Ushigoro Ginza Namikidori Store" in Ginza. It's a Ushigoro group store in Ginza. I made a reservation online in advance for the "New Ultimate Course" (11,550 yen including tax). It seems to come with a champagne toast. The interior of the restaurant uses red and black colors well. The cow monument is impressive. I was greeted by a cheerful waiter and the course began. Below is the course in order. □ Yukke - A well-flavored yukke. □ Kyoto Vegetable Assortment - A variety of well-prepared vegetables. □ Tan Shio - Thick tan. □ Harami - Tender harami. □ Yaki Shabu-Sashi - Soft meat with grilled shabu sauce. Served with ponzu. □ Salad - Crispy salad typical of a yakiniku restaurant. □ Komutan Soup - A rich soup similar to corn soup. □ Hamburg - A rich hamburger with a French-like sauce and meat juices. The grilling process is extremely meticulous. □ Zabuton (Sukiyaki Style) - Beef with a sweet and flavorful taste. □ Sirloin - Really delicious meat with a rich flavor. □ Water Kimchi - A refreshing kimchi to cleanse the palate. □ TKG - A special menu only available at the Ginza store. I went during lunchtime but I ordered something other than the lunch set because I am dining alone, so I couldn't order some courses (for two people). It's a really high-end yakiniku restaurant, the meat is beautiful and the flavors are unique. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff provided attentive service, which made me very happy. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The Seasonal Master Course priced at 14,300 yen per person featured dishes with mushrooms such as matsutake for the autumn season. The interior of the restaurant had a chic and luxurious feel, but because it was a yakiniku restaurant, it was quite lively! If you prefer a more peaceful dining experience, it might be better to visit a branch with private rooms. I was impressed that they changed the iron plate for each type of meat. I ordered a yakiniku course on the 7th floor of a building on Namiki Dori. The meat in the course had a lot of marbling, so if you don't like that, ordering a la carte might be better. The staff will grill the meat for you. Eating the meat, raw egg, and rice together made me so happy. After finishing the course, I wanted more meat so I ordered tongue salt. The thickly sliced tongue that came with the course might have been tastier. The rice at the end was also delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great with dim lighting. I recommend it for anniversaries and dates.

All the meat was delicious, but I especially love tongue so I indulged and ordered all of it! It was incredibly tasty! For drinks, I chose the Amazakeko and Toko Koki from Shinsei. The sparkling Amazakeko is recommended for the first glass! Lastly, I had the pumpkin brulee.

I visited almost all the stores of the popular yakiniku chain "Yakiniku Ushigoro". There are 3 stores in Ginza and it's a bit confusing... I accidentally went to a different store. Since it was for lunch, the atmosphere inside was more casual than I expected. It felt even more casual than the interior photos on Tabelog. The most impressive item was the water kimchi. I was wondering what water kimchi was, but it turned out to be just regular pickled Chinese cabbage. It was light and a great palate cleanser during the meal! The most delicious dish was the pumpkin brulee dessert. The meat was also delicious, but it didn't make me go "Wow, this is amazing!" This time I tried the course menu, but I hear that the a la carte menu offers great value for money! I would like to try other stores in the future!

This time, I chose the limited course menu at Ushigoro Ginza Namiikidori store! Limited menus are always delicious! The way the staff grills the meat is excellent! I added white shrimp and wagyu hand-rolled sushi to the lunch course. My companion really liked the hand-rolled sushi, but personally, I found it to be just okay. The overall taste was elegant and delicious, but it wasn't exceptionally delicious. The sirloin was excellent! It's worth paying a high price for it. The portion size was modest, which seems just right for women. The Ushigoro group is well-known and highly rated, but personally, I found it somewhat lacking. For high-end yakiniku, I find Yoronyaku or Yakiniku Jumbo to be more delicious and satisfying.
