It is the well-known Shiitake Mushroom Ramen at Nakano-Sakaue. It's not a specialty shop for Shiitake Mushroom Ramen, but a Chinese restaurant. However, about 8-9 out of 10 customers seem to order the Shiitake Mushroom Ramen. The ramen with thick shiitake mushrooms is something you can't find elsewhere. It's incredibly addictive. Even though all the menu items look delicious, when you come here, you can't help but think you have to try the Shiitake Mushroom Ramen. The base flavor is soy sauce, but you can also order it with salt. I found out about this option by hearing other customers order it that way. I was craving dumplings, so I also ordered them, and they were huge! They were so juicy and flavorful that I burned my tongue when I took a bite. Noteworthy is the high number of solo female customers. It felt more like a trendy cafe than a Chinese restaurant on a Friday night. And all the women, without even looking at the menu, immediately ordered the Shiitake Mushroom Ramen as soon as they sat down. They are definitely regulars. As the evening went on, more male customers started to arrive, so it might have just been a coincidence, but it's a welcoming atmosphere for solo female diners. Next time, I might try the Shiitake Mushroom Ramen with salt. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Nakano-Sakaue after a long time and visited the Chinese restaurant "Kakichi" located right by the station. I stopped by around 6:30 pm on the weekend, and although there was no line, the restaurant was consistently almost full. First, I ordered a bottle of beer and grilled dumplings. The bottle of beer came out quickly, but I finished it before the dumplings were ready, so I ordered another bottle. The grilled dumplings had a few open ends, but they were big and delicious! After finishing the dumplings, I finally ordered the famous "Shiitake Mushroom Soba." Interestingly, while I observed the orders of customers who came and went twice during my leisurely meal, I was the only one who ordered the "Shiitake Mushroom Soba." I thought it might be a rumor different from the reviews on Tabelog that I had checked beforehand, but when I tried it, it was indeed delicious! The thickly sliced shiitake mushrooms, pork, bamboo shoots, and komatsuna were balanced well as ingredients so that it doesn't get boring, and they paired nicely with the soy-based sauce. Oh, this is a truly skilled restaurant. The movements and responses of the two female staff members were very pleasant, and I left satisfied!

The noodles are delicious. The tantanmen soup and toppings were just okay in terms of taste. The dumplings, on the other hand, were exceptionally delicious. There has been a price increase starting from August, with an increase of about 50 yen each time, but I have no complaints. Please keep up the good work in the future!

The yakisoba with five toppings is really delicious. It has a rich flavor from the oil, which is great. Adding vinegar for a change in taste enhances the umami. I also ordered spring rolls, but both dishes were so hot that I burned my mouth. The restaurant was constantly busy, even at night. The menu has a lot of options, so I excitedly thought about what to order next time. I decided on what to eat next and left the restaurant. Thank you for the meal. The dishes come out quickly, they are delicious, it's the best. However, I didn't consider my stomach capacity when I ordered the spring rolls. (Ate too much)

I managed to resist the urge to order the shiitake mushroom soba and instead tried the highly recommended Tianjin don for the first time. I waited in line for about 10 minutes before being seated, and then my meal arrived in just 2 minutes. It was great that they took my order while I was waiting in line. The taste was outstanding. The ketchup-based sauce was delicious. I finished it in no time. It made me realize once again how amazing the volume of the shiitake mushroom soba is.

Shiitake mushroom soba is a famous dish at this restaurant, but I wasn't in the mood for ramen, so I had the Gomoku fried rice for 1000 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering, very fast. The portion was generous. Now, how did it taste...? When I took a bite, I hit a lump of chicken broth soup base, and it was so salty! It tasted strongly of artificial seasoning. I deeply regretted ordering it. There were chunks of pink ham that looked unhealthy, and I struggled to finish it. Is everything other than the famous shiitake mushroom soba mediocre at this restaurant? I do not recommend ordering the fried rice here.

Around 14:30 on a regular day. Despite lunchtime peak hours being over, the restaurant was still full with two groups waiting in line. Even on a hot August day, it was impressive. Perhaps everyone came to eat the famous shiitake mushroom soba. Nonetheless, the turnover was fast, and we were seated sooner than expected. For the first time here, I decided without hesitation to order the famous shiitake soba. My husband ordered the shiitake yakisoba. We waited for a while for our food. Here it is! Wow! A huge amount of shiitake mushrooms covering the noodles completely!!! I had seen pictures beforehand, but the sight made me want to burst out laughing. The shiitake mushrooms were large and meaty, providing a satisfying chewy texture. It felt like eating meat. This was a great deal! I kept eating, but it seemed never-ending. The mushrooms were juicy and the sauce was plentiful, keeping it piping hot. Ouch! I burned my mouth several times. (When I got home, I realized my upper palate was sore... Be careful of burns. Haha) I enjoyed about half of it, but I felt it was getting heavy. The mushrooms and noodles seemed never-ending, and I couldn't finish it, so I had my husband help me out. Even though I wasn't full, I felt weighed down and couldn't eat anymore. I think it's a common thing in Chinese cuisine, probably due to the abundant oil used. Maybe the mushrooms absorbed that oil? I'm not sure, but it made me feel tired of eating. However, the taste is addictive! Even though I didn't feel like eating mushrooms for a while, after about two weeks, I started craving that taste again. After 3 p.m., the restaurant started to empty out, so you can probably enter without waiting. Also, on hot summer days, standing outside in line not only makes you hot but also makes you sweat even more when you eat, so having a handkerchief or towel is essential! Thank you for the meal! ◎

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:00, and even though it was a holiday, there were only 4 people in line. I heard that during weekdays at lunchtime, the line is even longer. Everyone was ordering the shiitake mushroom ramen, so I ordered that along with some gyoza and beer. The ramen had a nice shiitake flavor and was filled with plenty of mushrooms, making it very filling. It was a hot day at around 37℃, so I was sweating a lot. I would like to come back when it's cooler.

Reservation required. There is a long line. Summary: 1. Reservation required. 2. Staff are all friendly. 3. The dumplings are average. 4. Stir-fried greens are good but oily when cold. 5. Fried rice comes in a large portion, enough for 3 people. 6. Pork with green peppers noodles are delicious. 7. Pickled mustard greens are very salty. 8. Edamame and clams are not bad but may get boring after a while. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, and the staff are friendly. Thank you for the meal.

Why is the shiitake soba here so delicious? This time, I came not just to eat, but to analyze. For the past three times, I was simply overwhelmed by the deliciousness and lost in it. This time, I consciously tried to remain calm and analyze the deliciousness... but I couldn't. I ended up trembling with the deliciousness. Looking forward to the fifth visit.

I think I'm addicted. Probably. I have a strong addiction to shiitake mushrooms. They are really delicious. I didn't particularly like shiitake mushrooms before, but... Last time I ordered the Tenshin soba, but this is definitely better. I cheated and now I know. Shiitake mushroom soba is the only choice.

It was around 12 o'clock on Monday, and there was a line of about 5 to 10 people constantly waiting. Many people were ordering dishes like shiitake mushroom soba, shiitake mushroom yakisoba, shiitake mushroom somen, and Tenshin-men. Despite the hot weather of over 30 degrees, I ordered the most popular dish, shiitake mushroom soba. The shiitake mushroom soba had thick shiitake mushrooms, chewy pork, and other ingredients soaked in a thick soup. The noodles were thin Chinese noodles. The thick soup with a gentle flavor and the meaty shiitake mushrooms were very delicious for someone in their mid-40s like me. I would like to try the somen next time I visit.

I decided to try the Tianjin noodles, which seemed to be popular alongside the overwhelming popularity of shiitake mushrooms. It cost 950 yen. The noodles were thin and delicious, and the egg part was also tasty. However, it lacked the thick consistency of Tianjin fried rice, and in terms of depth of flavor, the shiitake mushroom soba was clearly superior. The spring rolls were freshly fried and served in just the right amount. They cost 650 yen.

I'm not a fan of shiitake mushrooms, but the shiitake mushrooms in this ramen were delicious. I've avoided shiitake mushrooms since I was a child, but today I got off at this station to visit Taisei-san, only to find a line of over 20 people after 1 pm, so I gave up and came here instead. Most people seem to be ordering either shiitake mushroom ramen or shiitake mushroom yakisoba. I decided to give it a try, thinking that if I didn't like the shiitake mushrooms, I would just eat the noodles. But the shiitake mushrooms were delicious and I also enjoyed the thin noodles.

I finally got to visit Hanakichi, a popular ramen restaurant. I was torn between the shiitake mushroom ramen and the Tianjin rice, but ended up ordering the latter. The taste was... strong and a bit sour. It may be a matter of preference, but I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. There are many other menu options, so next time I will try something different.

I had an early lunch at 11 o'clock. The restaurant was quite small and only shared seats were available. I had already looked up the menu and decided to order the delicious-looking shiitake mushroom soba for 950 yen. The moment I took a sip of the soup, the rich flavor of shiitake mushrooms spread in my mouth. The thin noodles were coated in this flavorful soup, making it very tasty. The shiitake mushrooms on top were soft and had a creamy texture. It felt like I was getting a lot of dietary fiber. The pork was also flavorful. The crunchy bok choy was delicious. It was a ramen that I had never tried before, but it was incredibly tasty.

I visited the restaurant because their shiitake mushroom soba is famous. I ordered gyoza and shiitake mushroom soba. I was lucky to get a seat quickly, but soon there were other customers waiting. The thick and hot soup was filled generously, so it took a while to cool down and I ended up burning my mouth while eating. It was rich and delicious. The gyoza was also big and tasty. I am curious about the yakisoba and spring rolls, so I would like to visit again next time.

After getting off at the station, we went to this Chinese restaurant located in a building directly connected to the station. It was a Friday night and the place was almost full, with most 4-person tables being shared. The location is convenient and popular. Their specialty is the Shiitake Mushroom Soba, which I tried once, and although it was delicious, the amount of shiitake mushrooms was overwhelming and I got a bit tired of it. This time, my husband and I ordered the following dishes: - Thinly sliced meat soba - Five-ingredient yakisoba - Spring rolls. Everything was delicious and we left the restaurant satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

Delicious. Good cost performance, and it's a pleasure when I come to Nakano-Sakaue. I had no expectations for shiitake mushrooms at first, but I'm starting to get hooked as I try them more. The dumplings and shumai are a bit pricey at 650 yen, but they are thick and highly recommended.

I visited the restaurant just before closing time, but the staff kindly guided me and I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. Thank you. I ordered the Shiitake Mushroom Yakisoba. The first bite was too hot and I ended up spitting it out, haha. After letting it cool down a bit, the shiitake mushrooms were thick and satisfying, like eating meat. The seasoning was just right, not too salty. The dumplings were three times bigger than I imagined, and filled with juicy meat.

Everything is delicious! The fried rice is really tasty, and both the shiitake mushroom soba and the grilled shiitake mushroom soba are delicious! The shiitake mushrooms are thick and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out! I usually arrive at the station when the store opens, so I can go in on the first round, but there is usually a line when I leave the store!
