Oven Day 11:10 entered the store. The entrance to the basement is hard to find (^_^;) Inside the store, there is a ticket machine on the left and a two-person table on the right. There are two sets of tables on the left, a raised seating area for six people, a counter with five seats at the back, and two two-person tables. Don't be surprised! The Pork Kakuni Soup Curry costs 2,180 yen!!! To be honest, it's not exactly cheap (^_^;) The spiciness level is free up to level 5. The soup is the familiar shrimp soup. The ingredients include lotus root, green pepper, daikon radish, burdock, pumpkin, dried gluten, mizuna, carrot, eggplant, cabbage, and plenty of them! The bowl is used as a container, probably for the visual effect, thanks to the bottom-up effect. An interesting ingredient is the dried gluten in sheet form. You soak it in the soup to make it chewy and enjoy it. The main dish is the kakuni (braised pork belly). There are two large pieces, very tender and bouncy. The seasoning is just right, not too strong. If I had to ask for something more, it would be another piece of kakuni. I also added free toppings, choosing broccoli. It's from Okushiba, so you can trust the taste. Perhaps because the soup is made in a factory, it feels slightly light. However, that's just a matter of personal taste differences, so it's hard to say. In any case, the price is a bit hard to accept as a local specialty (^_^;)
