The Chinese Chicken Burger is the undisputed number one menu item. It's a burger with a Chinese-style sauce, and it's delicious. The combination with mayonnaise is excellent. I dive into the Chinese chicken burger, savoring every bite. It's so delicious. I also ordered the Lucky Poteto Potato, which is topped with demi-glace and white sauce. This kind of junk food can't be anything but delicious. The potatoes are generously served in a mug. When locals come to Rappy, they usually opt for the Chinese Chicken Curry. I was torn between the regular curry and the Chinese chicken curry, but I ended up choosing the latter. The butter chicken curry at Rappy is top-notch, with a rich buttery creaminess and a solid curry spiciness. Although there are other places that serve more authentic butter chicken curry, the curry at Rappy only costs 480 yen. The quality you get for this price is unmatched. Thank you for the delicious meal. I also got the Lucky Egg Burger to go, for tomorrow's breakfast. This is the ultimate classic burger, with a patty and a sunny-side-up egg. The sauce is so delicious that you'll feel pure happiness with every bite. I thoroughly enjoyed my long-awaited visit to Rappy. My stomach is full, so I decided to walk to Tanigashira Onsen, then walk back to the hotel after a bath to burn off some calories.

Despite having 17 stores in the Hakodate area, they strangely have not expanded to Tokyo. Right next to the main store in the Bay area is the famous Hasegawa Store. I had heard from my boss that if I ever went to Hakodate, I must try this place, so I decided to visit the main store. It was delicious! I wonder why they haven't expanded to Tokyo. The most popular item, the Chinese Chicken Burger, is made with zangi (fried chicken) in a teriyaki sauce. Another must-try is the Lucky Egg Burger, which is a teriyaki egg burger and is quite hefty. It seems very high in calories. They were offering a PayPay point rebate as well. The total came to 1710 yen. It was a great meal!

The curry was mildly spicy and had a taste that would appeal to everyone, like a coffee shop style. Not many people might try curry at Rappi for the first time. I also tried a bit of my son's hamburger, and it was also very filling. This is the Hakodate Soul Burger. There were also many people using it as a cafe during that time, showing its wide popularity. The exterior and interior of Rappi have a unique tone. Even at other locations I saw, the design may vary, but the bold tone is the same. I like to manage my schedule strictly, so I have a pattern of not drinking two days ago, drinking the day before, not drinking yesterday, not drinking today, drinking tomorrow, and not drinking the day after tomorrow. However, I recently learned that the term for the day after tomorrow varies by region. Some regions call it "弥の明後日 (the day after the day after tomorrow)" while in other regions it is called "五明後日 (the fifth day after tomorrow)". It's interesting how language can vary by region. Anyway, I ended up going to "Lucky Pierrot Bay Area Main Store" for dinner that day. Originally, I planned to go to a curry restaurant, but it was unexpectedly closed. So, I ended up at Lucky Pierrot, where there was a long line outside. Feeling discouraged, I walked towards Kanemori Warehouse and decided to eat at the less crowded Lucky Pierrot there. The interior was a bit messy, but I ordered the Chinese Chicken 2-tier Bento and a Lucky Guarana drink. The Chinese Chicken was decent, but I still think it tastes better in a burger. The Guarana drink was a bit sweeter than other brands but still enjoyable.

There are many shops around Hakodate, but I went to the main store in the Bay Area near the Red Brick Warehouse for lunch. About 80% of the customers seemed to be tourists, and I waited for nearly 10 minutes before ordering the popular Chinese chicken burger set. The system here is to order first, then find a seat. Once you have a seat, write down the seat number on a piece of paper and hand it to the counter, and the staff will bring you the ordered items. The popular number one hamburger I ordered was delicious, but it did not exceed my expectations. The set's potatoes were topped with a demiglace sauce and something like curry. Overall, the prices are cheaper than other hamburger shops, so I would say it is a satisfying place. It could be a good topic of conversation when visiting as a tourist. Thank you for the meal!

During the daytime on a regular day, I visited Lucky Pierrot, a cafe known for its unique and delicious burgers. In addition to burgers, they also recommend their omelettes and soft serve ice cream. On this day, I ordered a vanilla and chocolate soft serve as a light snack. The rich sweetness and the cream filled all the way down to the bottom of the cone enhanced my satisfaction. Personally, I preferred the vanilla over the chocolate.

It is located on the seaside of the red brick warehouses, about a 10-minute walk from Hakodate Station. As soon as I entered, I placed my order and in about five minutes, my food was brought to my table. There are also seats by the sea, which I recommend.

Despite that, the price was very reasonable! I think it would cost more than double in Tokyo for a hamburger like this. In Hakodate, Lucky Pierrot shops are scattered around like convenience stores. I wish they would open one near my home too.

I ordered the popular Chinese Chicken Burger with fries and the Lucky Pierrot original Galana drink. The burger was decently tasty. I prefer crunchy fries like McDonald's rather than soft ones, so these were just okay. I don't drink Galana often, but it was also just average. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat it for the rest of my life, but it disappeared without a trace. After over a quarter of a century, I finally reunited with the Chinese chicken burger of my dreams. The Chinese chicken, which is actually fried chicken, was incredibly delicious. The cheap seasoning really increased my appetite and it was very good. During Golden Week, I visited a GW location. Initially, I went to a nearby Bay Area store, but the line at the register was too long. So, I decided to check out the main store nearby, where the line was much shorter. I only waited about 5 minutes at the register, but had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. There were many foreign customers as well. I ordered the classic Chinese Chicken Burger with a fried egg on top. When it arrived, I was surprised by how substantial it was! Normally, I eat at burger chains in Tokyo, but this one had chunks of sweet and sour chicken in it, so ordering just the burger was enough! The buns were generously coated with sesame seeds, which added a nice flavor. Honestly, I wouldn't say I'd want to eat it again and again, but I'm curious about trying their curry or other menu items! By the way, I had a 350ml bottle of Lucky Pierrot's Garana drink from the Bay Area store before visiting, so I might have been extra full!

I wanted to eat sukiyaki at a famous restaurant but it was too crowded to get in without a reservation, so I ended up having a hamburger at another famous restaurant instead!
