Welcome. In the Susukino area of Chuo Ward, there is a Famima near the station, and next to it there are stairs leading underground. I wonder what's down there. When you go down the stairs and turn left, you'll find a place with two connected counters and a large table seating area on the left. At 6 pm, there were three young staff members avoiding a large group of customers, and they led us to the counter. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was more stimulating to the nose than pleasant, with a strong, slightly humid smell that tickled the nose. The concept here is all-you-can-eat and drink at a low price, starting from 2380 yen, but you need to make a reservation as the capacity is limited. If that's the case, they shouldn't put up a sign, as it's a waste of time and excitement. There are two courses available at Hot Pepper, but we chose the premium one, which offers a wider selection of drinks and meat, although "beef tongue" was listed in the menu but not available. This was disappointing and lowered our excitement. Meat refills require changing plates, and each person can only have two plates. We ordered a TKG (raw egg over rice) along with our drinks. The amount of rice seemed to match the amount of egg, and the quail egg was small but tasty when dipped in soy sauce. We also had a buttered rice with bonito flakes. The main attraction was the grilled meat on a slanted iron plate with an IH heater, which was smokeless and eco-friendly. However, the meat tended to slip off the plate. The first meat platter included beef ribs, pork ribs, chicken thighs, and hormone, but the portions were small. We had to flip the meat around, making it a bit messy. The second round of meat included Iberico ribs with salt, beef skirt with salt, and pickled cucumber. The Iberico ribs had a light color but a refreshing fat content. The beef skirt was lacking in marbling. We also had green onions with salt, pork tongue with salt, sausage, and marinated beef with green onions. The green onions were meant to be dipped in plum paste after grilling. The sausage was tasty but difficult to cut into pieces. The portion of meat was small, making it hard to enjoy. We also had fried chicken, bacon, beef ribs with salt, and lamb loin with salt. The fried chicken had a crispy coating, but the meat was small and would have been better if cut into larger pieces. The bacon was frozen and needed to be grilled. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and the service was slow, causing us to drink more than eat.
