I love the sauna "Nikori Fle" operated by the Seizan Group's food and beverage division. One of their restaurants has a system where you order your first drink verbally, but order food and additional drinks through a QR code on your smartphone. The first drink is a lemon sour with free-flowing frozen lemon for 500 yen for 60 minutes. I ordered the main dishes, "Salmon Rare Cutlet" and "Spicy Enoki Mushroom Yukhoe," which were so delicious that I felt like I could eat them endlessly! Next, I ordered sushi, including classic sushi and creative rolls like fried natto rolls, all of which were incredibly tasty. Lastly, I had the brulee-style egg, which was also delicious and felt like I could eat it endlessly! The delicious lemon sour and sushi filled my stomach and heart. The service was slow, so I had to rush my order and they accommodated me. The restaurant was not busy, with only a few customers, but the service was still slow. The tuna was soft but lacked flavor, with the soy sauce not adding much taste either. Overall, the experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped for.

It says "Sushi Sakaba" but it's more like a "Creative Seafood Izakaya" with a variety of options. Scan the QR code~ I was spinning around trying to decide, so I ended up ordering verbally to the guy at the counter. Well, I went for the reliable "Lemosawa" drink hour for 550 yen (tax included) (= ´∀´)ﾉ They let you know before the hour is up, which is nice since some other places don't. Starting with the "Garlic Shrimp Stir-fry," the garlic adds flavor. The "Salmon Liver Sashimi-style" with sesame oil is a unique style. No complaints. Both go well with sake... Salmon lovers will be thrilled. You can also drink wine at the counter. Up above, there are illustrations of recommended dishes. The "Shrimp Tempura Tartar" is like Nagoya's tempura. The "Creme Brulee-style Egg" is for those who like sweet omelets. The "Meat Sushi" doesn't lose to Tom. The staff's service has improved a lot compared to before, but what's this charge at the end of the receipt? Upon closer inspection, it says "10% charge after 10 pm." The total amount of what you ate (tax excluded) + consumption tax + mandatory 490 yen per person for food items + charge = quite a strategy, isn't it?

The sushi rice grains seemed intentionally small, but I found it a bit unsatisfying. The mandarin orange liquor was delicious! It's not tasty until the frozen mandarin melts.
