Shabu leaf! It's been 3 years. I wish I could come more often... I wanted to come~. During the pandemic, it was impossible to go to the hotpot restaurant. I'm so happy~. This time, I chose white dashi and sukiyaki dashi. I quite like white dashi. Also, I had waffles. I'm good at making well-cooked waffles. However, due to lack of time, the presentation of my waffles was not very good. But the taste was delicious. I am very satisfied (laughs). Thank you for the meal!

After three years, the Manzan Sake Brewery's brewery opening event was held on a refreshing Sunday, so I walked to Shabu-ya while enjoying the drunkenness. The time was 11:50. On weekends and holidays, there is an 80-minute time limit, so the maximum stay time is until 13:10. Well, it's rare to stay for 80 minutes even on weekdays, so it's not much different from usual. In fact, it's 110 yen more expensive than on weekdays, but I added a drink bar to the "all-you-can-eat pork course." My older sister gave me precise advice on using "white dashi" for both meat and vegetables at Shabu-ya, so I decided to use "white dashi" and "chicken bone soy sauce dashi." As a naturally stingy person, I ate a lot of meat without eating rice to make up for the extra 110 yen, setting a personal record of 25 plates. I enjoyed it to the fullest. Thank you very much.

All-you-can-eat beef and pork lunch for 1799 yen. Today's lunch was at Shabuha Asahikawa Ooyukidoori store. The weekday shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat lunch starts at 1399 yen for the pork belly course. After trying everything, I realized that I actually like the pork belly the most. You can enjoy vegetables, curry, udon, and dessert, and feel satisfied on weekdays.

"I had the 'All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Shabu-Shabu with Premium Pork' for 1,649 yen (tax included). I was craving pork shabu-shabu, so I decided to go to Shabu-Sai. I've been to the Aeon branch before, but this was my first time here. They gave a brief explanation about the cat robot at the beginning, which made it a bit more exciting. Orders are placed using a pad. I ordered both loin and belly pork, as well as chicken. They also brought out vegetables. The robot brought the meat to us with music playing, which was quite cute. I chose sukiyaki for one of the soups, and dipped the meat in the classic egg. The rice here is so delicious! The meat and vegetables were satisfying, and I left feeling full. It was nice to see the remaining time for ordering displayed on the pad. Oh, I am so satisfied. Finished off with some ice cream! Thank you for the meal!"

I tried the three-layered pork shoulder loin for a weekday lunch at a price of 1,299 yen (excluding tax). If you choose two types of soup, there is an additional charge of 100 yen. I ordered the new soup flavors for the all-you-can-eat course, which included a Samgyetang-style broth and a corn and organic soy milk broth. The Samgyetang was a bit spicy but delicious, and the corn had a nice aroma and taste. It was great to be able to eat plenty of vegetables as well.

"Team Food Challenge" held its regular meal gathering! This time, the shabu-shabu restaurant was decided by majority vote! You can also enjoy sukiyaki and light hot pot dishes here. With a large group, you can choose from various types of soup, which seems fun♪ When I entered the restaurant, it reminded me of my visit when it first opened (laughs). For some reason, there was also an app included... Anyway, as expected, it was a chaotic scene on the table (laughs). Just recently, I had sukiyaki at "Sanjusha," so let's put that aside and enjoy this experience♪ The staff were friendly and efficient, while some seemed a bit overwhelmed. It's not often that you can have unlimited amounts of pork, beef, and chicken on a weekday afternoon... It's quite rare (laughs). They had various sauces and condiments available, and there was even a corner where you could grill your own waffles, which was interesting♪ In the latter part of the meal, everyone seemed to be into finishing with curry dishes! The curry was quite delicious♪ Sometimes, having a lively meal gathering like this can be fun, right? (´▽`*) Bon appétit~♬*°"

This chain restaurant is quite good. They serve quality meat with good marbling. For lunch, if you want to eat a lot at a low price, I recommend choosing the all-you-can-eat vegetable plan. You can only have three plates of meat, but it's enough for one person for shabu-shabu. The vegetables, tofu, noodles, and other hot pot ingredients are all-you-can-eat. The sesame sauce and barbecue sauce are delicious. Personally, I recommend pork belly over beef for shabu-shabu as it has a sweeter taste and more fat.

Lunch for Respect for the Aged Day. Asked the elderly (lol) family member what they wanted to eat. "Shabu-shabu." So we went to a restaurant that is part of the Skylark Group, which used to be a Gusto. It was our first visit since it became a shabu-shabu restaurant. The family member is a picky eater - doesn't like beef, pork fat, chicken, or lamb. Ended up choosing the Three-Element Pork Shoulder Loin (lunch) for 1,199 yen, plus 100 yen for the holiday, and 220 yen for the drink bar. The broth we chose was a basic white broth and sukiyaki. We ordered four plates of meat for two people. We could pick our own vegetables and rice. Also got the drink bar, so I had melon soda. They have various sauces like cilantro at the Asian Fair. Ate quietly despite some complaints about the sweetness of sukiyaki, lack of vegetables, presence of fat in the pork shoulder loin, and lack of flavor in the Gomoku Chirashi. Ate a total of 16 plates of meat. It was a feast. Thank you for the meal.

Every time I pass by the Ooyuki Street, I always see this crowded restaurant that caught my attention. It's definitely a popular spot. Even though it was past 8:30 PM, I had to wait for about 30 minutes. First, I chose a course. I didn't want beef, so I opted for a course that included both pork belly and loin. The base soup for the hot pot was white miso plus one more. The staff brought the meat to the table, while the vegetables, noodles, sauce, and dessert were self-service. I went to select the vegetables first, adding mushrooms and tofu, and choosing basic ponzu and sesame sauce for dipping. Once I finished selecting the vegetables and returned to my seat, the meat arrived. I started enjoying the shabu-shabu right away. I usually don't have high expectations for all-you-can-eat meat, but the meat here was delicious! The variety of vegetables was plentiful, and the speed of meat service was good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lively and very pleasant! I downloaded the app and got a 10% discount, so I ended up paying only 2000 yen per person! I was very satisfied!

I arrived at 11:15 and there were still seats available, but by the time I left at 12:30, there was a long wait. The soup this time was soy milk based, with a mild flavor and a bit of richness. The meat was tender and delicious. The variety of vegetables in the hot pot was great, especially the crunchy wood ear mushrooms and thick glass noodles. I made a mistake by eating curry halfway through and getting too full to eat more meat. There were various desserts like shaved ice, soft serve ice cream, cotton candy, and sweet rice dumplings with red bean paste. You can enjoy as much dessert as you like. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant thinking it was still Gusto, but it turned out to be a Shabu Shabu place now. It seems to be a popular spot among the younger crowd. The staff here work well together and provide great service, making the dining experience enjoyable. I tried the all-you-can-eat course with beef, pork, and sushi for 1,999 yen plus an additional 200 yen on weekends and holidays. The beef and pork were delicious, but the IH heater was a bit weak. The sushi was not good at all, and the soy sauce made it worse. I also enjoyed the curry and chirashi sushi. The soft-serve ice cream was tasty. Overall, the IH heater and sushi were disappointing, but the rest of the food was enjoyable.

I don't like beef shabu-shabu, I don't need chicken in my shabu-shabu, and making tsukune is too much trouble. The most affordable option was the three-layer pork belly course. The meat was slightly improved in quality and became tender. They had a limited-time dashi with "genmaicha" so I chose that without hesitation. The genmaicha dashi was fragrant and delicious! It's a limited-time offer so be sure to try it out!

Three friends decided to challenge the all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu together. We were three guys, determined to get our money's worth! However, the restaurant had a self-service system for rice and drinks, and for sushi, you had to fill out an order form for every three pieces. The sushi rice was so soft that it fell apart when picked up with chopsticks. We thought it might be a one-time thing, but even after reordering, it was the same. So, we gave up on the sushi. We thought about getting chirashi sushi from the self-service area, but it looked dried out and unappetizing, which killed our appetite even more. The meat, which was the main attraction, was surprisingly thin. We wondered how they managed to slice it so thinly. To get our money's worth, we would have to keep ordering repeatedly, but our spirits were broken. Despite that, we managed to eat some meat. I don't want to be too negative, but the sushi was just not edible. I didn't feel like taking any pictures, but one of my friends took a shocking photo of the sushi! Oh, we also opted for the all-you-can-drink option, but the self-service aspect was too much trouble, so we only had one drink. Laughing.

All-you-can-eat sounds so wonderful. The pork belly and chicken are both tender and delicious. There is also beef available, but I opted for pork this time due to the price. Vegetables are also all-you-can-eat, and there is sushi, curry, and dessert available. I used a coupon to eat at a discounted price. I probably ate around 60 pieces of meat. You can choose from two types of shabu-shabu soup, which changes the flavor nicely. The vegetables are delicious, and even the spicy soup isn't too spicy. The dessert includes soft serve ice cream and shiratama, which you can make into your own zenzai-like dessert. It was delicious. Thank you for the feast.
