Located on the 7th floor of a building just north of Tsukisamu-dori in the Susukino area, this Japanese sake bar was popular when I searched for a place to enjoy sake on Tabelog, so I decided to visit. The bar has counter seats in the front and a few table seats in the back, with a limited number of seats and a male owner managing the place alone. There were a variety of sake options available, from well-known to rare brands. Not being very knowledgeable about sake myself, I told the owner my preferences and he selected a few brands for me to try. Since this was a second round of drinks and I had already consumed quite a bit of alcohol, I don't remember the specific brands, but they were all delicious and the prices were reasonable. The food options that paired well with sake were also varied, making it a great recommendation for those looking to enjoy Japanese sake.

I visited the third restaurant. The next place I went to was "Yamabiko Saketen," an outdoor-style shop located on the 7th floor of a mixed building near Susukino, right next to the Nikka sign. The interior of the shop is surrounded by wood, creating a warm atmosphere with a modern and cool design. There are only two table seats and a counter, but it is a very popular place. The appetizer was simmered turnips, which warmed me up. The menu offers delicious items, even though I thought I was already full. It is categorized as a Japanese sake bar, with a wide selection of unique Japanese sake. Of course, they also have shochu and whiskey. I couldn't resist the delicious Shiretoko Shari-buri caught by a friend, and I ended up losing my appetite. I enjoyed Hokkaido cuisine with a Yoichi highball. The Ezo deer sashimi, sourced directly from a hunter, was incredibly delicious and went well with the sake. The sake I drank while talking with the owner about fishing was too good. N next to me was dozing off. The finishing blow was the salmon shirako with butter soy sauce. The rich and smooth shirako with the fragrant butter soy sauce was irresistible. I loved this place so much that I decided to come back the next day, even though it was my last night of a two-night trip. I really want to go fishing with the owner next time. After a break in the walk, I met up with my companion and we headed to our usual spot "446," but it was full. Unable to think of another place, we decided to go to the 7th floor of the same building as last time. It was empty, probably because it was a weekday. I've been drinking sake all along, so I wanted something refreshing! I had the "Gorogoro Grapefruit Sour" for 600 yen, which was light and easy to drink. We also had the "Entrance Fee" (appetizer) for 300 yen, which was delicious beef stew. In the end, I decided to go for sake! I had the "Natsunokotobuki Junmai Ginjo" unpasteurized sake, which had a hint of sweetness but was refreshing. Then I tried the "Shirakiku Summer Sake" pure rice raw sake, which I loved for its rich sweetness. We also had the "Hell Mabo Tofu" for 800 yen. It was spicy, but not as intense as expected. I left the rest of the ordering to my companion, who is not a food blogger, so everyone should try it out for themselves and see! Enjoy your food adventures!

I chose this shop that I had been curious about for a while. The interior has a woody feel, but the music is R&B, and there's even a mirror ball (laughs). Spicy meatballs: 800 yen, using a recipe from a famous shop in the west (Michi Kusa Bazaar) with a note. The meatballs are fried but not crispy. The spiciness is moderate, but the flavor of the spices (cumin) is deep. Special gyoza: 800 yen, no garlic used, with a gentle flavor. Scallops and zucchini butter soy sauce grill: 900 yen, the way the zucchini is cooked is exquisite. Spice curry pasta: 1000 yen, also with a note that it is provided by "Spice Izakaya Harappi". I imagined something like yakisoba, but it's pasta in curry soup with capellini. It wasn't spicy at first, but the spices added flavor as I ate. Smoked cheese and cream cheese: 400 yen, a classic. All the dishes have a deep flavor, and this shop is a valuable place where you can taste the delicious flavors of Sapporo in one place. Thank you for the meal.

The drinks and food were carefully prepared and delicious. Perfect for the 2nd or 3rd stop. The potato salad, scallops, and zucchini sautéed in butter and soy sauce were particularly tasty.

We went to this place because our usual spot "446" was full. I met up with a friend here after saying goodbye to the group I was drinking with at the previous two places. My friend doesn't drink much, so I chose a spicy sake for us, the "Suminoe Jun Karakuchi." I was intrigued by the label of a sake called "Iwai," so I went with the bold and impactful "Destroyer" with a thick, cloudy texture. We had a variety of pickled vegetables as snacks. I don't remember much after that as I got pretty drunk. My friend wanted something even spicier, so we ordered the "Nanpo Super Dry Junmai." We plan to start drinking again at 10:30 am tomorrow, so we called it a night.

Today is the second day of a tour visiting delicious sake shops that opened this year. For the final stop of the day, I finally got the chance to visit this place that I've been wanting to go to for a while. I tried to make a reservation over the phone before, but it was fully booked, and I couldn't get in. However, after hearing from a friend who went there on the first day of the tour, I was determined to come here. My friend suggested going to "446," but since I had visited there the day before, I proposed going to a place in the same building. I called and managed to secure a reservation, even though they mentioned that the seating might be a bit tight. I was thrilled that they had availability! I ordered Japanese sake and sweet potato shochu, and asked for a drink with a sweet and fruity taste. They recommended Wind Flower freshly squeezed, which was easy to drink. However, by this point, I had already enjoyed plenty of sake, so my taste buds weren't very reliable. The snacks included salted kelp, cream cheese flavored, and a variety of pickled vegetables, which paired perfectly with the sake. Salted kelp and cream cheese is an easy snack to make at home and goes well with drinks. Despite having to deal with a loud man with unusually high energy, we had a great time and I look forward to visiting again.

On June 15, 2017, a new restaurant opened on the 7th floor of MY Plaza Building at 14-2 Minami 4 Jonishi 4 Chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. The restaurant, called "To-Guchi Ramen," is located on the 1st floor of the building. You can take the elevator to the 7th floor. The shop is on the right side, and it had received congratulatory flowers as it was newly opened. The interior of the restaurant is made of natural wood, giving off a soft impression. The indirect lighting on the shelf in front of the counter creates a gentle atmosphere. The owner is from a certain place, which is why they chose this shop name. I see. - Lemon Sour: Served in a thin glass with lots of lemon slices. It is a refreshing sour drink with a hint of acidity. - Sake: Served in a wine glass. You can tell your preferences and they will choose for you. - Otoshi: Water dumplings were served as an appetizer. The dumplings in a light soup were very gentle and gave a soothing feeling to the stomach. The wooden dishes and spoons add a warm touch to the dining experience. This building houses several sake bars, so you can easily hop between them all in one place.

Welcome. ---------- June 2017 ----------On the corner before R36 and entering the MY Plaza 7F on the right hand side, there is a wooden facade |o| °д°)ノGood evening. The master who loves the outdoors has put his heart into the entire store, creating a space designed like a mountain hut with a thorough mountain concept. The dishes are all made of wood, creating a cozy atmosphere. We started with the Negitama curry-flavored dish, simmered in a Staub pot. The appetizer included a variety of pickled vegetables such as Nozawana, kelp-pickled daikon radish, satsuma burdock, long yam soy sauce pickles, and okra soy sauce pickles. The spare ribs, stewed in Sachiku king from Shari, were baked to perfection. The lean meat was tender and the fatty part was meltingly soft with a sweet and strong flavor. It was served with mashed potatoes filled with bacon, salted kelp, and cream cheese. The Iburi Gakko pickles had a different mellow saltiness that paired well with the rich cheese. The scallops melted in your mouth before you could even chew, and the dry Junmai sake Mitsui no Kotobuki was recommended. The Sagami Bay was also dry, and the fruity YK35 was easy to drink. The cozy atmosphere made you want to linger, sipping on the wooden counter with the sake flowing smoothly. The master and the waitress worked together seamlessly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the delicious meal.
