The Grasshopper was a minty short cocktail that reminded me of a similar drink from a different bar. The Negroni with Haskap Whey offered a unique flavor profile that evolved as I drank it. The Scarlett, a Japanese amaro, was served straight and subtly, allowing me to appreciate its nuances. The snacks served, including giant corn with plum kelp seasoning, were delicious and complemented the drinks well. Bar Pavane's irregular operating hours make it a hidden gem that I would love to visit again when the timing is right.

When you order the "Strawberry x Kakao (Cacao)" cocktail for ¥1500, they present fresh strawberries in front of you and start making it, creating an exciting live experience. The rich flavor of fresh strawberries pairs perfectly with the Kakao liqueur. The "Happiness Cheese Factory's Cheese Cocktail" for ¥1500 is made with plenty of cheese. The cheese sprinkled on top of the glass is fluffy. It has a yogurt pina colada-like taste that is lighter than expected, but the richness of the cheese stands out. The ham platter served with it enhances the flavor of the drink. The cozy and chic atmosphere makes it easy to relax. The variety of mixed nuts for ¥500 is also nice. I enjoyed a variety of delicious food and cocktails, totaling 4 drinks. I paid with Sapporo Quest Coins, which was a good deal at 8200 yen. Here are some highlights: - Appetizer: Charcuterie platter with all my favorite items. It was a pleasant surprise to receive such a wonderful dish at a bar. The three types of dried grapes were also delicious. - Cocktail: I tried various drinks, but the Gimlet made with "Tokyo Hachioujin" stood out. It features the "Tokyo Dry Gin," which rivals the London Dry Gin in quality, with the concept of being made in Hachioji, Tokyo. - Sake: I enjoyed the limited edition Shirokami Masamune made with Yamada Nishiki rice from Naka-Izu, Shizuoka. It was a delicious sake made using the traditional kimoto method, which I wasn't very interested in before. The Nano Highball for 1100 yen is a blend of the world's top five whiskies, while the Espresso Manhattan for 1500 yen is a cocktail I enjoy.
