I had a relaxing time in a space where both the drinks and food were delicious. I sat at the counter. It was my first time visiting and we had the place to ourselves as a couple. We enjoyed good conversation and food, and had a wonderful time. The chicken skewers and sashimi were delicious, just as the name suggests. I think it's a great value for the quality of the food. I look forward to visiting again.

The evening course was 3,300 yen, and it included chicken kimchi, chilled tofu with hokke. Honestly, I was surprised to see chilled tofu in the evening set, but I imagined three types of yakitori coming out from the picture. I was also expecting seasonal dishes, so I thought there might be something seasonal still to come. However, it was a bit disappointing. The cost performance of the whiskey I was looking for was quite good, but the cost performance of the evening set seemed quite high, so I felt it was rather expensive. The hokke had a fragrant flavor that spread out, and it felt delicious even while grilling. The chicken kimchi was moist and rare in the center, with a kimchi flavor that was delicious. The large and prominent chilled tofu had a nice accent with crispy fried tempura flakes. I also added two pieces of sushi, which were outstanding. They were made with red vinegar, and the finish of the rice was quite good. The combination of salted sea urchin, rice, and seaweed was incredibly delicious. The crab meat mixed with miso was also a delightful experience, especially with the lemon spray finish. I had two Yamazaki 12-year highballs and one straight. The straight one gradually became a highball, and in the end, the cost of the Four Seasons course was comparable to the cost of the drinks. But since I could enjoy plenty of Yamazaki 12-year, I was very satisfied with the drinks. The young proprietress of the restaurant had a natural and friendly charm. Her friendliness and brightness were conveyed, making her likely to be well-received.

Hidden gem new restaurant☆ Although amateur, the hospitality is top-notch, and the course menu featuring high-quality ingredients is great value for money, with all-you-can-drink wine included for 6,600 yen! I stumbled upon this place while searching for sashimi nearby and noticed that a food blogger had visited, but I actually prefer not to go to places where only bloggers frequent, haha. I saw it on Instagram and DM'd them to make a reservation. The restaurant is located in a building that also houses a night club, so reservations seem necessary as the preparation takes time. *Note: Since it's mostly a one-person operation, make sure to book in advance.* *Photos have been approved.* Upon entering the restaurant, two young women greeted us and asked for our drink orders, starting with white wine. It seemed like we were the only drinkers at that early hour. I don't remember the exact order, but we had boiled hamo with plum topping, which was refreshing yet satisfying. The abalone with liver sauce was served with rice, and we mixed it together and ate it with a spoon, although I was using chopsticks, haha. The abalone was quite large, and today we didn't get as much, usually it's two halves, but today it was a whole one. The steamed hair crab with miso was rich in flavor and had a surprising fish paste layer underneath, which was delicious. The sashimi included flounder, tuna, medium fatty tuna, scallop, and mackerel, the cutting may have seemed amateur, but the quality of the fish was good. The summer vegetables with jelly were a refreshing palate cleanser. The hand-rolled sushi with hair crab and sea urchin was generously filled, and both were deliciously luxurious. We also ordered a special negitoro hand roll, which paired well with highball. The grilled chicken skewers were flavorful, made with Shiretoko chicken, although they could have been a bit juicier to enhance the flavor. Overall, the cooking and dishes were satisfactory, but what stood out was the earnest attitude of the proprietress who cooked with a serious gaze, aiming to create delicious meals. I hope she continues to strive and improve. The conversation was pleasant, and we had a great time enjoying delicious food and drinks. Thank you for the feast. We will definitely visit again.
