A direct-operated store of Japan's famous sashimi platter with two locations in Sapporo has finally arrived in Susukino - located in the F-45 Building! The chef prepares the food right in front of you at the counter, so you can chat with them. While it may not have the same impact as Sapporo's platter, the presentation is quite stylish! Since it is a fish market-owned store, the freshness is outstanding! Other dishes are also delicious! The table seats are slightly separated, so it's not noisy and has a calm atmosphere. It might be a hidden gem as it's not well-known!

I entered without a reservation and found the place quite crowded with a group of customers. I managed to get a seat at the counter in the middle. Hmm... smoking is allowed here, which is tough for non-smokers. I ordered sea urchin, sashimi platter, and crab, all of which were delicious with Hokkaido's unique flavors. The crab cream croquette was exceptional. The atmosphere at the counter was quite formal, and I felt a bit tense, which was a little concerning.

We used this restaurant for a drinking party. We chose the course with hairy crab for 4980 yen. Many people from outside the area were there, so they were really excited about the crab! Aside from the crab, the hokke fish was also delicious, with a lot of fat and great flavor. The zangi at the end was quite heavy, but for the price, the portion size was excellent. The plan didn't include draft beer, so if you want to enjoy draft beer, you may need to spend a bit more, but overall, it was a great value plan. During a business trip in Hokkaido, I reunited with an old friend after a long time. They came near my hotel, so we went to a nearby izakaya for drinks. The interior of the restaurant was very stylish, and there were many couples as customers. We ordered a lot of dishes, but we got so caught up in our conversation during our long-awaited reunion that we hardly took any photos. I managed to snap a picture of the sea urchin and oyster ponzu, so I'm sharing that. Every dish was delicious, and we had a great time.

Waited for 1 hour, but the order didn't arrive. When I asked, they said it was missed and would be made soon. Another hour passed and still no order. When I asked again, they responded in a rude manner asking if it hadn't arrived yet. Of course not, that's why I'm asking. By the time the order finally arrived, it had been 2 hours and 30 minutes. The drinks were also very slow to arrive after ordering, so we had to calculate that into our next order. Ordering was done verbally without panels or chimes, which was inconvenient. The tables were cramped and close together, creating a sense of pressure. The food itself was tasty, and some of the staff were trying their best.

It was very good! I came to Hokkaido for a trip, and the seafood in Hokkaido was of high quality. The sashimi platter was excellent, and the sea urchin was reasonably priced and delicious! The tempura had a crispy coating and was tasty. However, there were fewer traditional menu options, which was slightly disappointing.

I took a friend from out of town to this restaurant. It was a Friday night and very crowded, even though we had a reservation we still had to wait about 15 minutes. They offered all-you-can-drink and a la carte options, and since my friend doesn't drink alcohol, we went with the a la carte option. She loves carbonated water, so she was thrilled to find it available at this izakaya. I was surprised by her order, as I don't know many people who prefer carbonated water (laughs). My friend is a picky eater who loves seafood but can't eat anything with a face, and she was amazed by the deliciousness of the grilled king crab leg and butter-grilled scallops. However, being a local, I noticed that the scallops were sliced in half horizontally...where did the other half go? Well, as long as the guest is happy, that's what matters.

We visited a 6-person semi-private room for an appointment from out of town. The restaurant was lively with mostly young customers. The seating was a bit tight for 6 adults, with no space between chairs. It seemed to be a popular place as it took a while for the staff to attend to us. We were urged to leave after exactly 2 hours. The dishes included sashimi of Pacific saury, sea urchin, tachipon (seafood hot pot), tachinotempura, oysters, oyster tempura, crab dumplings, crab croquettes, and crab miso. We also tried the crab miso, shown in the photo.

The restaurant was very busy on the weekend. The food and sake were delicious. However, the counter seats, which looked very clean in the photos, had items placed on them and the knives were left with the blades facing towards the customers, which didn't create a good atmosphere. The wine glasses used for serving sake were wet (probably just washed), giving off an unhygienic impression.

Visit date 2022.11.25 Today, we had a drinking party with 4 people. The chosen restaurant is [Nihonichi Suisan Directly Managed Izakaya Arata Main Store] located on the 9th floor of the F45 Building. The restaurant was fully booked due to it being payday on a Friday! I'm glad we made a reservation haha. However, the table we were seated at was a bit cramped...actually, it was quite narrow. There were semi-private seats available, so I should have requested those when making the reservation...my mistake. Anyway, we made a toast in the cramped space and started the evening. Today's course was the "KinKi" Course for 4980 yen with all-you-can-drink: - Assorted two types of appetizers (seafood delicacies and Yotsuba Tofu Shop's mixed tofu) - Assorted selected sashimi - Choice of "KinKi" seasonal vegetable sauce or "live abalone" - Yuzu pepper grilled shoulder loin of Hokkaido pork - Monbetsu-produced Tarabagani leg - Today's special salad - Seafood bara chirashi sushi with plenty of salmon roe and crab - Dessert for palate cleansing The sashimi felt like it was just taken out of the fridge, served on cold plates haha. Well, at least they didn't spray water on it haha. The KinKi dish was worth the price, and it was delicious, especially the Tarabagani leg. The pork shoulder loin with yuzu pepper was a bit tough, but overall, it was within the expected budget. The highlight was the great selection of drinks, especially Japanese sake. I, a sake lover, was very satisfied with the lineup of local sake and sake varieties available for hot or cold serving. However, the atmosphere changed once last order was called, and there was a sense of pressure to leave as soon as the time was up. It wasn't a place where you could linger and enjoy the aftertaste. I was a bit more sensitive to it due to feeling unwell haha. Thank you for the meal.

I was half skeptical about the price of the crab, but it turned out to be fresh and not watery, with plenty of meat. We added sashimi for 500 yen per person. It was my first time trying hokke sashimi. The salmon and yellowtail were all delicious. I was surprised that the all-you-can-drink option was only 4500 yen. Both the drinks and dishes came out at the right timing. I was satisfied with everything. Thank you very much. There were three of us dining.

The cost performance of the food is not good in my opinion! The portion size of each dish is small. The taste was decent. However, considering it's in Hokkaido, I think you can get the same deliciousness of sashimi, even better quality sashimi, and more quantity at a cheaper price! Still, the cost performance of the sake is good! I recommend trying dry sake or sake from Hokkaido. The staff behind the counter were busy but still took our orders. Thank you for the meal!

I made a reservation online, but even after a week, I didn't receive any contact. When I reached out, I was told that there was only a 30-minute delay available. I reluctantly agreed, but the next day and the day after, the desired time slot for the online reservation was still available. I had to wait another 30 minutes when I arrived on the day of the reservation. Honestly, this is the first time I've been kept waiting so long after making a reservation. The food taste was average, and the portion size was mediocre. The staff's service was lacking. I will not be using this place again in the future.

It was a very calm and peaceful restaurant. The male staff member who assisted us from the moment we entered until we left was polite and provided excellent service. I will definitely visit again when I come to Sapporo. The food was delicious, I chose the course menu but also ordered uni tempura and oysters separately. Sapporo Marui Imai finished work today, thinking about what to eat next. How about grilled hokke fish? I received a coupon for Hokke Tada, so I'll give that place a try. Look for the golden ball as a landmark, it's on the 9th floor. The facade and interior are impressive, it used to be a cabaret club. They offer a drink all-you-can for 1500 yen, with beer costing an additional 300 yen for real beer. I asked for the cheaper option and got a complimentary Super Dry. I ordered the Hokke with a coupon, and also tried the famous croquette for 350 yen, which was really creamy and delicious. The Hokke turned out to be half a fish, which was unexpected. The drink all-you-can included premium sake like Etanokagumi, Kubota Senjyu, Shibata Tsuru, and Yauemon. They also had three types of junmai sake for self-grilling on a table grill. Overall, the food was good but I felt a bit deceived by the coupon.

I somehow stumbled upon this place and decided to go for the all-you-can-drink option instead of a set course. The entrance had a nice atmosphere, and the maze-like corridors gave off a sense of sophistication. The dishes included squid marinated in soy sauce and okara, both were average. The rolled omelette with crab was a bit firm and lacked depth in the broth. The seared local beef with wasabi was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious. The marinated mackerel had a typical taste. The grated radish with salmon roe was as expected, but I wish there was more radish. The butter-sautéed scallops and asparagus were a perfect combination, very tasty and I would definitely order it again. The garlic butter sautéed edamame was a nice twist on regular edamame and quite addictive. The fried fermented soybeans lacked the distinct taste of fermented soybeans, it was just like regular fried beans. The potato fries made with Chinese yam were so good that I had to order seconds. Overall, the food was not bad, but I questioned the value for money. The all-you-can-drink sake had good quality, with options like Kubota. I wanted to offer something Hokkaido-like, so I took them to this place. This restaurant is where you can eat plenty of crab at a reasonable price. ◆Crab Platter A full plate of hairy crab and a mountain of king crab legs are served. With all the crab you can eat and all-you-can-drink option, the bill only came to 4500 yen, which is quite cheap. ◆Tempura... What was this tempura again? ◆Steamed Chicken This dish has a refreshing taste, yet the rich flavor of the chicken is very delicious. ◆Croquette Potato croquette. This place is known for its crab cream croquette, but this standard potato croquette is also delicious. ◆Salad What's the name of this salad? When asked, they said "This salad doesn't have a specific name." A nameless salad, huh. It's delicious with a Japanese-style dressing. ◆Mini Seafood Bowl Mini seafood bowl. The sashimi is so delicious~ It's a mini portion, about one-third of a regular bowl, but I want to try it in a regular size bowl. It's that good. And then, yuzu sherbet is served. The stylish restaurant with a black theme was full, and we were led to a slightly cramped semi-private table for 6 people. It was a bit tight for 6, more suitable for 4. We couldn't hang our bulky coats and had to pile them in a corner. We had booked in advance, so they should have considered the seating arrangements better. We chose the 4500 yen all-you-can-drink course. We started with a toast with beer and some appetizers while waiting for our food. The place was busy, and the drinks were slow to arrive. The dishes we tried were sashimi platter with sea bream, yellowtail, salmon, flounder, and soy?, which was delicious. The seafood hot pot included sea bream, salmon, and snow crab in a soy sauce-based broth, a bit strong but went well with drinks. We added rice and egg to the leftover broth and made porridge. The ramen salad with potato chips was interesting. The grilled Atka mackerel was fatty and tasty. The grilled Tarzan fish was warm, juicy, and delicious with a flavorful soy-based sauce. The seafood chirashi bowl had salmon, sea bream, and salmon roe beautifully arranged on a large spoon. The yuzu sherbet was refreshing. It had small bones, so they also gave me soy sauce to go with it. The mackerel went well with rice, but I personally love the mild taste of soy sauce. The building houses several shops, and the elevators were filled with Taiwanese visitors. Thankfully, they were well-mannered and didn't speak loudly. While I initially associated "Nihonichi Suisan" with egg omelet and crab, this place seems to be related to that. It appears to be a seafood-focused izakaya. We were served squid marinated in oil and potato salad as appetizers, followed by crispy homemade fried food. The salted squid was delicious despite the impact of poor squid fishing. The sashimi platter was a great deal, featuring 10 different types of fish. The mackerel for the closing dish was excellent. We also had a Caesar salad with some vegetables. My seniors provided guidance on how to navigate a second career path. I appreciate their ongoing support.
