In Asahikawa, there is a shop that delivers sushi to your door. They have a limited menu and I only order from them occasionally, maybe every few years. The prices are a bit high, but they deliver, so I don't mind. The salmon costs 226 yen per piece, which I find a bit expensive, but since I don't eat salmon, I usually think it should be around 100 yen. I received a flyer from them a few years ago and have ordered from them about 3-4 times since then. They always send me a postcard near my family's birthdays with a special offer, but I always end up missing the deadline. I prefer smaller rice portions, but their sushi is decent. I ordered a serving of sushi with sea urchin and fatty tuna. I placed the order over the phone, and also ordered two pieces of half-price crab battleship roll and a seafood chawanmushi. The delivery was scheduled between 5:30 and 6:30 pm, and it arrived around 6 pm. The sushi was large and well-packed to prevent it from falling apart during delivery. The sea urchin, fatty tuna, squid, salmon, and ikura were particularly delicious. The ginger was plentiful. The crab battleship roll was also tasty, with a fresh crab flavor. I'm not a big fan of chawanmushi, but the seafood chawanmushi was surprisingly delicious. Overall, the sushi was delicious and of high quality. While it may be different from eating sushi at a restaurant, as a meal to satisfy hunger, it was more than enough. I would choose this restaurant for delivery again next time. My child likes nigiri, so we ordered that. I prefer chirashi, which is affordable. We also ordered Tekka maki as my child might need more. The food arrived in about 45 minutes, which was faster than expected. I prepared nori and made hand rolls at home. We enjoyed the sushi slowly. The chutoro seemed to have less fat than expected, but it was still good. Ordering sushi for delivery is a nice option when dining at home. This place allows you to choose between disposable containers or trays, which is convenient for guests. Additionally, you can schedule delivery in one-hour increments, which is better than calling to make a reservation. I had a negative experience with a delivery-only restaurant in the past, but ordering through a tablet eliminates any unpleasant interactions. I recommend it.

A friend brought homemade side dishes, so I ordered sushi for delivery and we had dinner together that day. I was always curious because I often receive flyers, but the price is a bit high... I usually used another sushi delivery service. I wanted nigiri, so I ordered the "Awaji" (2,041 yen). My friend who brought the side dishes ordered the "Special Chirashi" (1,674 yen). The staff who took the order over the phone was a man, and the staff who delivered it was a woman, but both were very friendly during the phone call and at the door. They even asked if it was okay to put wasabi on the nigiri, which is important because kids often eat it. Before eating, I said I wanted to take a photo, and when I opened the lid, the toppings looked better than expected. Let's try it now. The "Awaji" included medium fatty tuna, tuna, Aurora salmon, golden eye snapper, whelk, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, and salmon roe. It's a 2,000 yen sushi, so it's expected to have good quality, but the toppings were better than expected. The medium fatty tuna was rich, the tuna slices were thick, and the Aurora salmon had a creamy texture. It was surprisingly good. The "Special Chirashi" that my friend ordered also had plenty of toppings on the sushi rice, and the squid was buried inside, so she was quite satisfied. Well, I guess it's inevitable to have a certain price range for delivery. I was more satisfied than I expected!!

I had a feeling like "Is it okay to eat this?" and 15 minutes later, I had to come back and explain it very carefully, haha.
