I visited around 3:30 PM on a Saturday. The shop has an open terrace, an indoor eating space, and a restaurant area, and at the time of my visit, there was a slight availability of seats in each area. This time, I only had a coffee for 360 yen on the open terrace and decided to take the bread to go. The bread I bought included a four-seed bread, a bancha tea cream bread, a chestnut-filled bread, and a half loaf of white bread. The one that impressed me the most was the four-seed bread. According to the staff, this bread has a rich flavor, making it a good match for cheese, among other things. Since I didn't have cheese, I thinly sliced the bread and made a sandwich with ham, lettuce, scrambled eggs, and mayonnaise, which turned out to be very delicious. The aroma and taste of the wheat were excellent, and the texture of the seeds was irresistible. The bancha tea cream also had a flavor of cream I had never tasted before. Together with the bread, it was very delicious. Furthermore, the chestnut-filled bread contained large pieces of chestnuts, and the sweetness of the chestnuts matched well with the slight sourness of the bread. Next time, I would like to enjoy the delicious bread while dining in and watching the stylish people around.

Before the era of the pandemic, I used to frequent this dining spot often, but it had been three years since my last visit. The restaurant had undergone a change from its previous dining style to a self-service setup. However, the comfortable atmosphere remained unchanged. On this day, I decided to take out my usual 1/4 Bricolage bread and enjoyed today's coffee, M, inside the establishment. The coffee beans for the day were from Fuglen's Ethiopia. To place an order and pay, I had to first secure a seat, sign up on a waiting list, and then proceed with ordering and payment once a seat was available. I received my order and used the seat. The interior, with soft-toned wooden furnishings, was very cozy, making me want to linger. However, there were many people waiting on this day, so I kept my stay brief. I look forward to returning at a time when it's less crowded, so I can leisurely enjoy the atmosphere. (Attached are photos from a subsequent visit.)

I went thinking it was still morning, but the morning set ended at 10:00. Waited in line for about 20 minutes and got a terrace seat. Lots of people were also queuing for takeout. Tried the pastrami sandwich, corned beef eggs Benedict, and avocado toast. They all went amazingly well with the hard bread! Each dish was generous and delicious. Had a delightful morning. There were also people with dogs at the terrace seats. They were selling the hard bread too!

About a 7-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line, this eat-in restaurant also offers takeaway. I arrived around 10:30 AM today and purchased the following 2 items for a total of 1,200 yen.
- Egg Sandwich 600 yen
First off, the bread is wonderfully chewy and moist, soft even to the crust, and very delicious. It's generously filled with egg, and the pickled ginger adds a nice spice in a good way, making the flavor enjoyable to the last bite. It's about the size of two thick slices of bread, so one is enough to fill you up.
- Raisin Bread 600 yen
This one also has a satisfying weight to it and is very filling. You can taste the flavor of the wheat, and it's packed with dried grapes, which are also delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it until the last bite. Thank you for the meal.
Both were hits and I'm very satisfied.

I visited on Sunday evening and finally got what I've been longing for. Without a doubt, it's the most delicious croissant I've ever had. The atmosphere inside the shop is also great. This time I did takeout, but next time I want to dine in and try other items too.

The bread was very delicious, but the ones that came with the meal were a bit overcooked for my taste. The avocado toast and blueberry tart, on the other hand, were fantastic! The tart crust was as delicious as the bread, and I would love to visit again. The tableware had a Japanese touch, and the spoons were cute. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, with a warm wooden feel, but it was quite lively. Thank you for the meal!

I couldn't decide which type of bread I wanted, as there were so many options to choose from. Eventually, I settled on getting a croissant as a souvenir. Inside the bakery, I enjoyed a café latte and a berry banana tart. I visited on a Saturday or Sunday evening, and while there was a bit of a line at the counter, I was able to find a seat relatively quickly.

I can't forget the taste of the pandemi I had at the AB restaurant in Yotsuya. I've bookmarked it after hearing that they buy their products here every day. And finally, I got to buy it! It's on the first floor of Keyaki-zaka Terrace. Although the eat-in space looks nice, I got it for takeout. Maybe because I like hard bread, the bag I bought feels really heavy. Let's dig in! Isn't this the strongest raisin bread in Japan? I'm surprised by how juicy the raisins are, packed to the brim. The dough is simple yet has a chewy, rich semi-hard texture. Wow, I love this! Pandemi, we finally meet again. It goes well lightly toasted with butter. It has a slightly rustic, chewy texture. This, this taste. It's unique. Named after the restaurant, it's the Pregoire Bread. Since it's huge when bought whole, I got a quarter (because I want to try a variety of things, you know). True to my memory, these bread are hits. Definitely going to buy again!

I arrived around 9 AM on Sunday with the intention of dining in. Both indoor and terrace seating options were available. For indoor seating, I had to wait and write my name on the waiting board until a table became available. If I chose the terrace, I could find a spot myself. There were about 3 groups waiting when I went. The terrace had open seats. From the indoor menu, I ordered the Corned Beef Egg Benedict and Peanut Tartine. Additionally, I ordered Croissant, Croque Monsieur, Cinnamon Roll, and Walnut Anko Butter. All were delicious, but the ones I'd like to have again are the Corned Beef Egg Benedict and Cinnamon Roll. For takeout bread, I prefer the ones from Amamu Dakota. However, I liked the bread for dining in at this place.

Both the Avocado Open Sandwich and the Corned Beef Eggs Benedict, along with the Blueberry Tart, were delicious in a way that's hard to describe. The avocado with nuts and a hint of honey was a delightful, subtle accent. The chilled beet soup allowed the beet flavor to shine through. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had been curious about this bakery for a long time. The croissant with whole wheat and rich butter was delicious. It's crispy, and I heard it's even better when warmed in a toaster. Unfortunately, the croque-monsieur was sold out, so I tried a different bread. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Bricolage Bread and Company Bakery is conveniently located a 10-12 minute walk from Roppongi Station. They open at 7 a.m. and also have a café. This bakery was selected as one of the top 100 bakeries in Tokyo in 2022. Being in Roppongi, prices are on the higher side, but it's still bustling with weekend crowds. They offer mainly simple breads, great for pairing with various dishes. I tried their Croque Monsieur this time. It's a luxurious treat with ham, cheese, béchamel sauce, and mustard generously topped on fluffy bread. The bread was wonderfully soft, soaked in the béchamel sauce, creating a moist and delicious taste. If you're looking for a bakery to enjoy a classy breakfast around Roppongi Hills, this is the place to go. Bon appétit!

Visit on August 13, 2023, at 12:58. There were several people taking out bread inside the store. About 10 people were waiting to use the cafe, and about one-third to half of the main dishes for eating in were sold out. On this day, I bought "Iburi Gakko Baton" (320 yen), "Raisin Bread" (500 yen), and half of "Noumin Pan" (360 yen) for takeout. Iburi Gakko Baton: Although I didn't feel much of the smoked flavor of Iburi Gakko, the bread was subtly sweet, and the addition of Iburi Gakko spread its richness. Noumin Pan: A bread with a gentle sweetness. As stated on the in-store sign, it was a delicious bread that can be enjoyed as it is or paired with other foods.

I went for breakfast. They had options like salad and Eggs Benedict, and also Saturday and holiday sets, but the bread looked delicious, so this time I ordered bread with a side of iced coffee. All the bread was of the hard type, but it was very tasty. The iced coffee had a mysterious color. There was also a terrace seat that looked comfortable. The customers included young local couples, families with children, people with dogs, and many foreigners staying at the Hyatt Hotel. Next time, I want to try the corned beef Eggs Benedict!

Keyakizaka's fashionable shop, with a cafe attached, often has quite a queue. The bread, which tends to have a darker crust, is delicious across the board. The Farmer's Bread, being unable to be sliced upon purchase, typically requires buying a whole loaf, but today I was able to purchase a half loaf. It remains tasty even the next day, making it a favorite.

Visited around 9 am on a holiday, and it seemed like it would be full soon. The place had a mix of locals and tourists. Now, about the taste – they seemed to recommend the hard bread, so I ordered a hard bread sandwich with ham and butter, as well as an anpan (sweet red bean bun) with butter and a croissant. The bread had a delightful aroma, and the rich butter made for an elegant start to the day. The refreshing terrace seating is also recommended! The bread was around 500 yen each. The avocado toast and eggs benedict ordered by the person at the next table looked delicious, so I'd like to try them next time! 😊

I went to Bricolage, a bakery near the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi! My friend recommended it, so I was excited (ง ˙꒳˙ )ว It was a holiday, and there was already a line, so I waited for about 30 minutes to get inside! Besides the lunch menu, they had a variety of bread available for takeout or souvenirs ◉ What I ordered that day was:
- Corned Beef Eggs Benedict (¥1,450)
The bread had a hearty grain flavor, complementing the saltiness of the corned beef, the creaminess of the avocado and eggs benedict, and the acidity of the pickles excellently. It was a well-calculated combination that impressed me (´。✪ω✪。`) I'd love to sit on the terrace when the weather gets cooler!

I really love the café latte here. It has a strong espresso flavor, but the taste is smooth and absolutely delicious. I always make sure to stop by when I'm near the Hills, even though it's a bit of a walk from the station. The terrace outside is especially pleasant when it's not summer!

I visited a stylish bakery near Roppongi Hills. The ambiance and staff were fashionable. I went after 3 PM, and the selection was limited, no croissants (>_<). I bought a Tesi Roll and a Cinnamon Roll. Enjoyed them at Mori Garden. The Tesi Roll was a sausage dog with cumin, a new taste for me. The Cinnamon Roll was rich in cinnamon, delicious but a bit pricey.

A lineup featuring perfect bread for mornings, lunches, and brunches that instantly arouses your appetite just by looking at it. ▶︎Ordered Menu: Corned Beef Eggs Benedict. This dish consists of a hardy bread topped with avocado, eggs Benedict, and corned beef, offering a creamy flavor with just the right amount of saltiness that's irresistible. Pickles layered in between add a tangy twist, making it incredibly delicious! It's understandable why this place is popular, and I definitely want to try other menu items and revisit this restaurant!
