My friends took me to "Washoku Dokoro Ichiryu" for my birthday celebration, a restaurant that I love and was featured on Terakado Jimon's YouTube channel, "Terakado Jimon's Uzachannel"! I had no idea where we were going, but the sashimi platter for two, uni box, bay scallop sashimi, simmered flounder, red clam sashimi, and horse mackerel fry that they ordered were all generously portioned, thick, visually stunning, and incredibly fresh and delicious! The sashimi platter for two was like a platter for four at a regular restaurant, and they prioritize freshness in their offerings, so some may find it too mild compared to the recent trend of aged or matured sashimi, but as someone who also enjoys fishing and thinks freshly caught sashimi is delicious, I was very satisfied! Of course, I also like aged or matured sashimi, though (laughs). The bill for opening multiple bottles of beer and shochu, along with all these generously portioned and thick dishes, came out to just over 20,000 yen for three people, so the cost performance was also good! Each dish had such a large volume, so I think it would be best to visit with a group of four or more to enjoy a variety of dishes (^-^) It may be difficult to get a reservation as regular customers keep booking ahead, but I would like to try making a reservation on my own next time. It was a restaurant full of charm ★☆ Thank you for the meal~
