It's a popular izakaya with a relaxed atmosphere, not too noisy. They offer a variety of all-you-can-drink alcohol, including the unexpected champagne. The interior is spacious and there are unique dishes using local ingredients. The staff is friendly and engaging, making it a good place to enjoy a quiet drink with a larger group. Great option for finding a not too crowded place at a convenient time.

This time, we reserved a private room because we are a noisy group. We used two rooms by partitioning them, so we played a game betting on which entrance the staff would come in from. The Frozen Grapefruit Sour was a bit pricey at 580 yen, but the glass was large and it was delicious. The refill was 320 yen, and it came in a big carafe, so it was a good deal. The sashimi platter with 5 types of fish was 1080 yen and it was delicious, especially the raw mackerel. The Herb Mackerel Battera was 980 yen and had a good balance of vinegar. The Burdock Tempura was 480 yen with a strong soy sauce flavor. The Seafood Ajillo was 1080 yen and had oysters, shrimp, scallops, and mussels, all cooked just right. The Tempura Assortment was 1080 yen and included burdock and corn, which was a bit redundant since we had already ordered them separately. It would have been nice if the staff had informed us when we were ordering. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice with a good counter and a large screen for sports broadcasts. It was a better restaurant than we had expected, as we had thought it would be more casual.

I used it for a company drinking party. Somehow managed to take pictures of all the dishes, so I will review (^_^) It's a 4000 yen Western course, including a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The restaurant has box seats, a counter, and tables, and the interior is quite spacious. There were about 50 people, but there was plenty of room, making it good for large parties. It took about 5 minutes for the first drink to arrive for this number of people, but I think it's quite efficient. The beer is classic, but they could work on maintenance a bit more (^_^;) After the first drink, they come quickly when called, and the service is fast. This is important for a party. [What I ate] - Appetizer: Simmered daikon and pork. It's at a good level for a large izakaya. - Salad: Just a regular Caesar salad. - Octopus Carpaccio: Octopus on top of tomatoes and vegetables. It felt more like a salad, so maybe something different would have been better. - Hock Aqua Pazza: A small hock that is lightly fried Aqua Pazza. It comes with shrimp and mussels. It's refreshing and surprisingly delicious. - Beef Cutlet: Beef fried with herb-mixed bread crumbs. It comes with a tomato-based sauce and beans. This was also quite good. - Pizza: Bacon and shimeji mushrooms on top of tomato sauce. It's not pre-made and is properly baked, so it's delicious. - Dessert: Something like warabi mochi with whipped cream. The course may be a bit small in volume, but taste-wise, it's not bad. It was a 2-hour party, so I asked if it was time to start wrapping up about 30 minutes before, and they said it was still okay. In the end, the last order was after 2 hours, and we stayed for about 15 minutes after that. Maybe because it was a weekday and there were no later reservations, but this is quite a high rating. There's no special feeling, but I thought it would be good for a large party (^_^)

The remaining image is of some kind of hot pot and a bag of disposable chopsticks. It's easy to miss taking pictures at a drinking party, so while the fact that we had hot pot is clear, I can't remember what kind it was. I can't even recall who I went with. That's just how drinking parties go. Susukino is a place where such creatures reside. The only thing certain is that it was fun.

I visited this restaurant for a meal with my colleagues. It is located on the top floor of a dining building, with a stylish and calm interior. The dishes are beautifully presented and the restaurant has a variety of options that can be enjoyed in different situations. They offer Hokkaido specialties as well, so it may be suitable for those from outside the region. We had dishes like sashimi, Genghis Khan hot pot, and "tear rolls" (battleship sushi with mountain wasabi). They make an effort to use local ingredients and the menu is more sophisticated compared to typical chain izakayas. The all-you-can-drink option is a good deal, and the restaurant is quite spacious, making it suitable for large groups as well.

The Romeo and Juliet launch party was so much fun. The food was incredibly delicious! I want to go next time during regular business hours, not just for a private event.

I visited an izakaya located on the 6th floor of DINING Sapporo, about a 2-minute walk from Susukino Station, South 3 West 3. Since some good restaurants are closed on holidays late at night, I searched online and chose this place. They are open until 3 am with last order at 2 am. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and chic, with a black color scheme, and it seems that you can see the night view from the window seats. This time, I made a reservation for a private room. For some reason, you can hear karaoke songs from another private room... We used a 4-person private room for 2 people, so we were able to spend a relaxing and spacious time. The staff were polite and quick to respond when we pressed the call button. - Sapporo Classic draft beer 480 yen (excluding tax) - Bluefin tuna sashimi 780 yen (excluding tax) - Fatty salmon sashimi 640 yen (excluding tax) - Baked camembert with honey 650 yen (excluding tax) - Iburi Gakko cream cheese 480 yen (excluding tax) - Homemade roast beef 980 yen (excluding tax) - Shrimp mayonnaise salad 780 yen (excluding tax) First, the sashimi... The bluefin tuna and fatty salmon were both fresh and delicious. I didn't have high expectations for tuna at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty the fish was. The baked camembert with honey is a must-try, with a whole piece baked and honey drizzled around it, perfect with bread. The Iburi Gakko cream cheese, a combination of smoked pickles from Akita and cream cheese, is a classic. The homemade roast beef was delicious, but nothing particularly special. The shrimp mayonnaise salad was also delicious, a classic for shrimp lovers. They have a wide variety of drinks at reasonable prices, and there is also an all-you-can-drink option. For 980 yen, you can drink over 60 types, and for 1500 yen, over 100 types. It seems to be a shop directly managed by Hokkaido Sakura Suisan, with delicious sashimi, a variety of menu items, reasonable prices, and a nice atmosphere. It's a great place for a date or outing. There were many other dishes that caught my eye, so I would like to try different menus next time! I liked it quite a bit, so I will visit again.

I visited this place again in July 2016. I was happy to find that you can make a reservation online and it's usually okay to do it on the same day. This time, I reserved a counter seat, but when I arrived, I was guided to a regular booth seat, which was fine with me. Today, there were mostly older men inside the restaurant. As usual, the all-you-can-drink option was only 980 yen, which is quite cheap. The appetizer was a dish of vegetables and bacon seasoned with chili sauce and quail eggs. I'm not sure what to call this dish, but it was tasty, although not the best match for beer. For food, I ordered the octopus and garlic butter grilled dish, which was like a garlic butter octopus. It had a strong garlic flavor. If you have plans after this, make sure to have some breath care ready. The baguette served with it was a nice touch. I also had the fatty salmon sashimi, which was fresh and had a smooth texture, perfect for beer or shochu. The fresh fish carpaccio was simple but highlighted the taste and texture of the fish. Overall, I think this is a good restaurant, with a good atmosphere and affordable prices. I will definitely come back again. I visited this place because they offer 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink with a draft beer for 980 yen, and the atmosphere seemed nice. The interior was cozy with dim lighting, and the staff were smartly dressed and provided good service. I was seated at a window side table in the back. They had a decent selection of drinks, including fruit liqueurs. The draft beer was Sapporo Classic. To make use of the all-you-can-drink, you had to order at least two items per person, so I ordered more, but I only have photos of two dishes. The Caesar salad with warm egg was interesting, with the warm egg placed next to the salad, not on top. The salad was not the usual Caesar salad, with a fancy mix of greens and powdered cheese. It had some herb-like slightly bitter vegetables, which I had never tried in a salad before. The sashimi platter for two was a great deal at 1200 yen. It had a good variety of fish, both red and white, and the presentation was stylish. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, with a good amount for 2 people. I also tried a few other dishes, and I felt that the plating and creativity in the dishes stood out. The staff's service was good, and the overall value for money was great. I would definitely like to visit again.

It's my first business trip to Sapporo in 2 years! When it comes to Hokkaido, seafood is a must! My friend, who has a refined palate and lives in Sapporo, took me to a place where you can't go wrong. We entered a building with many restaurants and headed straight to the 6th floor without hesitation. Inside the restaurant, it was quiet and had a stylish atmosphere. It's directly operated by a seafood company, but there's no hint of a masculine vibe (lol). The ambiance is just right, not too formal but not too casual either, perfect for two male friends. We were escorted to a private room at the back and immediately ordered drinks. Σ(´∀`;) The all-you-can-drink option is cheap! There are two options, 980 yen and 1500 yen, with differences in the available drinks, but for 980 yen, you can have draft beer and red wine, which is more than enough. As I was debating whether to order oysters, the manager recommended the jumbo oysters that just arrived today. Well, I had no choice but to order them! (lol) The oysters and drinks arrived promptly. The friendly smile and hospitality of the staff are wonderful at this restaurant (*´д`*) The thick jumbo oysters with lemon squeezed on top were a delight to savor, with a rich flavor and a hint of the sea. Truly delicious, as expected from the manager's recommendation at a seafood company-operated restaurant. Next, grilled oysters made their appearance, also jumbo-sized. They were placed on a hot, black iron plate, with the fragrant shell still intact. Drizzling lemon on top and savoring them, the oysters had a fluffy texture, making them equally delicious. Looking at the recommended menu again, I spotted "raw Atka mackerel." I've never had raw Atka mackerel before. Not sure if it's common in Hokkaido or just unfamiliar to someone from Mie Prefecture like me, but it was also delicious. We also ordered a few other dishes that caught our eye. The "Ezo deer tataki" had an excellent sear on the outside, a crispy texture, and a juicy meaty interior. The mountain wasabi removed any gamey taste, making it delicious. However, it may not be suitable for those who prefer tender meat. Here comes the most impressive part of this visit. The staff, with their wonderful smiles, came at just the right moment in the private room and asked, "Would you like a refill on your drinks?" Even though we were on the cheaper all-you-can-drink plan, they were still attentive, which was surprising (lol). Good customer service in a restaurant really enhances the dining experience. I found a must-visit restaurant in Hokkaido! I highly recommend this place!

The other day, I went out for drinks with some high school classmates and our former homeroom teacher in Sapporo. Our teacher had been the principal at a high school in Hakodate for three years and recently moved back to Sapporo. We had a welcome party for him and a farewell party for me since I will be transferring to Wakkanai in May. We went to a restaurant called "Uozakura Saki" on the 6th floor of 3G DINING Sapporo in Minami 3-jo Nishi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. We tried an appetizer called "Ahi-jo" for the first time, which was made with large prawns cooked in olive oil and garlic, a Spanish dish. We also ordered a sashimi platter, octopus tempura, and enjoyed dipping bread in the delicious sauce from the Ahi-jo. It was a great meal! The restaurant is operated by Sakurazushi, and it seems they have a connection with Sakurazushi, a seafood company. The restaurant is open from 16:00 to 03:00 and closed on Mondays. I don't remember the name of the bar we went to for the second round, but it was a place recommended by our teacher where we enjoyed cocktails, including a gin-based one.

Welcome! Fish Sakura, which has changed from an Italian restaurant in the back of G Dining Building 6F on the Odori side of R36 in Chuo Ward, to a seafood izakaya, part of the Zenya series. The trendy atmosphere is similar to Yagachon History, but with a bit of a Japanese touch. The dining bar offers all-you-can-drink options, including the delicious Tantakutan plum wine. The menu features oysters, a fisherman's corner, a Japanese sake corner, and a crustacean club. The octopus tempura was a bit cold, but had good texture. The crab salad was fresh and tasty, while the pickled radish was crunchy and flavorful. The sashimi of red snapper and tuna was recommended and delicious. The fried chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. The salmon teriyaki lacked the traditional miso flavor. The oyster soba was creamy and satisfying, while the oyster udon had a nice broth. The pasta with firefly squid and rapeseed flowers was a seasonal delight, with a strong garlic and chili flavor. The staff, although young, provided excellent service. Overall, the restaurant has become more inviting and comfortable. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The first visit was by chance while drunk, but I thought it was cheap and stylish. The second visit was also while drunk, but I wanted to go again. I arrived after midnight and ordered quite a bit of food, which was delicious, so I thought I'd like to come for a first round next time. On the third visit, I enjoyed the food properly during the first round. Unfortunately, there were no jumbo oysters on the third visit, but if they are available, I recommend them. Also recommended is the sashimi platter with 8 pieces. You can order just one serving, and even though it comes with 8 pieces, it costs less than 1000 yen, so it's a great deal. They serve it with the recommended fish of the day, so it's delicious. Some dishes I remember trying and enjoying are shrimp ajillo, carpaccio made with recommended fish, meat-wrapped potato salad, pizza, and margherita. There are many menu options, so I want to try a variety of dishes. If you're looking for a substantial meat dish, this place may not be for you. There are many staff members, all handsome, so it might be recommended for a girls' night out (laughs).

I happened to see a magazine and noticed that the name of the restaurant had changed since my last visit, so I decided to go check it out. The interior of the restaurant hadn't changed at all. The menu mainly focuses on seafood. The oysters were cheap but small in size. The sashimi was fresh, but the portions were average with only 8 types available. The dried squid was surprisingly small, only half a piece, and quite expensive. The atmosphere was not bad, but I preferred the previous one. It's a shame that there were hardly any meat dishes and only seafood options for rice dishes. However, they did have pizza and pasta. Overall, it was an okay experience.
