On July 28th (Friday), I had lunch at the "Nokou Kanimiso Ramen Club Gang" in Susukino. This restaurant is known for their "tsukko meshi," which is rice topped with plenty of salmon roe, and is a branch of "Hachikyo." Upon entering, I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine located on the left side. The crab miso ramen can be selected from 3 different grades. Here is what I ordered: Crab miso all-inclusive 1,500 yen, Black oolong tea 250 yen, Small rice (complimentary). The ramen was filled with so many ingredients that you couldn't see the noodles. The medium-thick curly noodles were well coated with the soup. The toppings included chashu, onion, green onion, corn, butter, seaweed, crab meat, crab miso, seasoned egg, bamboo shoots, and seaweed, totaling 11 different ingredients, which was very satisfying. As the crab miso melted, the richness increased. The soup, packed with crab umami, was delicious and I finished every drop. The unique bowl shape made for a picturesque presentation from every angle. The black oolong tea I ordered came in a large glass, which seemed like it would help reduce fat absorption, making it a perfect accompaniment to the ramen. I also became interested in the crab salt ramen, so I plan to try that next time.
