I stopped by this place for the first time. This shop is known for its original Stamina Ramen, so I ordered the Stamina Ramen set with fried rice. The ramen in the ramen-fried rice set seems to be about half the usual portion, so I added extra to make it a regular size. The Stamina Ramen is a deliciously light soy sauce-based ramen with a strong garlic flavor. The fried rice had a slightly light flavor that complemented the saltiness of the roasted pork.

I ordered extra fried rice with my Stamina Ramen. The set meal comes with a slightly smaller portion of ramen, but since I added extra, it was a regular size. It cost an additional 100 yen (total 1000 yen). The garlic soy soup had a strong Stamina Ramen flavor, and I added extra garlic. It was delicious with plenty of Chinese cabbage. I'm thinking of trying the large Stamina Ramen next time.

During the day, I had salt ramen in Mie Prefecture, but in Uji City, Kyoto, I had stamina ramen. I was able to barely find a parking spot, but the restaurant was almost full. When I mentioned that I was dining alone, I was surprised to be seated at a shared table. I ordered stamina ramen (around 760 yen) because I really wanted to try it. Due to the large number of customers, I had to wait quite a bit. The stamina ramen I was served was full of garlic flavor and included Chinese cabbage, maybe it's what they call "tensuta"? I finished the soup completely and left satisfied. There are other menu items that caught my interest, so I would like to go back and try them again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant just after the start of evening business at around 5 pm, and the place was still empty so I sat at a table. I ordered the "Stamina Ramen (regular)" (650 yen), and when it was brought to me, the bowl was filled with vegetables like Chinese cabbage, leeks, carrots, slices of pork, and chashu, and the aroma of garlic wafted from it. The soup had a rich flavor from the animal ingredients and the vegetables added a nice touch, while the generous amount of oil gave it a depth of flavor, with the garlic providing a punchy taste. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles that had a nice chewiness and blended well with the soup. The Chinese cabbage was cut slightly larger, and with the addition of leeks and carrots, the vegetable presence was strong. The pork belly and light chashu were also delicious. I ordered the regular size this time, but if you want to have a lot of noodles, it might be better to go for the large or extra-large size.

Gyoza set meal for 820 yen. I wanted to eat something to boost my energy on the weekend, so I decided to come here. The ramen had a decent garlic scent, but I added some grated garlic from the table for an extra kick. It wasn't as strong as I expected, but I was satisfied. The gyoza had a very ordinary taste, but when I added plenty of sauce, it went well with the rice. I might not come back again, but it was a good meal. Just a heads up, the ramen in the set meal has less quantity than a regular ramen. If you want the same amount as a regular ramen, you need to pay an extra 100 yen.

I stopped by the Stamina Ramen Uji branch on my way back from playing in Kyoto. It had been a while since my last visit, but it was still very popular with the locals in the evening. I ordered the "Stamina Ramen Large" for 900 yen, and was surprised by the huge portion that arrived! The bowl was massive! The noodles were probably double the usual amount, so it's definitely something to enjoy in the evening rather than for lunch. They also have a "Special Large" for 1,050 yen, but I have yet to try it. Maybe in my younger days I could have managed it, but at my age now, it's a bit too much! I managed to finish the Large size and my stomach was filled with stamina. Thank you for the meal!

Today, feeling a bit tired, I came to Stamina Ramen Uji store located in a residential area to boost my energy. There is a parking lot, making it easy to visit. The interior has a cozy atmosphere like a local Chinese restaurant. Stamina Ramen Uji Store, Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, Iseta-cho, Naki 2-1-208.

This is my first visit to this place for Sunday dinner. I arrived around 5:45 pm and there were only 2 other customers. I sat at a table for 6 near the edge of the restaurant and ordered the "Gyoza set meal", which was served in about 10 minutes. The ramen, true to its name of Stamina Ramen, had a strong garlic smell that I really love… but I added more grated garlic from the table (;^ω^) The oily soy sauce broth had a rich flavor from the simmered cabbage, combined with a spicy kick, making it very appetizing. The smooth noodles had a great texture and paired well with the soup. The char siu pork, although only one slice, was delicious and flavorful. However, I felt the portion size could have been a bit bigger. The gyoza, crispy and filled with garlic flavor, also went well with the rice. Overall, it was a meal that I really enjoyed, although the portion size was a bit lacking. At 820 yen, it was quite affordable, so I should have ordered extra noodles before complaining about the portion size (^^;) I finished the soup and felt warm inside. The staff were attentive and I had a pleasant experience enjoying the Stamina Ramen. I would like to try a different set meal with extra noodles next time. Thank you for the meal!

When you're craving garlic, head to "Stamina Ramen" on Nagi Street in Iseta-cho. As the name suggests, it's loaded with cabbage and garlic. You can also get a set with pork cutlet and rice, making it a satisfying meal. You'll definitely leave full!

On a regular weekday afternoon after 1pm, I visited a ramen shop in Uji for the first time. The name of the shop, "Stamina Ramen," caught my attention with its straightforwardness, so I decided to try it without any prior research. The interior of the shop had five large tables for six people each, spaced out quite comfortably. There was only a group of five salarymen occupying one table, so it was quite empty. The husband and wife owners were managing the place. I ordered the regular Stamina Ramen, which I believe was priced at 630 yen (tax included). When the ramen arrived, it reminded me of Tenri Ramen. Ah, so Stamina Ramen refers to Tenri Ramen... I realized the meaning after it was served. The ramen had plenty of cabbage stir-fried with pork, simmered in a garlic-rich soy sauce broth until tender. The soup was spicy and oily, with a strong garlic flavor that really whetted my appetite. Additionally, due to the oil, my mouth was burning hot until I finished eating. The noodles were thin straight noodles with a high water content, which paired well with the addictive soup and allowed me to eat continuously. As someone who used to love SaiKa Ramen, I felt a sense of bliss eating Tenri Ramen again and savored every last drop of the broth. For the deliciousness it offered, 630 yen was quite a bargain. By the way, the large size of Stamina Ramen that the previous customers were enjoying was about twice the amount of what I had, so that's something to keep in mind (laughs). If I ever come back to Uji, I would definitely visit this ramen shop again. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I visited Uji City for personal reasons. I went to a friend's house for dinner and brought back some dishes from the restaurant "Stamina Ramen Uji Branch." I recommend their fried chicken, Tenshinhan (sweet and sour pork over rice), and gyoza. I went to the restaurant first to place the order, then bought other necessary items at the supermarket across the street. It's very convenient to be able to pick up the food on the way back. The fried chicken here has a strong garlic flavor and goes perfectly with beer! The fried chicken and gyoza go well with beer! The Tenshinhan is very popular with kids, there was none left for me to eat. This restaurant makes me envy those who live nearby! Thank you for the delicious meal!

The original house of the ramen is even better than Tenri Stamina Ramen in terms of garlic flavor. Many local people come here. It is common to see people ordering beer and a la carte menu items during the day. The portion of ramen is small, just enough to make you think "I want to come back again." I will definitely come back!

I had stamina ramen with a strong garlic punch. The combination of cabbage, pork, and soy sauce-based soup is incredibly delicious. I finished every last drop of the soup. This is the perfect dish for recharging your stamina on hot summer days.
