I happened to watch a TV program where Hirose Suzu and Suzuka Oshi recommended a yakitori restaurant, and it looked delicious, so I made a reservation and went there. I sat at the counter in a corner and ordered a lemon sour and plum wine on the rocks for drinks, with additional green tea highball. The drinks were nothing special. I reserved the 9-piece course, planning to add more if needed. They first served grated daikon radish and pickles. The staff mentioned that you can have refills of daikon and pickles, but they charged for the extra servings, which was confusing. The dishes included chouchin seaweed rolls, chicken wings, Tanaka ginger tempura with pork belly, heart, liver, quail egg, negima, zucchini, Hichinai chicken wings, snap peas, tsukune, and rice bowls like oyakodon and soboro don. Everything was quite delicious, but the vegetables may have been unnecessary for a yakitori place. The quail egg was perfectly half-cooked and the Hichinai chicken wings were meaty and tasty. I added chouchin and white liver to the course, as they were not included. In conclusion, the chouchin and white liver were the highlights. Without these in the course, it wouldn't be worth it. Two out of the 9 pieces were unnecessary vegetables. I would have preferred all meat. The chouchin, white liver, Hichinai chicken wings, and oyakodon were delicious. The chicken and egg in the oyakodon were perfectly cooked. It was disappointing that there was no chicken with wasabi and no chicken soup served. I would like to try ordering a la carte next time.

We tried the nine-course skewer menu. Each skewer had a delicious taste of chicken. The finale of minced chicken rice with shiso was refreshing and easy to eat. The additional order of chouchin had the most egg yolk filling the mouth. In the competitive world of yakitori in Ebisu, they may already be ranking high.

This is my third time visiting this restaurant. The taste is really delicious and the prices are relatively reasonable, so I recommend this place to my friends and family. I also visited a week ago, and the skewers that came out were slightly different, so I was able to enjoy new flavors again! They mentioned that they use different types of chicken depending on the cut, and they often use Kochi's Tsuru Akajidori chicken for regular skewers (they said it comes from the name of the chicken). The rich flavor is really delicious, I will definitely go again.

A calm place just one street away from the main road. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building where stylish shops line up, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The skewers were excellent. We had a course with 3 beers, 27 shochu, and added 2 skewers, totaling around 9,000 yen per person. We enjoyed dishes such as kinkan, tebasaki, grated daikon, asazuke, sori, duck, quail, liver, tempura, bonjiri, tebasaki, and tsukune in the order shown in the photos. The appetizer was kinkan soy sauce-marinated. When wrapped in seaweed and eaten, the umami spreads in the mouth instantly and lingers. We would have ordered another one if it wasn't an appetizer. The meat skewers were seasoned with salt. Each piece had a crispy surface and was juicy and tender. Especially the sori was so flavorful with overflowing meat juice, truly satisfying. The quail egg was cooked to a half-boiled state, with a creamy texture that was a unique experience. The tsukune did not contain cartilage, and you should take a big bite without hesitation. The richness of the egg yolk served as a side was from Tanaka Farm, rich and without any unpleasant smell. The highlight was the excellent skewers, bursting with multiple egg yolks like fireworks in your mouth, followed by a mildly spicy sauce. It's a must-try for skewer lovers.

This is my second visit. I was so impressed last time that I came back right away. I chose the same 7-course menu as last time, but there were some familiar items as well as new ones, so I was happy to enjoy a variety. The yakitori seemed to have even more delicious flavor than last time, and despite being very hungry, I was completely satisfied with just 7 skewers because each one was juicy and amazing! I will definitely go back again! ( ˙꒳˙ )

The service was very kind and we had a pleasant meal! We were so satisfied with each dish that we couldn't decide on the final course, even discussing it with friends until the very end. Personally, I enjoyed the skewers, but the pickles that came out in between were also delicious, and I ended up asking for seconds (laughs).

Visited on a holiday, starting from the evening. It was impressive to see many young couples around. The place is reasonably priced and has a nice atmosphere, making it a good option for a date. The portion size is just right, not too much or too little. You can finish the course without feeling too full. The taste was a bit mild for my liking. Personally, I prefer a stronger flavor for yakitori, so a bit more saltiness would have been appreciated. They suggest additional orders, but be aware that they will charge you for it, so if they ask "Would you like to add more?", understand that it's not a free service.

This was my third visit to the restaurant. We had 6 people, so we used a private room for the first time. It was so convenient to leave it up to the chef and everything that came out was delicious! I love the bone-in chicken and chicken tenderloin so much that I wanted seconds. The parent-and-child rice bowl for the finish was satisfying too. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.

I recently found a yakitori restaurant that I thought was delicious! The chicken was not dry (which is very important), and they really know how to make yakitori. If I had to say something negative, the tsukune was just average. The half-cooked chicken, liver, and negima were especially delicious. You can choose between soboro don and oyakodon for the final dish, but both lacked sweetness, so I was a bit disappointed. However, it was still delicious. The portion size and price were just right.

I enjoyed a course of 7 yakitori skewers at this restaurant. It was a great atmosphere for relaxing and having conversations while enjoying the meal. The quality of the yakitori was impressive, and I savored each skewer slowly. Towards the end, they started to offer more bold and flavorful options. I won't spoil the surprise, but it's definitely worth visiting for a special moment with someone important.

I visited Toritsuta in Ebisu for the first time. The yakitori was delicious. The drinks were also tasty. They have a good selection of sake, and the staff are knowledgeable about both food and drinks, making it a wonderful place to enjoy both. The staff were very friendly, and I definitely want to come back again. I apologize for not having any photos of the food, it seems I only took pictures of the sake. Sorry for being drunk. LOL

The kumquat soy sauce pickled seaweed that came out at the top of the course was disappointing because it was damp. The yakitori was made with rare red chicken, and I could feel the firmness and flavor typical of local chicken, as well as the quality of the chicken oil. The smoky flavor from the charcoal was moderate, making the yakitori overall light and easy to eat. The table seat was not ideal for dining as there was a register next to it, and the staff's private conversations were clearly audible. For those who want to enjoy a meal in a calm atmosphere, I recommend choosing the counter seat. Although it is said to be a well-known restaurant, I have my doubts and do not plan on revisiting.

The entire meal was incredibly delicious from start to finish. It started with the soy sauce-marinated kinkan appetizer, followed by chicken wings, thigh meat, liver, quail (the tender quail was a first for me!), heart, thigh meat, and tsukune. The somen noodles that came in between were also delicious, along with the duck that was served alongside caramelized figs – it was exquisite. The wine selection, both by the glass and by the bottle, was extensive and paired perfectly with the yakitori. The staff were all friendly, and I will definitely be going back again.

It's about an 8-minute walk from Ebisu Station East Exit. The restaurant is located right across from the famous Chinese restaurant MASA'S KITCHEN. This area is packed with many popular restaurants, truly a competitive area! "Toritsuta" opened on August 1, 2019. Inside the restaurant, there are 3 tables for 2 people on the right side upon entering, and counter seats on the left side. It gave off a relatively compact impression. I made a reservation for the 7-course meal and visited the restaurant. I originally wanted to eat at the counter, but was seated at a table. The reservation system (TableCheck) does not allow you to choose your seat, so maybe they prioritize counter seats for higher-priced course reservations. [Todays Course] First, a trial 7-course meal (additional items available) ¥4,600 (tax included) - Appetizer - 2 small dishes - Palate cleanser - 7 grilled chicken skewers Impressive dishes included: - Soy sauce-pickled kumquats: Creamy kumquats with crispy seaweed, a delightful combination. - Yanaka ginger and chicken namero sauce: A unique dish where Yanaka ginger is wrapped in chicken and grilled. The spiciness stands out, but the umami of the meat and sweetness of the namero sauce blend beautifully, creating a deep and delicious flavor. - Duck meat and potato puree: A creative dish that almost feels like French cuisine. The duck was perfectly cooked, and the potato puree paired well. All skewers were tender and well-cooked, delicious! However, I felt that a bit more saltiness would have been nice to pair with the alcohol. The overall taste was gentle and well-balanced, but I wished for a bit more punch. The service was a bit inconsistent and awkward overall. But, eating at the counter is definitely the way to go in a restaurant like this. I will come back again! Thank you for the meal! Phew~. ☆At the time of posting (3.56)

I found a stylish drinking alley in Ebisu that I never knew existed. Upon entering the restaurant and being guided to the counter, I was surprised by the spacious interior with a counter surrounding the kitchen and table seating in the back. The food was good, though not outstanding, with unexpectedly delicious chicken wings. I chose the oyakodon for my main dish, while my friend enjoyed the soboro. There was a slight concern when the same skewer appeared twice during the meal. The atmosphere was nice and suitable for a date, but I might not come back on my own.

I invited my coworkers from work to revisit the restaurant. This time, we ordered the 9-course meal instead of leaving it up to the chef. The photos are only of the dishes we didn't try last time. Here is the 9-course meal we had: - Kin Kan's seaweed-wrapped daikon with grated daikon radish - Oyster with grated yam and cucumber pickles - Chicken wings - Gizzard - Seseri (chicken neck) - Eggplant stuffed with chestnut meat and ginger from Yanaka - Tempura shishito pepper - Chicken breast with wasabi and plum - Smoked quail duck meatball skewers (served with rice) - Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) I will only share my thoughts on the dishes I tried for the first time. The eggplant was delicious with a perfect balance of moisture and a crispy, smoky flavor. The quail was cooked to a tender, half-cooked state, and it was very tasty. The Oyakodon had a perfectly balanced seasoning, not too sweet or too spicy, and the egg was runny while the meat was savory and slightly charred. The staff remembered me from my previous visit, which was nice. They engaged in conversation with me, showing that they pay attention to each customer. The 9-course meal with about 5 drinks per person cost around 8,000 yen per person. The cost-performance ratio was still good, but I was a bit disappointed that some of my favorite dishes from my previous visit, like the lantern and fried tofu, were not included this time. I prefer the omakase course since I like to try a variety of skewers, but the 9-course meal is great for dining with others as it includes a satisfying finale. If dining alone, the omakase course allows you to indulge in a variety of dishes.

Reservation * 3 weeks ago Time slot * 18:30 Access * Taxi Arrival for unclear amount $13,000 yen ~ Order contents ~ Grilled dish omakase + Parent and child bowl for the end ・ Kin kan's isobemaki (immature egg) A classic menu that serves as a greeting. It's not fruit, but rather the yolk before it becomes an egg. You can enjoy the sticky texture and crispy feeling of seaweed. ・ Tsubaki red chicken wings The meat has a powerful texture unique to chicken, but it is juicy and delicious, although the saltiness felt a bit weak. The griller seemed like an apprentice, so maybe they are still learning about the right amount of salt? Or maybe the restaurant is focused on enjoying the taste of the chicken. ・ Negima Chicken thigh meat and leeks sandwiched between chicken skin. I was instructed to take a bite until I reached the leeks, but I couldn't quite figure it out... I can taste the sweetness of the leeks, but I wish the meat had a bit more punch. ・ Zucchini ⚠️ Be careful of burns ⚠️ ・ Duck meat dish A dish that goes well with whole pepper and mashed potatoes. There is no smell in the duck, making it a dish that goes well with alcohol! ・ Quail eggs Half-cooked and creamy, with exquisite cooking. This is true craftsmanship. ・ Liver Trotro liver! There is no smell at all, making it irresistible for liver lovers (๑♡∀♡๑) ・ Shishito peppers Strong bitterness, couldn't find a winning piece... ・ Tsubaki red chicken thigh meat Thick and juicy!! This phrase is a perfect fit! The most delicious today d('∀'*) ・ Tanaka ginger chicken breast roll tempura The spiciness of Tanaka ginger stands out, but it goes well with the chicken breast, and the sauce made with natural yam on top is also delicious! ・ Heart Small and thin... this is not great... ・ Tsubaki red chicken breast meat Moist and juicy, with a rare texture. Try it with an original sauce mixed with wasabi, onions, and plums! It feels a bit too rare, doesn't it? lol ・ Kitsune (minced meat wrapped in fried tofu) This is an original creative grilled dish. Minced meat and large leaves rolled in fried tofu. Broiler? The umami is weaker than before, but the texture and compatibility are good. ・ Seseri This is neither good nor bad. ・ Sunagimo The large grains and crunchy texture, along with the perfect amount of salt, make it addictive! ・ Miyazaki Prefecture's Satohara eggplant A dish with a smooth mouthfeel, but there was too much oil, so the sweetness was not felt, which was disappointing. ・ Mizugo red chicken back ・ Bonjiri As the last part of the course, the bonjiri is a bit tough, but the taste is undeniably delicious. The cooking method is also good. ・ Tsukune The tsukune itself seemed to have a slightly strong salty taste, but it was only in some parts, so was the mixture too sweet? If you don't drink the egg yolk, you can save it and ask for a bite-sized rice to make a mini TKG! ・ Parent and child bowl A gentle seasoning that is perfect for the end!

This is a yakitori restaurant located about a 7-minute walk from Ebisu Station. After climbing the stairs, you enter the restaurant. Inside, there are L-shaped counter seats, table seats, and private rooms. I tried the 9-piece course for 5700 yen, which includes a closing meal. The dishes included chicken wings, devil's grated daikon and pickles, skin sandwiched between leeks and soy sauce-based red chicken, kumquat and seaweed rolls, smoked duck with mashed potatoes, harami, zucchini, bonjiri, chestnut-wrapped chicken with Yanaka ginger, chicken tenderloin, chicken tenderloin, tsukune, and minced meat bowl. They used various brands of local chicken, and each one was delicious. The meat was firm and juicy, bursting with flavor with each bite. The grilling was perfect, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The seasoning was just right. The balance of vegetable skewers and tempura between the yakitori was also pleasing for women. The quality for 5700 yen is excellent value for money. If you want to eat delicious yakitori at a reasonable price, this is a recommended restaurant.

The omakase course was delicious. I heard that they don't stop serving unless you say so, but they didn't stop until the last 10 minutes, maybe because we were eating too fast or the restaurant was busy. Even though we were already full, we ordered an additional lantern and it was delicious. I think it's a good value for around 10,000 yen in Ebisu at night with this kind of content!

I visited with an omakase stop system. The food was very delicious, especially the heart and lantern fish. However, despite my partner mentioning that they couldn't eat internal organs, they still served gizzards. I requested only liver and lantern fish, but they brought two of each. To top it off, they told us to leave because the next customers were arriving. I left thinking that if they had served us as we requested, we wouldn't have wasted time.

There is a restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station. I visited this place with my mother for dinner after work. I was interested in it after seeing it featured on TV. Although it is a yakitori restaurant in Ebisu, I didn't feel intimidated at all. Personally, I thought the chicken wings were especially delicious. Thank you for the meal! :)
