At Niku TATSU, they focus on serving A5 grade "Omi beef," one of the top three Japanese wagyu beef, specifically. I tried the course that costs 10,000 yen including all-you-can-drink. - Niku TATSU Yukke They use raw meat that meets strict health department standards, so you can enjoy delicious Yukke with peace of mind. The Yukke with sauce and egg yolk was delicious. - Prime Tongue Salt They use the soft part of the tongue and cook it slowly until it gets a crispy surface and a chewy texture inside. It had a good bite and rich flavor. - Sukiyaki Trio Three types of sukiyaki!? 6-second sirloin, lean meat, and Kumamoto's pork! It's rare to have pork sukiyaki... The combination of meat, egg, and rice was incredibly delicious. - Tongue Cutlet Sandwich (additional order) A rare tongue cutlet sandwich! The stewed tongue was soft and went perfectly with the homemade sauce. Highly recommended as a souvenir! - Dessert Plate I received a "Congratulations on opening a YouTube channel" plate... Located right in the heart of Ginza, TATSU Ginza is a yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy the brand of beef called "Omi beef," which is one of the top three Wagyu beef brands. - TATSU Salad: Before diving into the meat, it's important to have some vegetables. The salad was fresh and delicious. - Kimchi Trio: Kimchi that goes well with both alcohol and rice. Not just spicy, but also a refined and tasty kimchi. - Negi Shio Lemon Sirloin Aburi Sushi: The combination of sirloin and sushi rice was excellent. The Negi Shio Lemon added an appetizing touch. - TATSU Yukke: The raw meat handling permit ensures safety. The fresh meat was beautifully presented, and the Yukke made with rich Omi beef was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. - Upper Tongue: Omi beef also has delicious tongue meat. It was tender yet had a good bite to it. The lemon added a refreshing touch, and the meat was full of flavor. - Premium Roast: A luxurious cut of roast cooked quickly and served with egg yolk. The stylish and beautiful fully private rooms provided a private space that was very nice. The warm lighting created a calm and relaxing atmosphere for dining. It's perfect for dates or business meals. Some seats even offered views of Tokyo Tower and the Ginza night skyline. I would like to come back not only for dinner but also for lunch. They also had counter seats with partitions, so it might be nice to have a solo lunch while shopping in Ginza. I'm glad I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the heart of Ginza. The service was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the meal. By the way, I heard that the main branch is located in Aoyama.

I had the "Niku TATSU Lunch ¥3,740" right in the middle of Ginza, right in the middle of the lunch menu prices. It was a satisfying meal with a variety of meats. The lineup included steak cut, lamp, zabuton, prime kalbi, harami, prime loin, seared lean meat, Kumamoto Hinomoto pork belly, prime tongue salt, tongue tip, and copchang. The balance between lean and fatty meats was perfect, with a combination that didn't get boring. Zabuton, prime loin, and harami were particularly delicious. You could really taste the sweetness of the Omi beef. The rice was Omi rice, with a firm texture and a slight sweetness that paired perfectly with the meat. It was a great value lunch, and I would definitely like to visit again for dinner to try more of this delicious Omi beef! The restaurant mainly has private rooms, providing a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They even had toothbrushes in the restroom, which was a nice touch. I would definitely like to visit again!

This was my first time making a reservation, and I was completely satisfied with the restaurant!! The freshness of the meat was excellent, and all the meats were really tender and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful with smiles, and the interior of the restaurant was clean and cozy. I would love to visit again!

My sister, who was hospitalized, has recovered so we have been meeting frequently lately. This time we went to a high-end yakiniku restaurant in Ginza. The restaurant is located on the 15th floor of a building next to Hatoido in Ginza 4-chome. The streets of Ginza have become pedestrian-only and there are many foreign tourists around. It seems like the liveliness has returned to Ginza. The restaurant we reserved this time is a yakiniku place with private rooms. Since I had some business in Ginza, we decided to go. My sister and I have similar tastes, so we ordered yukhoe and harami a la carte while discussing together. We talked a lot about our pet dogs, my niece's wedding, and had a great time. First, we were impressed by the simple deliciousness of the yukhoe. My sister said, "This yukhoe is so delicious, and very reasonable." I didn't realize yukhoe could be expensive. I don't eat it often so I didn't know the normal price. The cuts were larger than expected, and the simple seasoning showed their confidence. With this yukhoe, I thought the meat at this restaurant must be reasonable and have some dedication. The beef tongue was also delicious, thickly cut yet tender. I could taste the richness of Omi beef. I really do love Japanese beef. We also ordered the premium sirloin yakiniku that my sister wanted. We lightly grilled it and dipped it in raw egg. Despite being marbled, the fat was light and the raw egg made it smooth. One large piece was satisfying. The sauce had an elegant sweetness. We had some raw egg left at the end, so we thought one egg for two people would have been enough. Finally, my sister wanted to finish with a beef tongue cutlet sandwich. She dipped the leftover raw egg from the yakiniku in the sandwich. What a great idea! I also tried dipping the raw egg and it was delicious. The beef tongue cutlet sandwich had a good balance, and the raw egg enhanced it even more. I finished my beef tongue cutlet sandwich too! Dining with my sister is always enjoyable. I wonder where we should go next time, just the two of us. A la carte yakiniku is also nice. It was a private room in Ginza, yet reasonably priced. It has become one of my recommended yakiniku restaurants.

Ginza is always nostalgic and yet always a new town. Every time I visit, I peek into familiar shops or am surprised by new ones. I was invited by my sister and we decided to go a la carte since we both eat less now than we used to. We started with draft beer, assorted namul and kimchi. It's a small detail, but usually you get either an assorted namul or kimchi, right? Having both options and having them in individual servings is really nice. We consulted with the staff and decided to go with a half portion of the TETSU salad, which turned out to be the right choice. We split the half portion between the two of us and it was just right. First up was the TETSU Yukhoe. It comes with salt and soy sauce, but we opted for the salt, which is recommended for summer. When I looked at the menu, I thought, "It's cheap, but is there really this much food?" Well, there was plenty! My daughter loves Yukhoe, so we often order it at other places, but in Ginza? In a private room? With this nice atmosphere? And this quality?! The salt flavor was not too sweet and very delicious. We chose the thick-cut tongue steak. It was served and we were so focused on its thickness that we forgot to order the additional green onion salt. But we enjoyed the tongue steak without it. We also had the Seoul Makgeolli since only bottle service was available. The thick-cut harami was delicious. When my sister and I took a bite, we both said, "Delicious." The rich flavor of the harami spread throughout our mouths, but there was no meaty smell. We also tried the popular yakiniku dish, the premium loin yakiniku. It came with two large pieces of loin and two eggs! It felt luxurious to have one egg each! As a homemaker, I felt it was a waste to leave the remaining egg. For dessert, we tried the Ginza-exclusive tonkatsu sandwich. You probably haven't heard of it, right? A tonkatsu sandwich! When ordering, make sure to look in the appetizer category, not the dessert category. My sister was unsure if we could finish it, but she decided to take a bite and was surprised at how delicious it was. The tenderness and the sauce were amazing! And we even dipped the leftover egg in it! Doing such impolite things is fine in the best private room!

I made a reservation for 1:00 pm on a weekday. Although the usual dining time is 90 minutes, the restaurant was flexible and said it was okay to stay longer because there were empty seats. I appreciate the thoughtful flexibility of this restaurant. The lunch special course with a soft drink included was great. It was rare to see pork included in the course. The beef seemed to be Omi beef, and it was delicious. The yukhoe was the best dish, with a pleasant texture and flavorful sauce. The spacious private room, kind and attentive staff, and overall pleasant dining experience made me feel great. Thank you for the meal!

The Ginza course (90 minutes all-you-can-drink) for 16,280 yen was enjoyable with plenty of volume. The thick-cut steak, especially the Chateaubriand, was impressive. The tongue was thick and delicious. The katsu sandwich was also tasty. The lean beef yakiniku was delicious. It seems that adding a small amount of rice to the yakiniku would be well received. Many places do that. However, the surprise of the Chateaubriand coming out without notice was great. It was undeniably high-quality fillet. Considering the content and price, facing Ginza's main street, I think it's quite impressive. If the staff's meat explanations were a bit more refined, it would give off a more high-end vibe.

First, cheers with a glass of Premium Malt's! Started with the tatsu salad, kimchi, and a platter of five namul dishes. The kimchi was perfectly soaked. For meat, we had the top tongue salt. Consistently tender. The premium harami wagyu was surprisingly tender, with a perfect balance of meatiness and sweetness. Then, the beloved lean meat yakiniku. The fatty sweetness is unbelievable for lean meat. The combination with the egg is a classic! To finish, we had the yukke bibimbap. The yukke was sweet!! A bibimbap that you would want to eat even when full. For dessert, we had hojicha ice cream. A not overly sweet ice cream to end the meal. Everything was delicious! Will definitely visit again!

I came to Ginza with my friends after a long time and finally visited the yakiniku restaurant that I had been curious about. The location is on the 15th floor with a fantastic view of Ginza! I started with a refreshing glass of Premium Malt beer! The glass even had the name of the restaurant on it, such attention to detail. Next was the TATSU salad, a perfect light and refreshing dish before diving into the meat. The tongue with salt was excellent in texture and perfectly seasoned. The premium harami (skirt steak) from Japanese beef was incredibly juicy and flavorful when seasoned with salt. The premium loin melted in the mouth with a sweet taste that paired perfectly with rice. The seared red meat was a highlight, especially when dipped in beaten egg. The yukhoe bibimbap was rich and delicious even without being served in a hot stone bowl. The combination of shimacho (striped pig) and copchang (intestines) was undeniably delicious. The Miyazaki 100% Hebesu sour drink was refreshing and unique. The black sugar ice cream was definitely a tasty dessert. I will definitely visit again when I crave for some good meat!

Second visit to the restaurant. Had a lunch set with about 15 dishes for around 5000 yen. You can choose a dessert and a drink, including one non-alcoholic beverage. I used a 1000 yen off coupon for booking within 1 hour on One Michelin. It was a good deal. Today, the staff were young and it was a bit hard to hear the explanations about the meat, sauce, and appetizers. They also reminded me a few times that I needed to choose a drink, even though it wasn't ready yet. But they were working hard, which was cute in a way. The meat was delicious, but I got so caught up in conversation that I forgot to take photos. I'm sorry. You can choose between cold noodles and hot pot, and since I had hot pot last time, I chose cold noodles today. The cold noodles were slightly sweet, a taste that I think Japanese people like. I might go for the cold noodles again next time. For dessert, you can choose from roasted green tea ice cream, peach ice cream, yuzu sherbet, and almond jelly. I chose almond jelly, which I really like. They also served warm roasted green tea at the end. Just a tip, if you need to use the restroom, leave the door slightly open so you can remember which room it was.

They offer reasonably priced Omi beef sourced from a unique route, and also have branches in Aoyama and Shibuya. On this day, we were guided to a private room with large windows and ordered various items a la carte. - Tonkatsu Sandwich: A Ginza store original, limited in quantity. The beef is simmered with aromatic vegetables for 10 hours to make it super tender before being fried into a cutlet sandwich. It was incredibly tender, with excellent sauce flavor. - Niku TATSU Yukke (Salt): Fresh and safe raw meat unique to stores with a license to handle raw meat. You can choose between sauce and salt. It offers the orthodox deliciousness that makes it THE Yukke, more popular than kimchi. A must-order dish. - Niku TATSU Assortment: We ordered a meat assortment that looked delicious. The explanation was a bit overwhelming because of the large portion sizes, but the food was delicious. It might not be enough for big eaters though, haha.

Located on the 15th floor in the middle of Ginza. I was treated to a private room yakiniku feast. The meat was thick and had a good texture. I could cook at my own pace in the private room, although unfortunately, the seat did not offer a view of the outside scenery. The spice of treating myself was unbeatable. I want to become an adult who can go there on my own.

I visited this restaurant for the first time during lunch course. The interior was clean and there was no smoky atmosphere despite it being a yakiniku restaurant. I tried several types of meat from lean cuts to offal, and they were all delicious, especially the grilled shabu-shabu meat. The speed at which the dishes were brought out was just right, and I ended up ordering cold noodles as an extra and left feeling full. Highly recommended for when you want to enjoy yakiniku in a calm atmosphere in Ginza! I would definitely like to visit again.

Kuri cold noodles Dessert (strawberry ice cream) *Includes all-you-can-drink option. On a weekday evening, I visited a yakiniku restaurant in Ginza! The view from the 15th floor was fantastic, and they have private rooms which make it perfect for dates or business entertainment. They also offer a course with all-you-can-drink option, so it's great for those who enjoy drinking. Among the three major Wagyu beef, they serve Omi beef. I've always pronounced it as "Omi Gyuu," but it's actually "Omi Ushi." (laughs) Before diving into the meat, the salad was delicious. The dressing and the taste of onions were superb. After the salad, they brought out the Truffle Yukhoe! As you can see in the video, the egg was so fresh that it almost floated in the air when cracked open. It's irresistible, right? Just as I took a bite of the Yukhoe, I thought, "This would go well with rice." So, I kind of forced my companion to order rice. (laughs) Mixing the Truffle Yukhoe with white rice was just delicious. Although there was Truffle Yukhoe and Niku TATSU Yukhoe, I personally preferred the Niku TATSU Yukhoe because the sauce was sweeter and I liked it. Seared yakiniku is tricky to cook. It's best dipped in fresh egg. The Kumamoto Fire Pork was an interesting addition and quite tasty. And personally, I really liked the tender fillet that came towards the end. Lastly, the cold noodles. Cold noodles at yakiniku restaurants can sometimes be disappointing, but the cold noodles here were delicious. After enjoying plenty of meat, we finished off with strawberry ice cream. It was a satisfying meal. I highly recommend using this place for dates or business entertainment. Enjoy!

I used it for my birthday. I sat at the counter. There are partitions between seats, so it feels almost like a private room and you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. I ordered a lunch plate with a birthday plate with a comment. The comment can only be about 20 characters long, but they draw it beautifully, so I recommend it. You can enjoy various types of meat, so it's fun. The taste is okay for the price. I don't think I'll visit again. I forgot to take a picture of the meat!

My friend brought me here to celebrate! Despite being in the center of Ginza, I felt incredibly happy enjoying the course meal! Since my friend paid for it this time, I'm not sure about the price, but every piece of meat was beautifully marbled and of the highest quality. The appetizer salad had amazing flavors, and I was impressed by the meat sushi made with sirloin. The beef tartare was divine! It was so delicious! The grilled dishes were served with both salt and sauce, and each piece of meat was of such high quality, making me feel so happy. The cold noodles had a great chewy texture and were so refreshing that I could have eaten more! The ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. Overall, it was incredibly delicious, and the location was beyond amazing! I highly recommend it for dates or business meals!
