I chose the daily pasta special which was whitebait pasta. It was my first time trying whitebait pasta, and it was delicious with a crispy exterior and a creamy interior. The Carbonara with Parmigiano Reggiano, which is popular among cheese lovers, also looked tempting. I would like to try that next time!

I visited this place because I wanted to eat something delicious that I like. I arrived right when they opened, so I was the first customer. I had done some research on Tabelog beforehand, so I was able to order a variety of dishes quickly. Everything was delicious, but the one dish I highly recommend is the Kyoto vegetable bagna cauda with Nishiki miso. The anchovy flavor really stood out and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it. It was revolutionary! The prosciutto, on the other hand, was a bit disappointing. I've tried prosciutto at various places, but this one was just okay. The aioli was described as spicy, so I had high expectations, but it turned out to be a regular aioli. Still, it was tasty! For the pasta, I had the autumn limited sweet sea bream and baby turnip oil pasta. The turnip was incredibly delicious, and the sea bream was good too, but the pasta itself had a strange taste. It was tasty, but it was not what I expected.

It was a shame considering the good quality ingredients used. The duck, however, was delicious. When I came for dinner before, the paella was delicious, so I hope they can improve the quality of their pasta dishes to match the standard of the rest of their menu.
