We held a company gathering at the Shinbashi Hormone Association. We visited "Hormone-ya Dan Shinbashi 1st Store". This restaurant is a well-known chain with 4 other branches nearby. It is ranked number one in the "Adult Weekend" and Hormone Chain rankings. Due to its popularity, we made a reservation just in case. The reservation process was excellent and made us happy. I would love to visit this kind of restaurant again. It's about a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. We took a taxi from Higashi-Ginza and arrived in one meter. It's located in a small alley off the main street, so it might be a bit hard to find at first. The restaurant has around 30 seats, with a counter near the entrance and a tatami area in the back. We sat in the tatami area on this day. The menu offers a variety of beef, pork, chicken, and sashimi. We started with the salted cabbage appetizer, which was surprisingly delicious with sesame oil and salt. We cheers with Makgeolli. We tried the popular "Beef Liver Sashimi", which was thick and smooth. It was delicious with sesame oil. The "Korean-style Cold Tofu" was spicy with lots of green onions. Then, we had various types of meat such as marinated beef, beef intestines, pork tongue, and more. The meat was delicious, so we even had rice. The portions come in large, medium, and small sizes, and we ordered the large size! We enjoyed the Shirako Hormone, pork hormone, and more. Every meat was delicious. The Hormone Queen T-sister grilled the meat for us all night. Thank you! We also had the "Beef Tripe Egg Soup". This restaurant originally from Odawara has expanded to Shinbashi, and the meat is directly delivered from Shibaura. The atmosphere is typical of a hormone restaurant, with a high percentage of salarymen. However, our group of three women had a great time. Shinbashi has many hormone restaurants, but this one is one of the representative ones. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Good evening. I am a beauty acupuncturist, Kozue. The other day, I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Shinbashi. This time, it was a restaurant recommended by an acquaintance on social media. The restaurant is a little far from Shinbashi Station, with a large noren (curtain) that says "horumon yaki" as a landmark. The restaurant has seating on the first and second floors, and there are also some tables outside for outdoor dining, which seems to be popular. This time, we ordered the following menu items: - Freshly grilled morning liver - Beef heart sashimi - 5-point horumon assortment (heart tendon, beef horumon, maruchou, shibire, hachinosu) - Komutan egg soup - Rice First of all, the meat is very fresh. The freshly grilled morning liver is probably fresh enough to eat raw. We lightly seared it, then dipped it in sesame salt sauce and garlic, which paired well with the liver's firm texture and the flavors of garlic and sesame. The beef heart has a crunchy texture and is enjoyed as is with garlic soy sauce. It has a satisfying texture and is very delicious without any unpleasant smell. The horumon assortment includes a 3-point and 5-point selection of beef and pork. This time, we chose the recommended 5-point beef horumon assortment. The horumon on this day included heart tendon, beef horumon, maruchou, shibire, and hachinosu. Each piece is large and the processing and seasoning are done well. The flavors make you want to eat more rice. In particular, the umami of maruchou makes you crave rice, and the soft texture of hachinosu is very delicious. The Komutan soup comes with or without egg, and we chose the one with egg. The fluffy egg was plentiful, and the rich Komutan soup was exquisite. It is delicious on its own, but dipping rice in it takes it to another level. However, the rice was quite dry and the portion was small. I don't eat much rice, but my friend believes that good rice is important when eating yakiniku, along with delicious meat. They mentioned that it would be better if the quality and quantity of rice were improved. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Three of us dined and we all ate until we were full, spending about 15,000 yen in total. The cost performance was quite good. I understand why it's popular. The recommended morning-caught liver was not exceptional, but all the other hormone dishes were delicious. I might go back again.

Visited the restaurant for the first time with colleagues. It is located about a 5-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. When we arrived, we were seated at an outdoor table. The seating style was using two 4-seater tables, so even with a slightly larger group, it was comfortable. However, there was no air conditioning, so it would be quite tough in the summer. We ordered liver, maruchou (pork intestines), pork belly, and tongue, all of which were delicious and reasonably priced, so I think the cost performance is high. There was no need to change the grill, and even when we had to change the number of people in our reservation on the day, they kindly accommodated us, which was also highly appreciated.

Wow, it's delicious! Really delicious! Perhaps it's because it's so fresh, but there is no hint of the typical smell of offal, and the meat's fat gives it a rich depth of flavor. First, the liver! Lightly grilled and straight to the mouth! Even my wife, who doesn't like liver, praised it! There is no trace of the usual bloody smell, and the level of this liver is truly surprising. And the recommended heart sashimi! There's nothing more to say. The flavor, the texture, everything is perfect! I also ordered the premium tongue and a platter of 5 types of offal, and they were also amazing! The tongue is thick and satisfying to eat, the offal is generous in portion, and the crunchy texture of the honeycomb tripe! Oh, it's irresistible. And the skirt steak, right? Again, there is no offal smell, just the sweetness of the fat condensed. Juicy! And it goes so well with lemon sour! We had meat, hot pot, salad, beer, and several lemon sours, all for just under 9000 yen for two people. I can't even imagine going back to a certain chain restaurant's offal after this. Whether you love offal or even if you don't, the quality here is on a completely different level, so I highly recommend it.

I was particularly impressed by the thickness and freshness of the beef tongue sashimi. I asked the staff for some green onions and sesame oil, which made the beef tongue incredibly delicious and I felt very happy. Despite all of them being very thick, they were all reasonably priced, and I was completely satisfied!

The lively and bustling atmosphere was great. There were various types of offal that I had never heard of or tried before! I forgot the name of the most delicious hormone in the five-item assortment! I couldn't find it even when searching online. The liver and tongue were also thick and very delicious. I will definitely come back!

I decided to look for a restaurant in Shinbashi and immediately thought of Dan. It's always fully booked and bustling from Monday onwards. This is my 5th visit to this branch and I haven't found a more delicious horumon elsewhere. The freshness is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the prices are great. I usually eat at the counter, but this time I went upstairs for the first time. The staff were friendlier than usual, recommending various dishes. I tried a drink made with almond milk and it was surprisingly delicious, pairing perfectly with the horumon. I've heard that boiling horumon in milk removes the smell. Must-try dishes include the Butter Liver for 790 yen, the Freshly Grilled Liver for 770 yen, the Assorted Beef Horumon for 1850 yen, the Harami for 1150 yen, the Dan Salad for 670 yen, the Kimchi for 360 yen, and the Komtang Kuppa for 720 yen. The Kuppa here is milky and oily, my favorite. The portions are generous and satisfying.

I visited on a regular night. The place was crowded, and it seemed like you couldn't get in without a reservation. I ordered the 5000 yen all-you-can-drink course. The portion was generous and delicious, but towards the end, my stomach started to feel heavy. It's great for those who love horumon (offal), but if you're not a fan, you might get tired of it.

I went to "Horumon-ya Dan," located a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi Station! It was a day to enjoy the "summer" snorkeling with friends since morning. I really wanted to eat horumon, so I was looking for a good horumon restaurant along the Sobu Yokosuka Line and found this place with many reviews praising the freshness of the horumon. It was quite crowded and we were seated on the terrace, with a BBQ style for the horumon. Now, what we ordered this time was: - Beef horumon assortment 1850 yen - Premium beef tongue 1640 yen - Kimchi assortment 680 yen - Harami (skirt steak) 1550 yen, etc. The beef horumon assortment included various types of horumon like maruchou, shimachou, hachinosu, tongue, and more! It was a generous portion and definitely recommended! They also had a pork version! The freshness of the horumon used that day was evident in the great texture and crispness. The premium beef tongue was also included in the assortment, and I couldn't resist ordering it! It was probably the base of the tongue!! It was thickly sliced, crispy on the outside, and rare inside! Definitely a must-order item! A unique point of this store was grilling on a Genghis Khan iron plate! Grilling vegetables underneath while the meat juices cascade down creating a waterfall of flavor mixing with the vegetables was simply amazing. In terms of price, I felt that the cost performance was very high considering the quality of the meat! If you're looking for horumon in Shinbashi, this is the place to go! Itadakimasu!

I suddenly decided to drink in Shinbashi and ended up here! The request was for yakiniku, and I was in the mood for liver, so I made a reservation by phone on the same day and visited. It was almost full, so it seems better to make a reservation! It was about a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi and easy to find. We sat at the counter on the first floor, watching the meat being prepared in front of us while grilling it. We ordered Tan (tongue) sashimi, fresh morning-picked liver, butter liver, harami (skirt steak), and more. The Tan sashimi was deliciously chewy! And then, the liver we were looking forward to! The fresh morning-picked liver was so fresh and delicious when quickly grilled with sesame oil and salt. And it's amazing that you can enjoy this for around 700 yen! The highlight was the butter liver! Grilling the liver with hot butter and garlic, then dipping it in, was a new way of eating for me. What is this, it's so delicious! You can keep eating it, it goes well with drinks! After finishing the liver, we poured eggs into the butter to make a perfect scrambled egg. It was also delicious! We enjoyed fresh and delicious meat and offal with great cost performance. It was the best!

On Friday night with friends. It's been a while since I've been to Shinbashi, but it's crowded as usual. We sat at a table by the storefront. It's a hot day today, and there's a brazier in front of us, so it's really hot. The chilled beer tastes amazing. All the food is fresh and delicious. I don't usually eat motsu at home, so it was even more delicious to have it after a long time.

I visited Dansan for the first time with my colleagues from work. There were three of us, so we couldn't order the course meal with all-you-can-drink option, but the morning-picked liver, tongue, and hormone were all delicious. The quality was great and the prices were reasonable. I definitely want to come back again.

Today marks the beginning of July. Recently, we visited Horumon-ya Dan Shimbashi Main Store to celebrate the end of the first half of the year at our house. We believe in cherishing milestones. We decided to indulge in some hearty meat to fuel ourselves for the second half of the year. After making a reservation, we easily got seated at the counter. I started by quenching my thirst with a large bottle of Sapporo Red Star beer. For food, we ordered: - Thick-sliced raw beef heart sashimi (Hatsu) - amazing! - Dan's specialty fresh-grilled liver, freshly picked in the morning - must be cooked well - Assorted 5 types of beef offal - a selection of the day's recommended cuts, all delicious - Assorted Kimchi - a generous portion The counter was soon overflowing with these dishes, and we kept grilling and eating. We dipped the meat in the sauces on the table or added some spiciness. The juicy fat dripping from the offal made us feel slightly guilty, but we washed it down with some highball. After finishing the first round of dishes, we were quite full. As a finale, we ordered Harami (skirt steak) and premium beef tongue. The lean Harami was delicious, and the beef tongue had a satisfying texture. By the end of these dishes, our stomachs could not handle any more. Game over. We paid the bill. The meat at this restaurant was fresh and very tasty. We will definitely visit again for a stamina boost. Let's do our best in the second half of the year. Thank you for the meal. We were seated on the second floor, but it was scorching hot due to the air conditioning being out of order. The meat was delicious but it was a shame about the heat. We reserved a terrace seat hoping for a cooler experience, but only received drinks and two pieces of meat. It was a bit nonsensical and I couldn't stop sweating because of how hot it was.

This restaurant is a hormone specialty shop that emphasizes freshness. It's a great place for rare meat lovers. They have a sashimi category, and the thick heart sashimi is actually served raw. In the same sashimi category, there is something called "freshly picked and grilled liver in the morning," which makes you wonder if it's sashimi or should be grilled. But due to regulations with the health department, there are some adult considerations involved. It's up to the individual's responsibility. After enjoying these two dishes, they left without ordering anything grilled. Oh, rare meat is really something special, isn't it? (in the style of Haruo Mizuno)

A fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy various fresh parts of hormone. The liver and intestines are all very rich and delicious. Three of us went to Dan. We toasted with Black Label, it was great. The raw tongue was beautiful and delicious. The fresh morning liver is also popular, seared quickly and eaten. We ordered a platter of 5 types of beef offal and 5 types of pork offal. I prefer the beef because I like the fatty texture over the crunchy one. This is a shop that favors Sapporo, so there is a beer keg. Soda with it is delicious, but I think it could be stronger. Lemon sour is also better when it's refreshing. Lemon sour goes well with offal. The Komutan Kuppa at the end is very rich and delicious. Good cost performance, Dan is still good after all.

The butter liver was delicious! It's great to have the option of cooking with butter and eggs, and being able to choose bread is fantastic too. The atmosphere was not bad either. However, whether it's good or not is debatable! The size of the rice bowl needs to be bigger to be considered large! The slim pieces were extremely delicious.

Yakiniku restaurant in Shinbashi. Ordered a set of 5 assorted beef hormone dishes, kimchi assortment, cold noodles, and butter-grilled liver. Each piece of hormone was large and delicious. The kimchi had an authentic taste, and the addition of negi kimchi was a pleasant surprise. The cold noodles were lightly flavored, but paired well with the rich hormone dishes, and I even drank all the soup. The butter-grilled liver was a unique and tasty dish. The cost performance was great, and I was able to eat to my heart's content. I definitely want to go back again.

On Saturday at 9:30 PM, I made a reservation and visited a terrace that was full, so we sat in a booth inside. The liver sashimi and butter liver were incredibly delicious with the liver melting in your mouth. The butter liver was cooked with eggs to make a delicious egg dish. We ordered a 5-item hormone platter to share among three people, which was a satisfying portion. The comtan soup, which was made less spicy as per our request, had a delicious flavor that was very satisfying. They also offer large-sized drinks. The restaurant had a lot of staff members, so the service was excellent. I ended up eating too much because the food was so delicious. It's understandable why this place is so popular!

I went to a smokeless roaster and although it didn't have much suction, I enjoyed some delicious hormone dishes. The morning training beef liver was especially tasty, with a unique flavor, but unfortunately they were sold out when I tried to order more. I ended up ordering the butter liver, which was said to be of the same quality. While the freshness was noticeably different, it was still a unique dish that worked well as a snack.
