I felt like eating shabu-shabu, so I came to this restaurant in Kyoto, Uzumasa, which is about a 15-minute taxi ride away. I made a reservation for a group at a table seat. I like pork, so I tried both pork shabu-shabu and beef, but I still prefer pork shabu-shabu. The vegetables were delicious, and the dipping sauce was tasty too. I want to go back again! It seems they also have a location in Tokyo!

I went to Kyoto Tsuyushabu CHIRIRI main store for dinner on the first day of my trip. It had been a while since my last visit, and I really like this place. For dinner on the first day of my trip to Kyoto, I went to Tsuyushabu CHIRIRI main store! It had been a while since I had shabu-shabu, and my heart was filled with joy. The sesame tofu was incredibly delicious when dipped in the broth. It was my first time trying shabu-shabu with the broth, and it was absolutely amazing. The meat, as well as the vegetables, were all delicious. I would love to visit again in the future.

199th shop for becoming popular: Today, I visited Kyoto's Tsuyushabu CHIRIRI main store! I ordered the ¥5,500 course! It included sesame tofu, vegetables, pork, beef, soba noodles, and warabi mochi. The special dipping sauce for shabu-shabu was delicious. There were options for both sirloin and loin beef. After eating the soba noodles, I was completely full! At night, we went to this second restaurant which had a ryokan-like atmosphere and could accommodate quite a large number of people. The shabu-shabu dish, where you dip thinly sliced green onions in a light Japanese-style broth, was absolutely delicious. The quality of the meat was also very high, and we left completely satisfied!

This time, I visited Kyoto Tsuyushabu CHIRIRI Honten, a authentic shabu-shabu restaurant in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto! It was my first time trying shabu-shabu with their special broth! The vegetables, meatballs, and meat were all delicious! I usually don't eat a lot, but this time I ate to my heart's content instead of just drinking. I was very satisfied!

On the first night of my trip to Kyoto, I visited Kyoto Tsuyushabu CHIRIRI main store! It's a place where you can enjoy authentic Tsuyushabu. We had vegetables and meat cooked in a hot pot. It was so delicious... after eating vegetables, meatballs, pork, etc., we enjoyed the main dish of Omi beef! It was amazing. To finish off, we had soba noodles for a refreshing and satisfying dinner. If I visit Kyoto again, I would definitely want to go back to this restaurant! Now, onto the next restaurant!

I visited the famous CHIRIRI main store known for its hot pot with dipping sauce in Kyoto for my second stop of the food tour! The delicious hot pot, where you dip pork and Kyo-negi in warm broth, was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, and I enjoyed the meal very much! I will definitely visit again. ^_^

I went here for the first time in a while. The large building has a lovely Kyoto-style exterior. We took off our shoes before entering. We were a large group, so we sat at a spacious table. The shabu-shabu with plenty of green onions in the dipping sauce was delicious. We even had soba noodles for dessert and left feeling very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

On the first night of my trip to Kyoto, I started at Chiriri. First, we toasted with bottled beer. The atmosphere was great with a traditional Japanese house style. We each had a large plate of pork, and there was sliced beef in the box below, which was incredibly marbled! It was delicious with plenty of green onions in the dipping sauce.

I ordered a comparison course of shabu-shabu pork and beef, which tasted amazing when dipped in the sauce. The marbled beef paired perfectly with the sauce, which had a unique flavor similar to soy sauce with added green onions. Even the warabi mochi at the end was delicious, leaving me completely satisfied.

First visit. I was worried about getting lost, so I took a taxi and ended up in a surprisingly quiet place with a traditional townhouse-style restaurant. The atmosphere was great and I was pleasantly surprised. I opted for the standard course with a private room, adding a 1000 yen fee for the private room, costing around 6000 yen per person. We had Kyoto pork, Omi beef, soba, and dessert. Feeling like it wasn't enough, we also ordered sashimi, rolled omelette, and the Baumkuchen pork shoulder that I had been wanting to try. My companion loves sesame sauce, so we ordered an extra portion for 550 yen, which seemed a bit expensive! But dining in a spacious tatami room with just the two of us, enjoying delicious sukiyaki, made it seem worth it. We were seated on the second floor, while the first floor had a more casual and lively atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful. I would like to visit again and consider using this place for business entertainment. Thank you for the meal.

There are private rooms available for a leisurely dining experience, perfect for business entertainment as well. The shabu-shabu, served with delicious broth, is exceptional! A guest came, so I decided to try a restaurant I had been wanting to visit. Shabu-shabu is always a safe choice, and the prices were quite reasonable. The place had a nice atmosphere, which made my guest smile when I brought them there. They even seated us in a private room for just the two of us, which was a nice touch. We tried the Tsuyu shabu-shabu and compared it to Omi beef, which was like having Kyoto-style shabu-shabu with dashi broth, similar to a yakiniku restaurant. The Omi beef was delicious with ponzu sauce. The soba noodles at the end were cooked by the owner and made from Omi soba. My friend hadn't heard of it before, but I joked that in Tokyo, they probably only eat Chinese soba. In Kansai, Shiga Prefecture is known for Japanese soba. The main restaurant has been around for 100 years, with a beautiful garden, and it seems popular with female customers. I definitely want to bring my wife here next time!

I visited for dinner. The highlight was the Baumkuchen pork shabu-shabu. The pork is thinly sliced and cooked in hot water until it shrinks and turns white. It's called Chiriri because of this process. I enjoyed it with plenty of green onions in the broth. It was really delicious! The broth was light and easy to eat. You can also have extra green onions if you like. I started with champagne and then switched to sake, which went well with the meal. The final dish of Japanese soba noodles was also delicious. I had a great meal at Chiriri main store in Kyoto.
