I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch and ordered the fried rice set with black and white options. My wife chose black and I chose white, but to be honest, I couldn't really tell the difference. We also ordered boiled dumplings as an extra dish. The aroma of coriander was really nice. We enjoyed eating them with the special sauce provided. The texture was smooth and the flavor of the filling spread in our mouths. The dumplings in the set were good, but I felt like the ones I had as takeout before were even better. Maybe my expectations were too high for the set dumplings. Overall, the food was delicious, but I think I'll come back for dinner next time!

I visited a restaurant after reading an article about a certain comedian using it for their wedding reception after-party. It seems like a fun place for those who enjoy drinking alcohol. It's also good for just having a meal. The dumplings come in three options: with garlic, lots of garlic, or without garlic. The set meal offers a choice between having dumplings or not. Since it's a Chinese restaurant, it might be enjoyable to order a variety of dishes with a group of people. I wanted to try the fried rice, but they only accept cash. However, if you just order a set meal, it's only 1,000 yen and you'll get change back, so it's wallet-friendly.

I experienced the sauna on the rooftop of the main store of Yichuan Gyoza through crowdfunding and it was amazing. Afterwards, I tried almost all the menu items through crowdfunding. The drinks had famous people's names written on them, which looked cool. I ordered both black and white fried rice because they had both options. I had never tried white fried rice before and found it delicious, so I prefer white now. The mini hamburger was small but packed with flavor, including tomatoes. The bottled beers were Sapporo Black Label and Asahi. The sours were crisp and refreshing, with varying levels of intensity but all very tasty. I ordered the Super Deep Gyoza with extra garlic, and I love eating it with vinegar and pepper. I ate and drank a lot during the all-you-can-eat-and-drink session and left very satisfied. I want to eat gyoza and drink beer again after the sauna.

Popular dumpling restaurant with small-sized dumplings that are easy to eat and reasonably priced. Perfect for when you want a quick bite. My recommendation is the pan-fried dumplings and boiled dumplings. The lunchtime deals seem worth it, so I plan to visit again. #Isagawa Gyoza Nakajima #dumplings #dumpling specialty store #dumpling lover #Kyoto gourmet

Second stop on the dumpling tour. The potato salad, which is described as being made by crushing the ingredients of oden, has a strong flavor with onion fries adding a nice touch! We ordered dumplings with garlic and without garlic. Both have a chewy skin, with the garlic one having a punchy flavor and the non-garlic one having a ginger kick, each with their own delicious characteristics. We finished with black fried rice, which is identical to the fried rice at Shin Fukunai Kan. The minced ginger adds a nice flavor variation.

A hidden gem in a residential neighborhood, this Chinese dumpling restaurant is a must-visit. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a quick stop after a visit to the nearby public bath. The dumplings are filled with plenty of vegetables, giving them a healthy and satisfying taste. The shiso chu-hai is refreshing, especially when enjoyed with some crunchy cucumbers as a snack while waiting for your order. The fried rice is surprisingly delicious, and the boiled dumplings topped with cilantro are a must-try. I wish I had taken photos of the food, but it was too good to resist. I hope to visit again soon and explore more of their menu options.

The dumplings were really delicious. The skin was thin and crispy, and the size was just right, making it quite ideal! The glasses had the names of celebrities written on them, but many of them were minor celebrities that I didn't know, so it wasn't as fun as I had hoped. However, it was already full before 6 pm, so I think it's quite a popular restaurant.

On a regular day at 8 pm, I made a same-day phone reservation at a dumpling restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. The menu offers a variety of dishes, with the Tianjin-style curry-flavored rice (¥830) catching my eye. I forgot to take photos, but the dumplings were like ordinary frozen dumplings, lacking any special or distinctive features. The prices are reasonable, giving off a casual vibe, but as a recommended dumpling spot, I didn't feel much satisfaction. I enjoyed the Tianjin rice the most, although it felt more like a curry rice bowl with an egg on top. What stood out to me the most was that the staff, who seemed like part-time workers, were preparing the dishes, but the menu lacked any dishes that felt authentically prepared, giving off a vibe of easy-to-cook items even for part-time workers. It reminded me of a place like Saizeriya, but with affordable prices. I don't think I will be returning.

I went to buy the Mont Blanc that I had asked Oufudo to reserve, so I decided to have lunch nearby. I got off at Hankyu Karasuma and found a restaurant on the way that I had been wanting to try for dim sum lunch, but unfortunately, it was closed. I thought about going up to Marutamachi, but decided to try the Isogawa Gyoza Nakajima restaurant that I still haven't been to. I ordered the fried rice set meal, garlic-free gyoza, and a bottle of beer. The gyoza was meaty but had a light flavor, very delicious! Gyoza and beer are the best combination! The fried rice, despite its dark color, was light and full of ingredients. The miso soup had a strong bonito flavor but was also mild and tasty. I had imagined that this old establishment would have a hearty seasoning, but everything had an elegant taste. The gyoza seemed endless and the beer was so good that I wanted to have another one, but I had other places to go even though it was a day off, so I managed to resist. The only downside was that they only accepted cash for payment. Lately, I've been finding it troublesome to use cash, so I wish they would at least introduce PayPay. Next time, I'll also try the Dan Kuriten shop that I always pass by. #Gyoza #Isogawa Gyoza Nakajima #Isogawa #Fried Rice #Beer #Kyoto #Kyoto Famous Restaurants #Kyoto Gourmet #Kyoto Chinese Cuisine #Kyoto Restaurant Tour #Kyoto Gyoza #Meaty Flavor #Asahi Beer #Delicious Restaurants in Kyoto #Kyoto Gourmet #Kyoto #yamy #iphone13 #Karasuma #cats #catsofinstagram #Garlic #cat #catlover #Dogs and Cats #Dogs Live on Love #Catstagram #cats_of_instagram #cats_of_world

The other day, I visited a gyoza izakaya in Kyoto that I had been to for lunch drinks about 2 and a half years ago. It's located a 6-minute walk from Marutamachi Station and a 7-minute walk from Nijojo-mae Station.
Gyoza Deep (with garlic) 5 pieces 300 yen
Egg Char Siu 640 yen
Potato Salad 420 yen
Fried Rice (black) 680 yen
Bottled Beer 550 yen
Shochu Highball 500 yen
At Nakajima-san, when you drink alcohol, you are provided with a glass with a famous person's name on it. The glass is randomly selected, so it's a surprise whose name will be on the glass. This time, I got a highball glass with Minami Tanaka's name on it, which got me excited.
The gyoza is simple with a good meaty texture, and it's a size that even men can eat in one bite! Perfect with alcohol. For the finale, there's the black fried rice! It wasn't as strong in flavor as it looks, so it's recommended for women too!
The interior of the restaurant has a neo-popular pub atmosphere, making it a good place to drink with friends or even alone. I would like to visit again when drinking in Kyoto! Thank you for the meal.

While riding my bicycle, I stumbled upon a restaurant where people were having lunch! I think I saw this place featured on Yahoo! NEWS before! Let's go check it out! I decided to get the fried rice set. Huh? 990 yen? For this portion? I was skeptical at first, but the quality was really good! They focus on using domestic ingredients, so it's understandable that the prices are high. However, the fact that the lacquer inside the miso soup bowl was peeling off was a bit disappointing... I bet the menu is more exciting at night! (laughs)

I arrived at the restaurant just after 11 am and was able to be seated right away. It had a nice atmosphere for a dumpling restaurant. I ordered the Deep Fried Dumplings (with garlic) 5 pieces for 300 yen, Steamed Dumplings 5 pieces with coriander for 390 yen, Bean Sprout Namul for 420 yen, and Cucumber Pickles with vinegar miso for 420 yen. They only accept cash payments.

Today's lunchtime visit again. Last time I had the fried rice set with black soy sauce, but this time I chose white soy sauce. It had finely chopped pickled ginger which added a wonderful accent. It was light yet flavorful, and also delicious. However, personally I prefer the black soy sauce.

It had been a while since I last went, and there was a new menu item - fried rice with two options of soy sauce, black and white. I chose the black soy sauce and it was delicious with a strong soy sauce flavor. It made me crave ramen. I also ordered an extra serving of dumplings, which were cooked perfectly and very tasty. I go to many dumpling restaurants, but this one is the best in my opinion.

After finishing work at a regular Kyoto job, there was a regular drinking session at a gyoza restaurant near Marutamachi Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line. The atmosphere was lively with a selection of young people. The closest station is Marutamachi Station on the Karasuma Line, about a 10-minute walk from the Nijo Castle area. The place was a gyoza restaurant, where they served large bottles of Akaboshi beer and had glasses with the names of famous people like Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Yanagi Toshiro, and Moriwaki Kenji. The older members got the first choice privilege, so I picked Yanagi Toshiro. We toasted with chilled Akaboshi beer and ordered cucumber pickles, deep-fried gyoza, coleslaw, egg char siu, and more. The cucumber pickles were a perfect accompaniment to the gyoza, which had a strong garlic flavor. The coleslaw had a unique twist to it, and we couldn't resist ordering more dishes like chicken liver stew and stir-fried hollow-stem vegetable. The food was surprisingly delicious, and we couldn't help but enjoy the company of the "celebrities" on the glasses. The atmosphere was fun and the food was top-notch, making it a great place to have a good time after work.

During a trip to Kyoto, I visited two restaurants at night and was already full. However, while walking around my accommodation, I stumbled upon a very charming dumpling restaurant. Despite being quite full, I couldn't resist and decided to go in. The staff were energetic and provided great service. I ordered the Garlic Gyoza for 300 yen, the recommended Fried Gyoza by a female staff member for 390 yen, and the Boiled Gyoza with cilantro on top for 390 yen. You can create your own sauce here with soy sauce, vinegar, black vinegar, and pepper. The Garlic Gyoza was delicious, juicy, with a hint of garlic flavor, and the thin skin made it easy to eat. Both the fried and boiled dumplings were excellent as well. Everything was so tasty!

I was looking at Instagram and was really excited to try this dumpling restaurant. I went to Kyoto just to eat dumplings and it did not disappoint!! The taste was amazing and the cost performance was also great. The restaurant had a traditional Chinese vibe and the quality of the food was top-notch. The names of the menu items were also very clever. It has become my favorite restaurant where I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Yes, let's go to Kyoto. On the way back from Inokura, I wanted to quickly have some gyoza. Ebisugawa Gyoza Nakajima has thin-skinned gyoza that are crispy on the outside and filled with juicy Kyoto pork. They are so delicious! Gyoza Deep, 5 pieces for 300 yen. They are cooked in lard for a crispy texture. The glasses have celebrity names written on them. They have affordable menu options. These healthy gyoza won't give you indigestion even if you eat them late at night. Ebisugawa Gyoza Nakajima is located at 652-1 Yakushimachi, Nishinotoin-dori Ebisugawa Agaru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City. Phone: 075-223-0141. Open from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, closed on Tuesdays. About a 6-minute walk from Marutamachi Station on the Karasuma Subway Line. #EbisugawaGyozaNakajima #GyozaLover #KyotoGourmet

I recently fell in love with Nakajima Special. It's a luxurious and fancy lunch with a variety of options. It gives me the energy to work hard in the afternoon. The dumplings here are the most delicious I've had in any restaurant. The dedication to their craft as a specialty store is truly impressive. I will definitely visit again.

The dumplings were crispy and very delicious. There was an option for garlic or no garlic, but personally I recommend the garlic one! Also, the char siu was really tasty, so I highly recommend ordering it. They have a variety of glasses which is fun. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice! Thank you for the meal.
