It's been a few years since my last visit. The service is good and the food is delicious. They bring the hot okonomiyaki, cooked on a hot iron plate, directly to your table.

Late at night and looking for dinner in Fukuchiyama can be a challenge as options are limited. After searching on Tabelog, I found a restaurant that was open until close to midnight. I decided to try their okonomiyaki, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The okonomiyaki was bland, with a strong taste of flour and poorly cooked cabbage. The portion size was small and lacked flavor. Overall, it was one of the worst okonomiyaki dishes I have ever had. It seems like this chain restaurant may not be the best choice for a satisfying meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I moved here quite a while ago and haven't had okonomiyaki at a restaurant for a long time. I wanted to have professional okonomiyaki after a long time, so I ended up coming in. Actually, I had no idea this restaurant existed. The traffic light turned red and the car in front slowed down, and I saw it. (laughs) I always feel like having alcohol with okonomiyaki, so I want it to go. When I asked inside the restaurant, they agreed. It took about 20 minutes until it was ready. I was bored waiting, so I looked through the menu and found a menu for takeout. (laughs) When I got home, I took a bite first. The sauce is sweet. Hmm... I'm not a fan of this sweetness. The noodles are chewy. The egg flavor is nice. The pork is crispy. Just the way I like it. There are plenty of squid, shrimp, and scallops inside. And... something seems to be missing... Oh! There's no bonito flakes on top. Maybe they don't put it on for takeout? They had it on the table for self-service at the restaurant. I quickly sprinkled it on. It made a huge difference. Of course, it goes well with alcohol too. I devoured it. There was a spicy sauce on the table, so if I had chosen that, my evaluation might have been different. The staff could ask customers which sauce they prefer, it might make them even more satisfied. If there's no choice, then there's nothing to be done. I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

Okonomiyaki was fluffy and the pork was crispy, but there was a lack of cabbage which resulted in a lack of texture and ingredients. It felt like there were not enough ingredients. I didn't like the sweet sauce, it was too sweet for me. The dish was served already cooked with sauce and mayonnaise, so I didn't have the option to choose. I could add bonito flakes and seaweed to my liking, but... There was a spicy sauce on the table, so I tried adding it, but it turned out to be a very spicy chili sauce. I was expecting a Worcestershire sauce with pepper for a spicy kick, so it was a bit surprising. I also ordered the sauce yakisoba with squid, but it was too sweet, very sweet. I had to stop eating halfway through. I couldn't eat it without water. The amount of ingredients was also lacking, especially the squid. I also ordered the chicken tail skewers, but they tasted like frozen food...
