We mostly chose sushi for around 100 yen each, but the limited-time bintoro, the classic tempura roll, and hamachi were delicious! The quality was on par with other similar restaurants, and I think the satisfaction level is even higher! Also, they had a variety of soy sauces like Hama Sushi, and the wasabi and pickled ginger were also delicious.

The quality difference between a 187 yen sushi and a 110 yen sushi is significant. The "Sushi Restaurant-style Seared Bonito" was also delicious. The ebi tempura nigiri and tekkamaki had the usual consistent taste (o^-')b. I felt satisfied even after having another plate, a good balance in my stomach (^^). It was a satisfying meal, thank you m(_ _)m. P.S. There seems to have been a change in the seating number assignment system!? Previously, even if the seats were empty, they would fill them up in a skipping pattern from the edge, but now it seems like they leave spaces between seats if they're available, allowing customers to spread out more. If both seats next to me are empty, it doesn't feel cramped, and it's become more relaxing to eat (^^). This is a nice change in the system (o^-')b.

The pickled ginger today didn't seem to be soaked in sweet vinegar, it lacked sweetness and the ginger flavor was strong, a bit spicy. I'm satisfied, thank you for the meal.

Sea urchin is my favorite, so I ordered 3 plates right away... Oh no, I fell for the photo deception! (laughs) Considering the price, the cost performance is still good. The sea urchin was a complete rip-off! It was not tasty, with a lot of sinew and not even close to being fatty tuna. I made a mistake ordering 2 plates. The actual dish looks very different from the photo. If you order, make sure to check each plate before ordering, otherwise you'll be shocked when the dish arrives. It looks meager. But the taste is delicious. The rice portion is on the smaller side! However, during busy times, even if you order, it takes a long time for the dish to be served. I don't know if it's because of the annoying videos, but the dishes don't seem to be circulating constantly. It's a hassle to have to order pickled ginger separately. However, they introduced a new menu where you can order individual pieces for 50 yen (excluding tax), which allows you to try various types of sushi. I tried the "Impressive Corn" sushi, which was recommended by Rino Sashihara, but it was not as impressive as she described. The fresh-caught yellowtail sushi was also disappointing.
