The kimchi was not too spicy and had a nice tanginess, perfect for mixing with the beef tendon bowl. The seaweed soup was just right in terms of flavor. Although you can't get a refill on the bowl, the large serving was quite filling. The beef tendons were all tender and delicious, but I wish there was a bit more fat on them.
