Today's dessert time was at Rose Bakery. After getting off the elevator, I spotted the sign but mistook it for a clothing store and circled the floor. I found some table seats next to the clothing store, went inside, and called a staff member to be seated. I ordered the following:
- Carrot Cake for 715 yen (tax included)
- Iced Coffee for 638 yen
The carrot cake had walnuts and a cheesecake on top in a chimney-like shape. The subtle bitterness and nuttiness of the walnuts added a nice accent, and the richness and flavor of the cheese paired very well. It's a cake that showcases excellent taste. The vegetable cake, made with carrots, was so delicious that there was no guilt associated with it. It was a fantastic combination. The iced coffee was also very authentic and had a rich flavor. Thank you for the meal.

- Earl Grey Tea -> 660 yen
- Carrot Cake -> 715 yen
I finally got to try the carrot cake I've been wanting to eat for so long. It was delicious! The carrot cake had plenty of carrots, cinnamon, and cream cheese, just as I had hoped. The Earl Grey tea was also served in a pot, providing about two full cups. However, due to the layout of the shop, the noise from the kitchen and conversations can be quite loud, which may make it less relaxing. The scones looked very delicious too, so I would like to try them as a takeaway next time and enjoy them at home. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant on a weekday night after 7 pm. There were hardly any people there, and I thought they might be closing already. I asked one of the staff if they were still open, and they said it was just before the last order. I decided to stay and ordered the soup of the day and an Americano. They were only serving soup, salad, etc. at that time, and they had already run out of bread. The staff recommended the Americano, which was really good. The soup was made with beets, which I usually don't like, but it was surprisingly delicious and not overpowering. I didn't know they also served hot Americano, I always thought it was only iced. It was also very tasty! I was disappointed they didn't have carrot cake though. I'll have to come back for that next time! Thank you for the meal!

On a day off, I visited the restaurant right after it opened. Despite being early, there were already a few customers. I ordered the rumored weekend-only pancakes. They were made with whole wheat flour, fluffy yet with a crispy surface. The lack of sweetness was complemented well by the bananas, which were just the right amount. The light texture made it perfect for a snack. It was delicious, thank you. Next, I will try the carrot cake.

Visited around 5 pm after reading a post about the delicious carrot cake, but unfortunately it was sold out. Instead, I ordered a lemon polenta cake and a hot cafe latte. The latte art was a bit blurry but charming in its own way. The lemon polenta cake had a strong lemon fragrance and was moist and delicious. I'll make sure to visit earlier next time to try the carrot cake. Lemon polenta cake 715 yen + latte 715 yen = 1430 yen. Thank you for the meal.

Visited on Monday at 5:00 pm. I often come to Ginza, but there are still many places I don't know, and I had never heard of this shop or even this building. Unlike the upscale department stores that are common in Ginza, this place felt very modern. The clientele was young, which was different from the image I had of Ginza. All the customers who came out of the elevator I was waiting for were foreigners. I thought Ginza had many historic cafes, so I assumed this place would be similar, but it was completely different. The white walls and concrete floors were so bright that they hurt my eyes, with small square tables in a natural wood grain style. I purposely came on a Monday evening to avoid the crowds, but as a result, all the cakes on offer were sold out. Since I was already full, I just ordered an espresso. It's not the type of place where a middle-aged man would visit alone. I think it's a good place to chat with friends in between shopping. I only ordered an espresso, so I did not include ratings for food and drinks.

Uniqlo Ginza store is located in Komatsu Building, which actually has an East Wing and a West Wing. The cafe is located on the 7th floor of the West Wing, where Uniqlo does not occupy all floors. It opens at 11 am, and when I visited on a Saturday at 11:10 am, it was about 30% full, so I was able to relax. Even when I left around 11:50 am, it was about 60-70% full, making it a hidden gem for a cafe break during the weekend shopping in Ginza.
The Latte (including tax 715 yen) was delicious. The interior of the cafe is clean and neat, but it is not divided into separate rooms. When you get off the elevator, you are greeted with this empty space where the cafe is set up with tables and chairs. It feels like they just decided to open a cafe in this vacant space. The tables and chairs, as well as the layout, give it a somewhat school-like atmosphere. The ceiling is not exposed, but the floor is intentionally left unpaved, giving it an interesting vibe. I didn't find this cafe particularly stylish, but it was intriguing in various ways.
Most of the customers were women, and many were having salad meals. I didn't have lunch there that day, but I heard their Carrot Cake is famous, so I would like to try their pastries next time.

Snack [Top 100 Cafe in 2022 on Tabelog]
- Orange Almond Cake ¥605
- Carrot & Apple & Ginger ¥990
Located on the 7th floor of Dover Street Market in Ginza, the café "Rose Bakery" offers a variety of healthy treats made with organic ingredients. The café has a spacious seating area with tables neatly arranged, giving off a foreign cafeteria vibe. The main store is in Paris, and they also have a branch in Marunouchi, Tokyo. While their Carrot Cake is a popular choice, I decided to try the "Orange Almond Cake" and paired it with the "Carrot & Apple & Ginger" juice. The juice is a healthy blend of carrot, apple, and ginger, offering a refreshing and flavorful taste. The gluten-free "Orange Almond Cake" has a delightful citrusy flavor from the orange and lemon, with the almond adding a nice touch. It's a great spot to enjoy some healthy sweets and drinks for a relaxing break.

The carrot cake was good, but not as tasty as I expected. For carrot cake, I think Bluff Bakery has a better flavor with strong spices. The interior of the restaurant is stylish, but it may not be the most relaxing atmosphere.

It was an open and clean space. The drinks and food were plentiful, making it perfect for a light meal. The iced coffee was a generous size and satisfying! I visited in the early afternoon on a holiday, and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time.

The 7th floor of the building is a clean and refreshing shop. The carrot cake I wanted was sold out! It must be popular. I ended up ordering a plain scone and an iced coffee. The scone had a firm texture with whole wheat flour, and the marmalade served with it had a nice texture. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Visited during the daytime on a regular day. Rose Cafe on the 7th floor of a fashion building (select shop). The air conditioning is quite strong, making it feel like an oasis when arriving in the heat. However, be careful as staying for a long time can make you feel cold. Ordered an iced coffee and carrot cake. The carrot cake was delicious, with lots of shredded carrots inside. The top part of the cake was made of cream cheese. The strong cinnamon flavor of the sponge cake harmonized well with the cream cheese. It seems that they do not offer lunch, only cafe service, so I would like to try that next time.

I visited before noon. It is located on the 7th floor of Ginza Komatsu. It is a spacious cafe, easy to find as soon as you arrive on the 7th floor. There are many seats available. Since it was before noon, there were only two groups there, but it started to get crowded around lunchtime. There were many women dining alone. I ordered a scone for 450 yen as a light snack. It was warm and freshly made. The homemade jam was marmalade. The scone itself was not very sweet, so when eaten with the marmalade, it had just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you for the meal ⭐︎

I've been to a different store before and it was narrow, so I was surprised that this store is surprisingly spacious. The staff were polite and left a good impression. I ordered scones and carrot cake because I like their scones. The scones were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside when reheated. They were delicious and made me smile. The carrot cake seemed to be a type that everyone likes, with no strong flavors, and was tasty. The shape was cute, which made it a bit difficult to eat, but I thought the shape was nice because it was cute.

I came here thinking of eating carrot cake...!!! A delicious carrot cake with a lot of icing cream piled up high. Many of my fellow reviewers like carrot cake, so I was curious about it. But... I've hated carrots since I was a child...((( °ω° ;))) I asked the staff before ordering, "Does it taste like carrots?" "Hmm, it doesn't really taste like carrots, but it's not like it doesn't taste like carrots at all." (꒪ᗜ꒪ ‧̣̥̇) Scary... carrots... "Well... um... I'll have the rose lemon cake instead ♡ And also, an English breakfast tea!" I suddenly lost my courage and missed ordering the carrot cake (/ω\*) But this rose lemon cake! The icing cream has a lovely rose flavor, which goes well with the lemon tang, and it was really delicious! And, even though I usually prefer coffee, the tea here was really tasty! It has a mild bitterness and a refreshing aftertaste!! I actually like this kind of tea! I really liked this place♡ The staff was very kind and thoughtful, with wonderful service. I will definitely come back again!!

Visit time: 14:55
Queue at the time of visit: 3 people
Entry time: 15:15
Ordered:
Earl Grey 660 yen
Scone 440 yen
Located on the 7th floor of a building opposite Uniqlo, this stylish cafe resembles a trendy exhibition space. It is popular among couples and groups of women. The Earl Grey tea was served in a pot and was deliciously hot. The scone, which came with two small pieces of butter and homemade orange jam, was tasty even without any toppings. It was a delightful experience, and I enjoyed both the scone and the tea. Thank you for the meal.

Visited during a 3-day weekend in the early afternoon with no wait. Ordered the Mushroom Open Sandwich and Carrot Cake with Earl Grey tea. Heard they were running out of Carrot Cake shortly after I ordered, so it's best to come early if that's what you're after. The Mushroom Open Sandwich could use a bit more saltiness. It would be nice if they provided condiments. Maybe adding a poached egg would make it more flavorful? The Carrot Cake was as delicious as ever, very satisfying.

This was my first visit to this place that I had been curious about for a while. I arrived a little after 5 PM on a Sunday and there was a wait for one group ahead of me, so I was able to get in relatively smoothly. However, many items were sold out, including pancakes, brownies, and most of the other baked goods, so perhaps this time of day is not very popular. The interior of the shop is spacious, which is nice, but it has a simple and plain atmosphere, almost like a trendy food court. I ordered a pistachio cake and a cafe latte. The pistachio cake was moist and had a good balance of sweetness with a nice pistachio flavor. It paired well with the soft latte. Unfortunately, the service here was a bit lacking. The total cost of my order (including tax) was 715 yen for the pistachio cake and 715 yen for the cafe latte, paid with iD.

A cafe located on the 7th floor of Ginza Komatsu Nishikan. It was a bit hard to find at first because it is connected to a clothing store. I mistook the line for the clothing store, but it turned out to be the line for this cafe! Since it seemed like it would take a while, I decided to get takeout. I got the pistachio cake and the rose lemon cake. The pistachio cake had a lot of pistachios in it, and it was fluffy yet rich with pistachio flavor, absolutely delicious. As a pistachio lover, I couldn't get enough of it. The rose lemon cake had a fresh taste to it, not bad at all. Next time, I want to try the lemon tart.
