"Wine bar in Karasuma Marutamachi. Ordered Sauteed turban shell with herb butter for 680 yen, Tulip fries (3 pieces) for 680 yen, Omi beef hamburger with demi-glace sauce for 1800 yen, and Fukuoka Orphée de Jules' Campania baguette for 200 yen. The flavors are rich and delicious. They also offer shrimp fry and omelette rice, making it a place where adults can enjoy until the end, like a Western-style restaurant. The atmosphere of the machiya is also nice."

You can enjoy a unique noodle dish that is like ramen, like soba, at this stylish restaurant where you can also have wine at night. It's relatively casual for lunch. There are two types of ramen: white (900 yen) and black (1000 yen). The noodles are called "Sander noodles." Are they homemade noodles? You can also add a set for an additional 200 yen. The clear, very elegant soup has a unique flavor with a strong peppery taste. The water dumplings are smooth and filled with plenty of meat juice, delicious. Looking around the restaurant, the blue tiles used in some parts look cool. It must be nice at night too... although I feel a bit hesitant to go without being able to drink wine... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Vibrant tan-tan noodles have appeared, so I took a moment to admire them before picking up my chopsticks. When I lifted the noodles from the cold soup, I noticed they had a unique wing shape. These are the Wing Noodles from the long-established noodle shop in Kyoto, Menya Teiaku. The noodles, as the name suggests, have a winged shape, allowing them to hold onto the soup well. The cold soup can be easily slurped down, giving a strange and delightful sensation. Enjoy the aroma of bonito flakes while savoring this Chinese soba. Be sure to try it out this summer!

I had the duck ramen this time following the chicken ramen last time. I forgot to mention, but I had the hot version this time. Still, it was delicious... I was surprised to find three slices of duck meat in the bowl. The duck meat sold in supermarkets is often fatty, but this was completely different. It had a rich and deep flavor with no unpleasant smell. A small amount of myoga was added as a garnish, giving it a refreshing taste. The set meal also included delicious rice, water dumplings, and pickled vegetables. Although I could use more rice, I am satisfied at 80% full. Thank you for the meal today as well.

I visited around 11:30 on a weekday. There were no other customers. I had the chilled duck ramen for 1000 yen. It had mitsuba and pink pepper in it, and I think there were also shiso leaves and myoga. I could taste various flavors in each bite. The duck was delicious and the slices were slightly larger than usual. It seems they will also be serving chilled ramen with white, black, and tantan flavors in 2022.

The cold soup is richly flavored with fat, even though it's cold. I always wonder why the fat doesn't solidify when eating chilled ramen. The soup feels cold when it enters the mouth. It includes garnishes like mitsuba and myoga, showing the restaurant's dedication to enjoying summer. It's not cheap, but delicious. The chicken chashu is sweet and savory, with a firm texture. It might be from a mature chicken. The water dumplings that come with rice for 200 yen are also surprising.

A retro and stylish shop renovated from a townhouse located in the south of the Imperial Palace. The staff are polite and kind. Starting with the recommended slightly sour potato salad. The acidity of it is addictive. Country-style pate. A delicious and meaty pate. Horse meat and grilled eggplant tartare. Refreshing and tasty. Plump oyster fry with a simple and delicious tartar sauce. Tongue stew, the tongue is tender and melts in your mouth. Lobster gratin with Americaine sauce. The thick flesh of the lobster and the lobster sauce give it a great flavor. Spicy tomato pasta with sakura shrimp. It's a tomato sauce, but the scent and flavor of the sakura shrimp are still there. I chose wine from these two options. I went with the French wine on the right. They offer a variety of wines if you let them know your preference. For dessert, I had a tea-flavored Catalan-style baked financier with baked apple and vanilla ice cream. The portion sizes are not too big, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes without getting tired. It's truly a great restaurant!

I visited this restaurant around 12 o'clock after seeing it in the Kyoto information magazine, leaf. The visual appeal of the place caught my attention, and I decided to try the duck soba set. I was unsure if it was ramen or soba at first, but it turned out to be delicious. The rice was particularly tasty. I wish they had served delicious pickles instead of the usual pickled vegetables. The alcohol was warm, with a degree of 80. When mixed, it became hot. Parking nearby cost 200 yen.

A charming townhouse near the Kyoto Imperial Mausoleum. From the exterior, you would never imagine that you can enjoy organic wine and delicious food here. The interior, with its well-worn counters and tables, creates a cozy atmosphere like being invited to a friend's home. The only rule is that the food must go well with wine. The menu features a variety of dishes that blend Japanese and Western flavors, such as herb-infused dumplings and horse meat and grilled eggplant tartare. For lunch, they offer a limited 20 servings of Chinese soba noodles in a flavorful broth. I tried the Chicken White Soba set (1000 yen), which came with water dumplings, pickled vegetables, and rice. They also have a Duck Black Soba option with a soy sauce base.

This shop serves limited 20 servings of ramen for lunch. I arrived around 1 o'clock and ordered the Chicken Soba Set. It didn't take long for the food to be served. The Chicken Soba came with 3 shrimp dumplings, pickled vegetables, and a small portion of rice. The Chicken Soba had thin noodles in a light soup with a well-balanced flavor. The shrimp dumplings and pickled vegetables were also delicious. Looking at other people's photos, the Duck Soba looks tasty too... I want to try it! In the evening, it's a wine and food shop with a nice atmosphere!

Visited "Ryori Wine Ibaraki" located along Marutamachi Street near the Imperial Palace. While they serve Italian and French cuisine at night, I heard they also offer ramen during lunch. I ordered the Duck Black Soba (with special soy sauce and 100% Hokkaido Kitahonami thin noodles) set for 1200 yen. The set included Yohachiro's selected rice, 3 water dumplings, and pickled vegetables. The Duck Black Soba had a black soup made with special soy sauce, topped with three slices of beautiful duck meat, green onions, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, and a hint of bonito flakes. The soup had a clear and refreshing taste with the umami of duck and soy sauce. The noodles, although thin, were firm and smooth, providing a delightful texture. The duck meat was delicious, living up to the restaurant's reputation for Italian and French cuisine. The water dumplings were also tasty, and eating them with Yohachiro's selected rice and pickled vegetables was a nice combination. I look forward to trying the Chicken White Soba or Tan Tan Men next time.

I came around 12:00 pm on November 11, 2020, Wednesday. It was my first time here. I ordered the duck ramen, which was incredibly delicious and amazing. The shrimp dumplings were also delicious and outstanding. The rice was also very tasty. My mouth was filled with happiness. I am completely satisfied and full of joy. Since the menu is extensive, I want to try various dishes. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back. I will enjoy all the ingredients of this world with gratitude. I'm calling for delicious food♪ The more I eat, the more powerful I become♪

I visited around 12:40 on Monday, September 28, 2020. There were three other customers before me. I was feeling hungry, so I ordered a set meal, which was duck soba with water dumplings, rice, and pickled vegetables. The owner runs the place alone, so they only serve 20 portions a day. The rarity adds to its appeal. The taste was very Japanese, with shiitake mushrooms included. The duck flavor was excellent. If it weren't for the pandemic, this place would likely be popular among tourists.

Heading south from the Imperial Palace and heading east on Karasuma Marutamachi, there is a renovated old folk house with a three-meter wide entrance that houses a French restaurant. Despite being a French restaurant, they serve ramen for lunch, limited to 20 servings. Today, on their opening day, I was fortunate enough to visit. They offer two types of ramen, and I chose the duck black soba set. Since it's not widely known yet and I have to eat it, I'll keep this food review brief. Thank you for the meal.

You can enjoy a ramen that is worth paying 1000 yen for, which can be said to be the best ramen with high completion level! Among them, the tantanmen is excellent with rich flavors and textures such as pickled mustard greens, mizuna, and dried shiitake mushrooms!
