I stopped by Branch for lunch while visiting Spa Mizuharu in Matsuiyamate. I ordered the roast beef bowl, which was a limited menu item available only at the counter. I chose the healthy mixed grain rice instead of white rice. The onion sauce served on the side was delicious, but I found the rice to be a bit too hard for my liking. The roast beef was large and tasty. It was a bit disappointing to see a sign stating that limited menu items must be paid for in cash due to cost constraints.

In the Matsuiyamate area, where there are few shops open late, this restaurant stands out with its good atmosphere and operating hours until 11 pm. It's great for a hearty meal or as a second stop for the night. The restaurant specializes in paella, and when I ordered the medium size, I was too full to try other dishes, even though there were many I wanted to try. I noticed they also offer a small size, so next time I'll order that and try more dishes. The bagna cauda, lobster pasta, and beef cheek stew were particularly delicious. Of course, the paella was outstanding. I will definitely visit again.

Recently, on weekdays, it seems that the Costco traffic has calmed down, so I went to Brunch Matsui Yamate, which opened two years ago! It is a complex facility with many restaurants. It has a stylish, natural, and relaxed atmosphere typical of Matsui Yamate. There are so many interesting restaurants, but this time I visited BALGO for lunch! It is a Spanish restaurant. The interior is also stylish. I sat at the counter and ordered the counter-limited sirloin steak bowl, which was highly recommended in reviews. You can choose between mixed grain rice or white rice, and regular or large size! Here it comes! Looks delicious! It's more like a plate than a bowl! My friend who came with me ordered the mixed grain rice in a large size! It's nice that it's 1000 yen tax-included, not excluding tax! By the way, the sirloin steak plate ordered at the table is 1800 yen! The taste... The meat is light and easy to eat. It goes well with the salad next to it. The sauce is not too thick, rather light, allowing you to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients. This goes well with the mixed grain rice. The salad dressing is delicious, and it tastes good even when it's on the rice. They also have a wide variety of takeout menus that look delicious, so it's recommended for those who are curious about eating inside the restaurant as well!

I often go to Matsuiyamate, but this was my first time at this restaurant, and I went because of Goto. It's a bit pricey, but the staff are friendly and the quality of the food is high, so I had a good time and was satisfied. They also have darts, which the kids enjoyed.

I ordered the shrimp one-plate lunch with plenty of garlic. The shrimp was delicious, but the cost performance was not great. I wish it came with soup at least, and I also wanted a bit more volume. They had a special offer of a limited 30 servings of sirloin steak on a one-plate dish for 1,000 yen including tax. The restaurant was already bustling with customers, mostly middle-aged women, even though it was only 11:20 am. I ordered the special sirloin steak plate and an iced coffee. The meal came with a green salad and rice topped with onion sauce and sliced sirloin steak. The steak was surprisingly tender and delicious, and the portion size was just right. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend trying out this limited lunch special at BALGO.

We used this restaurant for a family dinner. Every menu item was delicious and satisfying. My father passed away the other day, and as a result, my mother's appetite has significantly decreased. I wanted to take her to a slightly different restaurant to lift her spirits, so we decided to try it out. As a result, both my mother and I were very satisfied. My mother enjoyed the food so much that she ended up eating too much and feeling sick afterwards! (laughs) We ordered the recommended dishes of aioli, pasta, pizza, and seafood paella, and it was a full course meal that most people would enjoy. Next time, I want to try some meat dishes.
