Opened in the Fushimi Momoyama area in August this year, this Korean dining restaurant exudes a sophisticated charm with its elegant entrance and striking calligraphy. The hidden location underground adds an air of excitement for visitors. The interior is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and classical elements, creating a warm and elegant space with private table seating and a spacious layout. The highlight of the menu is the Minari Samgyupsal, a popular Korean dish made with pork belly and celery, cooked on a special iron griddle. The meat is thick and juicy, complemented by a variety of toppings like vegetables, lettuce, sesame leaves, and sauces. The Sundubu, a spicy seafood stew, is rich and flavorful, especially when mixed with the egg. The meat sashimi assortment features fresh cuts of meat with a perfect balance of texture and flavor. The Kejjan platter includes two types of marinated crab, both fresh and delicious. The restaurant also offers a variety of other dishes like Chorogi salad, Tailpon vinegar, and a selection of courses. The elegant atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food make this Korean dining experience a luxurious and comfortable retreat for any occasion. With its convenient location near the Keihan Fushimi Momoyama Station, this restaurant is perfect for business meetings, family gatherings, or romantic dates. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge in a premium dining experience at this sophisticated Korean restaurant.

I had the most delicious authentic Korean cuisine at Hanbond in Fushimi Momoyama, Kyoto, that I have never tasted before. The manager recommended the thick Matsusaka pork samgyupsal and kejjan, and I had a blissful time enjoying them. The menu I chose included: Thick Matsusaka pork samgyupsal (¥1,590 x 2), Kejjan two kinds platter (¥1,990), Kujyo green onion and seafood chijimi (¥990), Kimbap (¥890), Prinkle chicken (¥650), Solron tan soup (¥790), Beauty vinegar sour (pine) (¥450), Beauty vinegar pomegranate soda mix (¥290). My favorite was the Thick Matsusaka pork samgyupsal, where I wrapped Matsusaka pork, sesame leaves, sliced vegetables, garlic, ssamjang, perilla leaves, kimchi, and pickled radish in lettuce and took a bite. The thick Matsusaka pork was juicy and flavorful, with a satisfying texture, making it the best samgyupsal ever! The Kejjan two kinds platter included Kanjan kejjan and Yangnyeom kejjan. Kanjan kejjan had fresh raw snow crab meat that I could suck up like a noodle, and it was surprisingly rich in flavor. I also got a lucky bonus of sea urchin! Yangnyeom kejjan had a rich taste that paired perfectly with the spicy snow crab meat. The Prinkle chicken was crispy bone-in chicken served with sour cream sauce, which was incredibly delicious and a great deal for 650 yen for 3 pieces. The Solron tan soup was a flavorful soup with sesame leaf powder, kaktugi, and dried seaweed for added flavor. The drink options were plentiful, including makgeolli, chamisul, and bongbong. The location was very convenient, just a minute walk from both the Keihan Fushimi Momoyama Station and Kintetsu Momoyama Goryo-mae Station. The restaurant had a calm atmosphere with private rooms, making it very comfortable. Hanbond is a popular restaurant with great value and delicious food, and I would love to visit again.

It was my first time trying Minari Samgyupsal, and the celery went really well with the meat, I could eat as much as I wanted♡ The meat was Matsuzaka pork!! It was so delicious with little fat. The manager cooked and cut the meat for us, it was a truly attentive service♡ Everything was delicious, and I especially loved the spiciness of the Yangnyeom Gejang, it was the best!! I wanted to eat Korean food, so I searched for it and found a nice restaurant nearby that feels like a Korean royal court. I was led to a calm private room. It feels like you can convey your love in a relaxed way. ★ Thick Matsusaka pork Samgyeopsal ★ Kejan 2 types platter ★ Seafood Jeon ★ Stone pot Bibimbap ★ Bibim noodles First, instead of kimchi or namul, I tried Kejan. Kimchi made with raw blue crab. There are two types, Kanjang Kejan and Yangnyeom Kejan, so you can compare them. I put on gloves and got ready to eat the crab. The raw crab meat is plump and rich in flavor. It makes you want to drink alcohol, a perfect match for drinking. When eating Kejan, people tend to be quiet for some reason. At least that's what Koreans say. Then, the must-have Samgyeopsal arrived. Enjoy the sight, enjoy the grilling process, enjoy wrapping it up. I came here to drink, so it's called Sakegyeopsal. Matsusaka pork, inflated since Matsusaka beef. The thick meat is grilled by the Samgyeopsal master. The pork changes color on a hot black canvas, as if sealing something. After witnessing the reincarnation of the pork, we each start on our own paths. Wrapped in tenderness, a whirlwind of complex feelings rushes through my mouth, and we once again find happiness. The fat is well marbled, but by grilling it slowly, the inherent sweetness of the meat is enhanced. Besides the fat, the texture of the meat and the refreshing taste make pork delicious. There is even Yonago pork nearby, so it must be a pork with a high-quality texture. The first and last pieces have different levels of doneness, so you can enjoy the juiciness to crispiness. Wrap the meat in Sanchu with fried garlic, Gochujang, perilla leaves, green chili peppers, and various condiments. When you put the leaves on the palm of your hand and the meat on top, it's surprisingly hot. Be careful. This condiment-packed capsule pill is like a health booster the more you eat. It's unstoppable and charging forward. Next, we tried the Jeon. The way squid and shrimp are mixed in is nice. The texture is slightly crispy, giving a slight sense of a flour dish. After eating the Jeon, I feel like I'm expanding. For the finale, we had Bibim noodles and Bibimbap. The hot and crispy Bibimbap and the cold noodles. It's hard to decide on the perfect ending for Korean cuisine, but it varies depending on the weather and what you've eaten. With a strong appetite that day, after Samgyeopsal and Jeon, we had the stone pot Bibimbap. It seems like we were in the mood for crispy grilled dishes. The Bibim noodles have a chewy texture, and despite its color, it has a strong sweetness, so you end up slurping it up quickly. Before you know it, the noodles are gone. In the midst of the Korean cuisine boom, there are many options that cater to the younger generation, but this place is welcoming to all ages and provides a calm environment to enjoy Korean cuisine to the fullest.

We made a reservation for four people at 18:30 on a regular day. The Korean cuisine was authentic and delicious! The staff grilled the Samgyupsal for us. We tried a variety of dishes but forgot to take photos. The kimchi and kimbap were also delicious. We would love to come back again!

Matsusaka pork samgyeopsal is delicious at this restaurant! We enjoyed delicious Korean cuisine and fresh makgeolli. We ordered the Kejan course, which includes various dishes such as appetizers, kimchi, and a choice of main dishes like thick samgyeopsal or marinated chicken. The highlight was the Minari samgyeopsal, made with Matsusaka pork, which had a perfect balance of meat and fat. The meat was flavorful and not too fatty, making it a guilt-free indulgence. The addition of minari (celery) on top added a refreshing touch. We also enjoyed the kimchi pancake, kimbap, and marinated chicken. Overall, it was a satisfying meal that left us wanting to come back for more. Highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Korean food!

The meat was thick and the fat was sweet, making it very tasty. They also offer Kangjang Gejang, a dish that many people want to try due to the Korean drama boom. The taste was very close to authentic Korean flavors. While there are many Korean restaurants in Kansai, there are few that serve Kangjang Gejang, so be sure to stop by! The Kimbap and seafood sundubu were delicious with generous fillings. Personally, I loved the seafood sundubu with crab in it. - Thick Matsusaka pork samgyeopsal (1 serving for ¥1,749, order starts from 2 servings) - Kimbap for ¥979 - Seafood sundubu for ¥1,419 - Kangjang Gejang starting from ¥2,189 Opening hours: 17:00-23:00 (Last order for food and drinks at 22:30) Closed on irregular days *Please check their Instagram or website for any temporary changes in business hours due to emergencies or shortened hours.
