I found a flyer in my mailbox and decided to check out the new complex facility on Yokodai Road. It includes a golf practice range, gym, and esthetic services. I was mainly interested in the restaurant. I ordered the Chef's special lunch from a tablet, but it was the last one available as it sold out right after I ordered. The lunch came with a drink for ¥1300, which I think is a good deal. It was also Ladies' Day, so I received a delicious pudding as a bonus. The pudding had a subtle coffee flavor and was really tasty. I also noticed they had a menu item called "BIG BOSS Burger," which sounded familiar. The food was delicious and overall it was a great dining experience.

Today's lunch at the cafeteria is "BOSS Shokudo". It is located in Fushimi Ward, along a road parallel to the old Route 1, inside a facility called BOSS CLUB which also houses a golf practice range and fitness center. There is plenty of parking available, although it can be unsettling to have golf balls flying into the parking lot despite the nets in place. The restaurant is located in a corner of the building with a large number of seats. Each table is equipped with a tablet. Due to the nature of the facility, they serve breakfast as well, but the lunch menu is also extensive. The daily special is presented on a blackboard. Let's go for the "Chef's Special Lunch" priced at 1300 yen. It arrived on a large square tray, packed with a variety of dishes. The dried radish salad in the small dish is quite a strong flavor. The one-third of the plate is filled with a generous vegetable salad and potato salad. The main dish, pork loin with wasabi teriyaki sauce, is at the front. The wasabi flavor is subtle, but the sauce is quite rich and overpowering. The sautéed mushrooms underneath are mild in comparison. The squid fry is quite standard. The meal comes with a drink, making it a good deal. Even the refrigerator and glasses bear the restaurant's logo, showing attention to detail. It feels like a restaurant unique to a sports facility.
