Afternoon tea with strawberries. Although it is a bit pricey as an afternoon tea, each item is delicately crafted, making it a satisfying experience like a course meal. The welcome tea is Fine Strawberry Tea, a blend of Ceylon tea and Chinese tea with added wild strawberry flavor. The third dish is a vegan bouquet salad, with romaine lettuce, cheese, avocado, tomato, strawberries, and a strawberry French dressing that enhances the vegetable flavors. The radish and strawberry dressing is particularly good. The strawberry-colored focaccia is simple yet elegant, with a hint of pearl sugar. The seafood cocktail has a mild mayonnaise sauce with tobiko, squid, octopus, and herbs. The combination with focaccia is amazing. The second dish is a strawberry-flavored Vichyssoise, which is very creamy with a freeze-dried strawberry topping. The parma tomato, mozzarella, strawberry, and prosciutto parfait is a savory delight with strawberry jelly and cream cheese. The fourth dish is a pork and chicken galantine with a hint of citrus, marinated with red cabbage, strawberries, and raisins. The scone is a scone from the Imperial Hotel with white chocolate on top, not too sweet with a delicate texture. The Linzer Torte has a hearty German-style dough with cinnamon, complemented by a layer of strawberry jelly and honey. The strawberry opera is a delicate layer of mousse, sponge, jelly, and chocolate with a strong strawberry sweetness. The strawberry cream puff is a classic sweet treat with a burst of strawberry cream from the cookie choux. The Bijou Fraise is a strawberry croissant with a crispy, layered exterior and dried strawberries inside for a subtle sweetness.

Imperial Hotel Tokyo Coronation Afternoon Tea❣️ In conjunction with the popular event "British Fair" at the Imperial Hotel, they have started serving an Afternoon Tea☕️ The standout item on the top tier is the "Coronation Crown," a crown replica of the coronation ceremony. It features a luxurious flavor with pistachio and raspberry in the dough, rose mousse with berry confiture filling. The special dessert, "Sticky Toffee Pudding," is a favorite of Prince William and Kate Middleton, made from a recipe by a former royal chef. It is a moist pudding topped with vanilla ice cream and a rich chocolate sauce. Indulge in the royal family experience with this Afternoon Tea✿ ✿ Menu ✿ Special Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding Sweets: Coronation Crown, Rhubarb Bonbon Chocolat, Lemon and Tea Cream Honey Chiffon Cake, Cheese Scone, Fruit Scone, Plain Scone Savory: Chilled Pumpkin Soup, Coronation Quiche, Chilled Roast Beef Salad with Mustard, Braised Young Chicken in Tomato Curry, Mushroom Risotto Croquette with Baked Beans [Period] September 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023 [Time] Lunch, Tea Time [Price] Weekdays 9,200 yen, Weekends/Holidays 9,800 yen Non-alcoholic cocktail "Eternal Love in our Life" ¥2,450 [Phone] 03-3539-8186 [Address] Imperial Hotel Tokyo, 1-1-1 Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo #ImperialHotelTokyo #afternoontea #BritishFair #scones #afternoontea #HibiyaCafe #GinzaCafe #afternoontea #instafood

Every year, my wife and I have been enjoying the Imperial Lounge Afternoon Tea at the Imperial Hotel for the past three years. This year, my wife made the reservation, and I paid for it as our anniversary celebration. I noticed that compared to last year, there are more savory items, making it easier for men to enjoy. I also realized that pairing it with alcohol makes it an even better experience! I took photos of the alcohol menu, and the sommelier's explanations were enjoyable. The variety of teas also added to the overall experience. The system here is interesting - if you have a window seat, it's a 2-hour limit, otherwise it's a 3-hour limit. It's a great place to enjoy in any situation, and I recommend taking advantage of it.

Coronation Afternoon Tea inspired by the British coronation ceremony. I happened to be in England during the coronation, so I felt a close connection to the grandeur of the event. I had higher expectations for the Imperial Hotel than for the bland flavors of England itself, and I was not disappointed. The savory items included curry, rice croquette with baked beans, quiche, and roast beef salad. Even though I had grown tired of baked beans in England, I found them quite enjoyable with the rich tomato sauce. The rice croquette had a nice touch of salt. The curry was simply amazing. The quiche was perfectly balanced. The sticky toffee pudding, chocolate ice cream cake, and the other desserts were expertly crafted to avoid being overly sweet. The three types of scones were all delicious, but the cheese scone was exceptional with its combination of salty cheese, slight sweetness in the dough, and overall balance. The Imperial Hotel taught me that complex flavor combinations and balance lead to deliciousness, and that the accumulation of history can enhance the taste of food.

Visited after a long time to enjoy the champagne free flow. Despite making a last-minute reservation, I was assigned a seat with a great view and they kindly accommodated my request to change certain ingredients I don't like. The free flow included champagne (Louis Roederer Collection, Ayala), Kir Royale, Mimosa, and White Mimosa, along with appetizers, all for 12,000 yen including tax and cover charge. The refills were smooth and generous, with a full 2-hour free flow (not limited to a last order at 90 minutes). Even after 2 hours, you can still savor the experience. This place sets a great example for champagne free flows. The service was consistently good, fitting for the Imperial Hotel. There was piano music from 8 pm, adding to the atmosphere. It seems weekends can get crowded, so I recommend visiting during the early to mid-week.

I previously enjoyed delicious sweets at afternoon tea, but this time I had all-you-can-drink alcohol and delicious food with the party plan. The dishes are all ones that can be enjoyed even when cold, so you can leisurely enjoy your drinks. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere allows you to spend a laid-back time, perfect for refreshing yourself from work fatigue.

This is my second visit. I visited alone on a weekday evening. The time limit is 2 hours, and this time I was guided to a window seat. I enjoyed the collaboration afternoon tea with my favorite Little Prince, with the menu inspired by items mentioned in the story and the author's favorite foods. Every dish was delicious, and even ingredients I don't like were cooked so well that I was impressed. It was my first time having afternoon tea alone, and I was unsure of how to spend the time, but with delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere, the two hours flew by. The drinks were free-flowing, and you could get hot drinks from a pot, so I ended up drinking a lot. I would like to try and conquer it someday.

I enjoyed the Little Prince themed afternoon tea with my friends. The special dishes and sweets prepared for the 80th anniversary were exciting. The soft drinks were all-you-can-drink for 3 hours! We had a window seat with plenty of space between tables, so we could relax and enjoy. The staff also kindly checked on us when our drinks were running low. #ImperialHotel #ImperialHotelTokyo #AfternoonTea #AfternoonTeaSet #AfternoonTeaTokyo #AfternoonTeaLovers #HotelGirlsNightOut #HotelCafe #UnlimitedSoftDrinks #YurakuchoLunch #YurakuchoCafe #TheLittlePrince #ElegantTime #HotelLobby #KateW #Gourmet

I visited a hotel that felt like a real hotel after a long time, wanting to relax. I booked the free-flow plan, which was a bit discounted at 9,000 yen. Thank you for that! I felt happy just being able to drink wine in the Imperial Lounge Aqua Hotel. The plan included the following dishes: - 1st tier: Assortment of prosciutto, cheese, raisins, and butter - Niçoise-style salad - Smoked salmon and beet salad - 2nd tier: Mussels & fries - Cold roast beef salad - Quiche Lorraine - 3rd tier: Picardy-style fish fillet - Comté-style potatoes - Sweet shrimp and scallop herb butter sauté There was also a fruit plate included. The free-flow drinks were simple, including draft beer, white and red wine, whiskey, shochu, orange or grapefruit juice, and cold green tea. The food was all very delicious, especially the warm dishes. The dish from the 3rd tier, "Sweet shrimp and scallop herb butter sauté," was the tastiest. I enjoyed the Tokyo skyline at dusk while sipping wine.

On Sunday night, three of us girls visited. We wanted to toast while enjoying the night view, so we were seated by the window. There was live piano music, which was lovely. I ordered a cocktail called Tinker Bell. The color was beautiful and perfect for a summer night. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the Afternoon Tea at Halekulani because they had a special summer Hawaii-themed menu. The savory items were warm and made with high-quality ingredients, as expected from the Imperial Hotel. The variety of flavors was great and I enjoyed each item. The buffet on the same floor also had high-quality dishes. It was a great experience to enjoy Halekulani while looking out at the greenery of the Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park. The food was not overly flashy in appearance, but each item was delicious and enjoyable. My daughter especially loved the Surf & Turf Burger. The desserts were also delicious, with the Mango and Lychee Meringue Tart being a standout. The Coconut Cake was surprisingly large but light and refreshing. The sea turtle logo reminded us of Hawaii and we had a fun time. My daughter even mentioned about "Nun activities" in a sneaky way, which made us laugh. I would love to visit Hawaii someday.

Enjoyed a collaboration afternoon tea with Harekrani. The savory items were plentiful and not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. The cakes and savories showed attention to detail. I indulged in unique teas and coffees during the free-flow service. Located on the 17th floor of the Imperial Hotel with a view of the Imperial Palace. While the portion sizes were small and the cost performance was not great, the view and ambiance were fantastic, making it worth a visit.

There are no photos inside as it was a work visit. The iced coffee is priced at 2500 yen, which may seem expensive, but you can enjoy a great view of Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace below, creating a sense of openness. The staff's hospitality is also fantastic.

I want to go to Halekulani in Okinawa, but I can't take enough time off to go to Okinawa! (Workaholic) Then I heard that they are holding a Halekulani collaboration afternoon tea at the Imperial Hotel lounge. I checked on Ichikyu Restaurant and found out that I could make a reservation for one person, so I decided to make a reservation and go. The event is held until the end of June. The afternoon tea includes a three-tier stand and a Halekulani coconut cake. Except for the scones, all the dishes are full of Hawaiian vibes, making it completely different from other afternoon teas. For someone like me who gets tired of sweet things easily, the composition with more savory dishes is much appreciated. The special dessert, Halekulani coconut cake, is also very delicious. On the other hand, the free drinks are quite standard. The welcome tea was an iced tropical fruit tea (without fruit decoration), so I wish they had more fresh fruits as decoration or included coconut juice in the lineup to enhance the Hawaiian vibe. The price is 9,800 yen per person (on weekends and holidays. Weekdays are 9,200 yen). It's not really cost-effective because they don't use high-end ingredients, but I'll think of it as paying for the collaboration with Halekulani! It's cheaper than going to Okinawa by plane!

Invited to the HALEKULANI FAIR and went to the Imperial Hotel. Remembered the loneliness I felt when I had morning buffet in Saar 5-6 years ago. The taste has clearly declined, and so has the service. The former glamour and prideful service of the Imperial Hotel is nowhere to be found. I ate dry cakes, mini burgers, and pinchos with a sense of loneliness. The price was top-notch, but the cakes from a nearby bakery are much tastier. The staff rushed to clear the plates as soon as I finished eating the dry cakes with tea. After serving a drink, they promptly left the bill. You can order drinks freely, but there is nothing remarkable about the aroma or taste. Will the meticulous service and the taste of the Imperial Hotel, once proudly boasted by Japan, make a comeback? I hope so.

Visit date and time: Weekend 11:30-13:30 Weather: Sunny Visited with a reservation. Hawaiian Afternoon Tea with Halekulani ~ Food Section ~ 9,800 yen The photos show the dishes for two people. 1st tier: Desserts - Macadamia Nut Chocolate Mousse - Mango and Lilikoi Meringue Tart - Guava Cake - HalaKahiki 2nd tier: Savory - Loco Moco with Fried Rice Cake - Shrimp Fritter with Honey Nut Mayonnaise - Green Smoothie - Plain Scones Each scone comes with honey, clotted cream, and strawberry jam. 3rd tier: Savory - Pulehu Chicken Pinchos Style - Surf & Turf Burger - Lomi Salmon Special Dessert Halekulani Coconut Cake I was looking forward to the coconut cake, but it was served in a smaller size than expected, and I felt that the number of tiers was a bit lacking. However, everything was delicious. A welcome tea of iced tropical fruit tea is served first. Drinks are all-you-can-drink. Hot drinks are served in a pot. Ice drinks are served with an Imperial Hotel emblem stirrer. We reserved the 2-hour plan by the window, overlooking Yurakucho. The view of Hibiya Park was visible, but it was very crowded.

Every time I come here, I always think how much I love this space. As expected of the Imperial Hotel, the customer service is superb above all. This time, I had the Afternoon Tea collaboration with the Halekulani Hotel in Hawaii. My friend also celebrated my birthday, and they even gave me a present with a photo card. ♡

I enjoyed the collaboration afternoon tea "Hawaiian Afternoon Tea with Halekulani" at the Imperial Lounge Aqua on the top floor of the Imperial Hotel main building. I made a reservation for 11:30 on a weekday, but I ended up being 30 minutes late due to a misunderstanding of the time. I called ahead to inform them of my delay. Despite the next reservation, they kindly welcomed me after the delay. The lounge was quite busy, with almost everyone enjoying the afternoon tea. Tropical ice welcome tea was served first, followed by the tea stand. The afternoon tea, which includes sweets and savories made with original recipes from Halekulani, features tropical fruit pastries, traditional Hawaiian dishes like Lomi Salmon and an arranged Loco Moco. A special coconut cake is served separately as a special dessert. The sea turtle plate for the cake is cute. The generous amount of savories on the two-tiered stand makes it a satisfying lunch. The menu was truly Hawaiian, and it made me want to visit Hawaii. Thank you for the meal.

I went to an afternoon tea that was all about strawberries. The service charge is separate from the consumption tax, so it costs around 10,000 yen per person. It was at the Imperial Hotel, so the atmosphere was very chic and stylish. They had Japanese whiskey and a nice bar area.
