I wanted to eat omurice, so I randomly walked in and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The first time, I had omurice with mentaiko cream sauce, and the second time, I had omurice with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. Personally, I preferred the mentaiko one, but both dishes had fluffy eggs and were really tasty. The desserts were also delicious. I would love to visit again.

My friends took me to this restaurant after we went out. I was happy to see that it was still open even though it was evening. It is located very close to the sports gym in Mukohara. When I arrived and saw the restaurant, I thought to myself, "I can't believe such a wonderful place is here!" The exterior was so charming. The interior was just as lovely! We looked through the menu to order drinks and desserts. The menu was so extensive that it was hard for everyone to decide. When we finally placed our orders, there was hardly any overlap in what we chose! I ordered decaffeinated coffee and matcha pudding. The pudding was made without eggs, using only milk, sugar, and bracken starch, yet it was incredibly delicious! I was so impressed. I definitely need to come back here again. They also had food items like curry on the menu, so I plan to visit for lunch next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

There is a cozy Japanese cafe in Himi City☕️ It feels like a converted house with counter seats in the front and raised tatami seating in the back. They have picture books and it's a relaxing place to enjoy a meal, even with kids. I ordered a set of 3 sweets for around 700 yen - pudding, warabi mochi, and rare cheesecake. It's so affordable! I wish there were more places like this nearby so I could go with my friends and their kids often.

Today's lunch was at "Shinai Cafe" in Muko City, Kotorii Town. It is a cafe located to the west of Muko City Community Warm Water Pool. The cafe is nestled in a residential area, with a traditional Japanese house-style exterior. They recently added a parking lot next to the cafe, making it more accessible. The interior features a combination of wood and plaster walls. They also sell coffee beans. The spacious counter is made of thick solid wood, with comfortable chairs lined up. There seems to be a tatami area in the back, with children's books visible, indicating it is child-friendly. They offer a variety of dishes, including curry and a recommended egg sandwich. I decided to try the "Japanese-style mushroom omelette rice with grated ponzu sauce" for 850 yen. The cafe offers a variety of coffee options, and seasonal limited menus that are visually appealing. The interior has a cozy garden-like atmosphere. After a while, a stylish cafe meal arrived. The salad was topped with prosciutto, adding a touch of elegance. The visually appealing omelette rice had a spiral egg design, which was intriguing. Ponzu sauce, resembling syrup, was served on the side. I poured the ponzu sauce over the grated daikon radish. The aroma of butter and mushrooms filled the air. The ponzu sauce was not overpowering, allowing the flavor of the egg to shine through. Despite being a hidden gem in a residential area, this cafe is quite authentic.

I visited a restaurant recommended by a friend for delicious omurice with my family on a holiday (^o^)/ It's located about a 15-minute walk from Nishimukai Station, in a residential area. When we visited, there was no dedicated parking lot, so we used a nearby coin parking lot. (The adjacent vacant lot is under construction and looks like it will become a dedicated parking lot) The atmosphere was cozy, with a retro renovated old house. There was also a counter, but this time we were guided to a sunken kotatsu seat in the back. There were three types of omurice on the menu. This time, I chose the omurice with pickled greens and whitebait (ume sauce) for 850 yen☆ The rice with pickled greens and whitebait was topped with plenty of fluffy eggs! Additionally, it had shiso leaves and plum sauce, with a strong sour taste. The aftertaste was refreshing, giving a Japanese-style omurice feel♪ By the way, when you order a food menu, a salad comes with it as a set^ ^ The coffee and Japanese sweets also looked delicious♡ I would like to visit the cafe if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal★

A cozy restaurant with a Japanese taste where the table seats offer a view of the courtyard. The dress omurice is cute and delicious, all for under 1000 yen!
- Seafood omurice with Japanese-style mentaiko cream (Delicious and not too heavy, with a hint of buttery rice flavor)
- Om curry with ginger rice (The curry was a bit too sweet)
- Matcha shinan pudding (Fluffy and delicious, more like a pudding than a custard)

It was delicious. The seafood omelette rice, standing out with a proud swirl, was visually appealing. Despite focusing on appearance, it turned out to be a high-quality omelette rice from a top-notch Western-style restaurant. It was like having cafe food at a first-class place. I often go to the neighboring public pool, but I was surprised to find such a restaurant here.

Coffee, traditional Japanese sweets, and alcohol shop. My husband and I visited for lunch. It was our first time there. We parked our car at a nearby coin parking lot and arrived 10 minutes before opening. We were the first customers. We sat at the counter seats, looked through the menu, and ordered the "Japanese-style mushroom omelette rice with grated ponzu sauce" and the "Seafood omelette rice with Japanese-style mentaiko cream". The dishes arrived in about 10 minutes. The creamy eggs had a unique and delicious texture. The dashi broth had a deep flavor, making it very tasty. We also ordered the "Assorted Japanese sweets" and the "Shina Blend" coffee. While waiting for our order, we admired the drawings made by the owner's nephew and niece, as well as a unique ornament. The assorted Japanese sweets included various delicacies like wasabi-flavored pudding, roasted soybean flour, warabi mochi, tofu cheesecake, chestnut paste, coffee jelly, and white bean paste. Each item was delicately handmade, with a harmonious balance of flavors. The coffee had a transparent taste with a hint of sweetness. We also bought the Shina Blend coffee beans as a gift for someone special. It was no surprise that customers kept coming in one after another. The shop also has table seats and tatami rooms at the back. In the evening, they serve alcohol and small dishes. They also have a mysterious item called "Furball Mos Pet".

On a regular Wednesday at 11:20, I entered the restaurant and found that the back was filled with elderly ladies chatting away. There were no seats available at the counter, so I had to come back a few months later at 12 o'clock. The parking lot is located next to a Seven Eleven and a Nishimatsuya store, with a coin parking lot available. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told that the Omelette Rice with grated ponzu sauce is popular. I ordered the Omelette Rice with grated ponzu sauce for ¥850 including tax (with salad). It arrived in 15 minutes and looked very appetizing. I tried a bite without the sauce first, and it had a good buttery flavor with shimeji mushrooms. Then I cautiously added the ponzu sauce and it paired really well with the dish. It was my first time trying Omelette Rice with grated ponzu sauce, and it was delicious and interesting. I would love to have it again. Although the dessert looked tempting, I decided to save it for my next visit. Thank you for the meal.

I enjoyed a delicious and creamy omurice with a refreshing ponzu sauce, and it disappeared in no time because it was so tasty!! I also had a sandwich, which was very filling!! The egg sandwich had a rich broth flavor. It's a bit far from the station, but I would love to go back if I have the chance.

Discovered a small cafe! I visited for lunch as there was a cute shop at the entrance of a residential area (*^^*). I wonder if it's run by a couple? The atmosphere inside was cute and calming, which was nice! The red bean paste toast sandwich seems to be famous, but this time I went for the omurice! It was a seafood omurice with a Japanese-style mentaiko cream sauce! The flavor was gentle but the mentaiko cream was rich and satisfying. LOL For an additional 500 yen, you can get coffee and a snack, so I had the Shino blend coffee and matcha anmitsu (*´w`*). The moderate bitterness of the coffee paired with the anmitsu was excellent. It seems they also serve alcohol and appetizers in the evening. I'd like to visit again, whether it's day or night! (*^^*)

Finally made it here after two years of waiting. Passed by the shop. Cute. Went inside. Packed. Went to the next store, Nishimatsuya. Still full today. Reserved a table for four with my family, and we got a sunken kotatsu table. Kid-friendly! They have a kids menu. Kid-friendly! The set menu was generous. Kid-friendly?! This anmitsu with shiratama and drink for 500 yen... We ordered the menu shown in the picture. Grated radish might be recommended. The matcha sauce for the anmitsu shiratama is highly recommended. I'm glad to be born Japanese. Thank you.

Cafe with kids♡ Enjoying my maternity leave to the fullest♡ Seafood omelette rice with red bean soup, black honey, and cafe au lait. Sausage. The indirect lighting and the rain outside created a cozy atmosphere in the traditional Japanese garden. Comfortable seating in a sunken kotatsu table. However, my child got sleepy from the warm atmosphere and indirect lighting, and was fussy throughout. The kind staff gave us a private area and adjusted the air conditioning temperature for us, which I really appreciated. In the end, we were able to relax and felt refreshed! The food was always delicious, and they even provided a separate plate for my child. Thank you so much!

Cafe Shina is a cozy Japanese-style cafe located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Hankyu Nishimukōjima Station. The entrance has a traditional Japanese feel, with a counter resembling a small Japanese restaurant and a tatami seating area in the back where you take off your shoes. I visited alone and sat at the counter. The cafe is known for its Japanese-style sweets and sandwiches, with coffee beans displayed on the counter. The shelves are lined with cute Noritake coffee cups. I tried their signature item, the Half & Half Anko Toast Sandwich with white and black bean paste. The visual presentation was captivating, and the taste did not disappoint. The homemade bean paste was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The butter spread on the crispy toast added a rich flavor. The coffee was also carefully brewed and paired perfectly with the sandwich. I also tried the white bean paste, which had a creamy texture unique to white beans. The alternating bites of black and white bean paste were a luxurious treat. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

"The Japanese garden is truly a healing spot with sunken kotatsu tables for ultimate comfort. Lately, even on weekdays, when making a reservation, the tatami rooms are already booked... I'm happy that the place is popular, but sad when I can't get a reservation. Make your reservation early! I will definitely go again. Thank you for the delicious meal."

After work, I was running under the Shinkansen viaduct from Nishimuku to Katsura. Along the way, I made a left turn in front of the gym in Muko City and found a cafe called "A" across from the Seven-Eleven convenience store. Even though it was past lunchtime, I was able to have a meal there, and of course, coffee and dessert were also available! I quickly sat at the counter and placed my order. I had:
- Black sugar French toast for 680 yen
- Shina Blend coffee for 400 yen (-100 yen discount)
- 100g of Shina Blend coffee beans for 550 yen
The food was delicious and satisfying for a light snack! The coffee was very light and easy to drink, so I ended up buying 100g of it! After finishing my meal, I thought it was time for some relaxing reading when suddenly... the person next to me started smoking (>_<) I couldn't stand it! In situations like this, the best option is to leave! (laughs) Is it really difficult to have a non-smoking cafe? Thank you for the meal! (*^-^*)

Seafood omelette rice, anmitsu with black honey, cafe au lait, vienna sausages. Combining two seats in the sunken kotatsu area. The staff are kind and friendly with a lovely smile. Looking at the peaceful Japanese garden, you can feel relaxed. The counter is also nice, so I took a photo. Sorry for the noisy children. The food was delicious as always! Thank you for the meal!

Seafood omurice, pork belly curry, country-style zenzai, anmitsu with black honey, cafe au lait, Vienna sausage, ice & hot fresh ginger ale, cream soda. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and real ginger in the ginger ale make this cafe a must-visit. The food, desserts, and drinks were all delicious and satisfying. I definitely want to come back again! Thank you for the wonderful meal! ♡
