While waiting, the shop started to fill up gradually. About 30% of the customers were foreigners, and the rest seemed to be locals having Sunday lunch in Ginza. On the day of purchase, I enjoyed it as is without toasting, savoring the wheat aroma and the moist, chewy texture. This is the most delicious bread I have ever had. On the third day, I spread coconut oil on it and toasted it, and it was still incredibly delicious! While it is recommended to eat the square loaf as is without toasting, it is also amazing when toasted - crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside, with a unique and addictive flavor.
